Love my new Kia Soul. Doing the buying process did take a bit too long but salesman was great

I had my Kia towed in May due to an engine recall. It is now the end of October and they still have not repaired it. The service department personnel have been nothing but nice and professional but this is ridiculous. That car was my daily mode of transportation, so I’ve had to purchase another vehicle. Don’t take your car there if you want a quick turn around time.

This is the only place I take my Kia to. The service is excellent and the people are very friendly. Their waiting area is very nice and clean and always fresh coffee. Love this place!!

Mr. Damron was very friendly, courteous, and helpful! I just bought my 17 year old a Chevy Impala and the buying process was a positive experience. What a great milestone to be a part of for my daughter.

I have never had a vehicle of my own & have always had to share my car with the entire family! i always put others first & sacrifice a lot for others. during my journey of self care & realizing that im worth great things too, i was beyond blessed & grateful that Tommy Bland was placed in my journey! my first impressions of him were magnificent! not only was he down to earth & friendly but his desire to do what was necessary to make me happy & see me smile was everything! i travelled from memphis & my encounter with Tommy was just a pleasure! he was professional, he listens, he also asks what i want, what i dont like, if its ok to do this & that. ive dealt with sales people in the past & they were pushy, aggressive, insincere & tried to give me what they want me to have rather than what i want or whats best for me. not tommy! tommy was full of great surprises! he was efficient. it didnt take him long to get me approved. he dedicated his entire time on me, the customer! he didnt even eat lunch so that he could ensure i drove away with the car of my desire. tommy was also extremely knowledgeable about my car & took the time to educate me on every feature & amenity. i left feeling like i wasnt just someone that bought a new car but i felt like a personal family member of the kia family & with tommy advocating for me every step of the way. i could seriously go on & on about tommy. he is just that fantastic! if you want a great car that is reliable, affordable & top notch i recommend you see tommy bland asap. you will be happy & left with a memorable experience. he knows how to make you feel special & he will make you a priority. i also want to say a special thank you to ray rohdy the finance mgr! great great guy & he will also take care of you with your car purchase. much love to the serra jackson kia & gmc cadillac team!

Left my car there for a week to have the engine repaired they called and said it was done all they did was a sensor upgrade vehicle still taps and knocks which was the original reason I took it I to begin with! Cant get the kia Service manager Christi to return a voice mail. Tired of having to drive 30+ miles to set up an appointment for service then they dont perform the service requested. Will purchase our next vehicle somewhere else!

Very professional great service you can even bring your own oil and filtering if you want to in and out in no time thats where everybody needs to go get the oil changed or car service especially if its a foreign car like a Mazda and stuff like that.

I brought my Kia Sportage in for the 2nd time that is under warranty. The first time for the transmission slipping, this time for the transmission slipping, its using oil, smoking and the information screen and radio keeps going out. They kept it fit 2 days, drove it for over 80 miles and said everything was perfect and none of these problems happened and also said it was normal for it it to use oil (43,00 mi.)😂. They asked me to take a video when these things are happening the next time... I’m usually driving when these things happen. We pulled out of the parking lot and the transmission slipped. I’m very displeased. They seemed as if I’m making it up. I live an hour away and it is very inconvenient to bring it in and come back to get it.

Brought our car in for service. They fixed a portion of it but not all of it. Still have the same issues, grinding and rubbing as well as steering issues when that occurs. Car has been brought back twice for the same problem. I have contacted the GM and dealer principal for help and they have told me to go elsewhere to fix it now. I drive my daughters around in this car they age from 4 to 12. If anything happens to us because they refuse to finish fixing the problem its on them. I have worked 12yrs in the automotive industry and I have never seen a dealer treat their customers this way ever! This is appalling to me.
