Reached out to Mac Haik Jeep in Jackson about a vehicle they showed online. Explained that I was 2 1/2 hours away. Was told they could do a side by side comparison on 2 vehicles. Exchanged several texts about what time I could be there. Drive down with my wife, no vehicle in stock. Just flat out lied too. Believe I was intentionally lied to, period! Can’t believe someone would think so little of someone else’s time or safety. Truly horrible experience!! Recommend never using a dealer with Mac Haik in the name. The lack of integrity has to be encouraged or taught. Do not purchase anything from these old school car salespeople. Just feel like they embody the oldStereotypes, liars and cheats. I expected so much better. This is the dealership I purchased my vehicle from. I went to get an inspection and my brakes checked. They inspected it said nothing needed to be done besides tires and back brake pads. I leave to get on the road my light is out in the front of my vehicle. I also asked about windshield wipers because I hadnt changed them since purchasing the car, I was told, they checked them you should be good. Long story short I had to get on the road with all of this. I took it to another jeep dealer, I needed wipers, light, and an alignment and I needed a oil change. I just want to be safe. The condition my car left in was not safe and thats not ok. They also just changed one set of brake pads!!
Awesome experience, Sales employee Trey Jordan was very knowledgeable and efficent on what vehicle we were looking for and took his time to find us a good match. Manager Steven service was incredible in negotiating a good price for us. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
I was here several months ago to have service done on my 2017 Dodge Journey.I called ahead since i was traveling from Southaven. About 30 minutes from Jackson, my vehicle started having issues. We made it safe to the dealership. The service rep Doug was awesome to work with. He explained everything and contacted me once the repairs were done! Purchased a used vehicle from here. Buying experience and signing paperwork was great. A mix up with the title on my trade in delayed my taxes being paid and getting tags on my new vehicle. The reason for 3 stars is because of the horrible communication with me. I had to call over a dozen times to get a response from an actual sales manager. Even still after the issue was resolved the finance department didnt do exactly what they said they were. All in all I have plates on my new vehicle now but that experience is not one Ill soon be forgetting.
So far so good the place is clean. Staff are cordial, polite, and very well coordinated.With an selection of vehicles ranging from cars to big trucks and suvs there is a vehicle here for everyone.Did I mention the music selections playing from their grandiose display of a speaker system, music that helped to calm my anxiety during the approval processing wait.Id recommend ANYONE thats looking to be financed or needs help obtaining a vehicle to COME ON DOWN CAUSE THE PRICE IS RIGHT and not to mention every single person staffed here was easy on the eyes. Bought an suv 6-7 months ago. salesmen were friendly until the deal was done. check engine light came on within first week, couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone and when they finally did they said they’d have so and so call us back, so and so never called. then about 2 months ago engine seized up bc there was a defect in the engine. of course mac haik couldnt do a thing. took it to wilson kia and low and behold there’s a recall for the engine defect. they rebuilt the engine and kia paid for everything. wilson kia didn’t even sell us the car and went above and beyond to help us. mac haik wouldn’t even answer the phone

Jade is the best!I drove 3 hrs to Jackson, MS to purchase my Jeep because of Jade.We have local dealers in my city, however, I could not get any clear cut information from any of them regarding final price of the new vehicle and an agreement on my trade in. Jade listened to what I wanted and put together a nice written proposal that explained everything in detail. I knew exactly what I was paying for the new vehicle and what I was getting for my trade. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, which took about 30 minutes. While I was in the waiting area I had two staff members get me and offer to let me change the channel or get water. So friendly. Cindy had told my husband that you could buy packages for the oil changed, so we got that done (you can use them at any Chrysler dealership). She was fun and friendly. Everyone I talked to was great. Not sure about the sales, but the service department was awesome. Also I would like to point out that while we bought our jeep brand new, we did not buy it from here. We have not experienced any bias.
On 12/21/2017, my brand new vehicle had a factory defect that when you turn the signal the windshield wipers turned on. Then on 03/08/2018 my 3 month old 2018 Ram caught on fire on my way home...On 03/08/2018 I notified the dealership and Tammy at MacHaik Madison told me to have it towed to MacHaik Madison. Tammy also said that MacHaik Madison would contact Chrysler on it, three days later I called FCR (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) to get an update and Chrysler informed me they have not been contacted be MacHaik. I proceeded to file a warranty claim through FCR, and FCR would not repair the vehicle or replace vehicle. Then my insurance company(USAA) became involved, hired a fire inspector, the inspector proved cause of fire to be a faulty ignition box. USAA totaled the vehicle, and now MacHaik Madison is refusing to release the vehicle(salvage) because USAA wont pay the rediculas fees MacHaik Madison is charging for storage, teardown, and a rental they furnished (bill to machaik stated on bill). For a new dealership trying to make a name this is just sad. Events at Mac Haik Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Jackson NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!! “NEVER” I purchased a car on 10-24 and EVERY WEEK I had the car I was back and forward from the lot got the car that Saturday and was back there on that Monday because I was problems with the car first it was the gas hand not working I had to wait for the parts to come in!!! NOT TO MENTION I KEPT HEARING THIS NOISE UNDER MY HOOD!!! Every time I took the car up there I told the LADY NAME ASHLEY(in the service department)about it and while I was waiting for the parts to come in the check engine light comes on..told her about that also(she did not put that in the service paperwork) but some how when I got the car back it was gone...ASHLEY said she will look into it mind you she told me to come straight to her if anything was going on with the car and not speak with anybody else..OK I’m thinking it’s getting fixed..I’m driving and the noise was getting louder got off work and took it to the BMW lot to get a second opinion..the guy at the lot tells me he didn’t even have to put my car on the machine BECAUSE he heard the MOTOR KNOCKING AS SOON AS HE POPPED THE HOOD!!!! Took it back the MONDAY and spoke with STEVE he said NO ONE told him that I have been up there every week..he brought ASHLEY over and asked her did I tell her to check under the hood about the noise and THIS LADY LIED TO ME FACE SAYING NO!!! ATP I told STEVE I DO NOT WANT THE CAR ANYMORE!!! Went into the dealership last week and was helped by Robbie. Unfortunately, I didnt qualify to buy the car I was looking at but this place still deserves 5 stars. I was open about my circumstances with them and Robbie helped me understand what I need to buy a car in the future. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really approached the situation like they were eager to help me, which I truly appreciate. I will be back to buy with them once I am able.
Overall, I usually get great service from this location. Today is no exception to that.The only issue that I encountered today was the inconsistency in face mask covering policies. The doors clearly stated face masks are required yet service advisers and several other workers did not wear them when walking and traversing through common areas. Everyone needs to do their part, including service advisers and other employees and customers at this location. It’s also my understanding that the city of Jackson is requiring use of face masks.Update - since writing this review I discussed the situation with the sales manager, Steve Harmon, and he informed me that he held meetings with his team members to ensure that all employees will be complying by city ordinance and wearing masks as required. Overall review rating was changed from 3 to 5 stars due to swift and responsive use of feedback by management team.
I go here just about every other week to see if they have dodge chargers or durangos because my next vehicle will be one of the two but they never have what I want but the staff are friendly.
After being guaranteed approval on a truck by multiple individuals at dealer sold my truck. Drove 1.5 hours just to be turned down. they will make whatever promises just to get you there knowingly lying.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Before this dealership became Mac Haik, I received superior customer service each time I came. I recently returned home to Jackson from the military, and came to get an oil change and repairs on my car about a month ago. The customer service was terrible. Usually I drive up the service side, and the reps immediately come outside to assist me. This time, nobody came out. I even went inside to figure what to do, and nobody assisted me. I pulled around back to where my car was towed to see if I was in the wrong place, but was advised to drive back to the service department. I figured they may have been busy and didn’t see me pull up, so I tried it again. This time, the same thing happened. No one came out. I walked in again, and no one came to assist me. Everyone was just sitting at their desks looking. I eventually had to ask the cashier for assistance and she directed me to one of the reps who was available to help. I noticed he was very dry in communicating with me, but figured this must be the new level of customer service here. We discussed everything about the car, then I left. I received a call the next day saying how much my repairs would be, and agreed to specifically repair what was necessary to get my vehicle driving because all the repairs were too expensive for me. After a month, I had not heard anything else about my car. I called twice a week, and most times I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. When I was able to speak with the rep, he informed me that the mechanic on my car had quit and that he was trying to get another mechanic on it. This went on for 3 weeks, until I finally drove down myself to speak with them in person. They were not expecting me, so when I walked in the customer service was just as poor and careless as it was before. My rep didn’t recognize me so he was very dry again as well, didn’t even say hello until I acknowledged myself. Long story short, my car still wasn’t fixed, but now something new an more expensive was wrong; very different from what we originally had discussed. And my bill increased by almost 50%. I couldn’t afford to pay it, and was told I had until that Friday to pay or I would be charged $50 per day by keeping my car there. I’ve been calling for the last week to speak with the manager, but he never answers and never returns my call. I’m very disappointed and upset because I’ve been bringing my car here for service since I got it in 2011(when it was Joe Usry) and have always received great customer service. I don’t know what’s going on now but this is not okay.It seems that I will have to speak with an attorney to get answers.

Worst car buying experience EVER!!!! If you are looking for a sign this is it! DO NOT get a vehicle from here! Completely ruined my first Jeep experience for me! If you get a new car from here CHECK IT and make sure it doesn’t have paint defects, chips, bubbles etc because mine did!!!!!! They will refuse to give you a loaner and gave us the complete run around on getting a rental car while we had to wait on them to fix our brand new Jeep cherokee so we were out a ride for almost a complete week with a 1 year old little boy we needed to get around and management didn’t care AT ALLLL! FINALLY was able to get a rental car and I feel like I’m going to have to wait forever and fight tooth and nail just to get them to reimburse me for it. I feel like my salesman really was trying and did care/ feel bad about the situation but horrible management prevented good customer service and I STILL have not received a call back from the manager, Steven Harmon, even though I left him several voicemails and a message with the girl who answered the phone. He didn’t even come speak to me or apologize or ANYTHING when I picked my vehicle up finally today and I KNOW he saw me just flat out DOES NOT CARE! I also find it funny they are reselling my now used Charger for right near the price I got it brand new from Blackburn dodge in Vicksburg AND they are charging $322 for “dealer installed” tint that was already on there when I traded it in and I didn’t even pay that much to have it done in the first place. Guess that’s a dealership thing ???????. Go to literally ANY other dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and since it was brand new it was supposed to get detailed as well as the paint fixed. When I got it back there was dirt and dust everywhere! Definitely doesn’t look detailed to me. Really wanted to be excited about this car and it just feels like a complete mistake even getting the Jeep now.
Steve Harmon and his buddy Lee Winters have no idea what they are doing. Wasted 4 days of mine going back and fourth.. Honored a price then switched it when I came to sign papers and pay for the truck in full. Made us drive over 4 hours in transit on 2 seperate days then made a big scene out by their desk yelling at us like WE WERE IN THE WRONG. Wasnt my fault, they should/could honor the price I was given instead of making it seem like they were up to a scheme. I would never enter foot back in this place and hope whoever is reading this review NEVER BUYS A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They do not care about customers nor know how to do business.

I saw a van that I liked inquired about the price and the car fax. First of all the person who is in charge of the Internet department never gave me your name as to who I was talking to, all of that if I was interested in the van and when do I wanna come see it. I replied 5 o’clock today, they replied that they had a customer at five and I said no problem 5:30 OK? They said no that is OK come at 5 o’clock. So I heard they’re excited to see this van which by the way they only show two pictures no pictures of the interior, I had asked for the Carfax no response. I asked my mechanic to join me to check the vehicle out. When I got there I did not know which salesman I was going to show me the car they texted me a sales person and then they changed them. The sales person look lost because she couldn’t find the van anywhere she took me in her golf cart looking for the van then found out that the van could not be shown because it was getting ready for auction! Imagine my surprise when they told me that! She said:” I can show it to you but it’s not ready he’s getting ready for action . Well isn’t the point of wanting to sell the car to have it ready so that the customer can come see it?? I sent a text message then they gave me excuses and try to blame it on me, no worries, I’m never doing business with people who don’t understand what good customer service is, this is from someone with over twenty years of customer service! I will and cannot recommend Mac Haik to anybody! By the way they should be half a star on a full star
We had a great buying experience here. Customer service was great, hands off when we were test driving the car but hands-on, personable and friendly when we were ready to talk numbers. We ended up test driving and buying a car in a few hours.
They all are amazing, Chris is wonderful.. I live in Phoenix an would rather get my car serviced at this dealership, I truly feel they really care about you an your vehicle I’ve been to a lot of places an paid a lot of money for my car to just mess up a couple days later but after coming to them . I no longer have that issue

When we arrived at Mac Haik in Jackson the store was open but all of the sales people were in a meeting. We had to wait 30 minutes prior to even seeing a sales person. The sales person, Joe Ward, eventually came out of his meeting and declared himself the “greatest sales person in the nation”. We purchased a vehicle from Mac Haik but it only had a valet key. We negotiated keys in the sale.When we were filling out paper work Mac Haik added an additional $900 for a GPS locating service that was never mentioned in the sale. We fortunately caught it while signing paperwork and had it removed. I didn’t get the name of the man with the closing papers but he was extremely aggressive about extended warranties even after we declined.I called Joe Ward about the keys and he said he’d call me right back and never did. My wife was able to talk to the GM Keith Sistrunk who verbally agreed to another key. This whole process took about 3 weeks of call dodging and getting no reaction until we mentioned in a voice mail about wanting to talk to legal.We were quickly called back after that. In the end we ended up with one key, even though we were promised two, and a major distaste for the whole car buying experience. I will not buy from Mac Haik again and I’ll be sure to inform my peers to avoid it as well
Friendly service in the body shop
I have been trying to do business with Mak Haik for over a month. Went to have oil changed and tires rotated and after waiting forever service advisor finally appeared advising they had one technician servicing vehicles and he was out to lunch and not sure when he would arrive (this was at 1215). Went back following week and they were backed up because the service tech had just arrived at 0930 and they were unsure of the second tech that should have already been there. I was advised to go to the other location. Went back again and this time I got the oil change but took forever because tech was running around everywhere trying to fix customer problems. Then the tech did not rotate tires because he wanted me to buy new tires. I talked to Service Manager and nothing really resolved. Returned today to attempt buying tires but the service advisor seemed not so in tuned with providing the customer service. The final draw was when I asked for a loaner and he refused. I realized Mak Haik Flowood would take care of me and also would provide rental. I have made attempts to discuss all issues with GM including today but cannot ever reach him by phone, no returned calls, nor even in person. This location is pitiful and I am done. If GM can’t return calls to customers then that shows the problems start at the top.
I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone! Purchased a car from there and it’s been hell every since. I didn’t have a pleasant buying experience with Jade either. She always gave the run around on things. No excellent salesmanship at all. Finance manger was impatient. Never again. Terrible dealership. Crooks! Beware!!!!

Very shady salesman..... went in to trade in my car (i knew i was upside down) but i had a down payment to cover the difference, my credit was not the best but i was told he would get it done. Ended up spending hours in the dealership and be told to come back multiple days in a row to be told “you cant go from that car to the car you want” they kept trying to get me to get into a car i didnt want nor even need (i already have three trucks and a 2020 daily driver i wanted to upgrade my fun car) i was told all their banks turned me down even with my down payment, i kept asking what they were offering for my trade and he would not tell me kept saying “i got this”, went to another dealership with the exact same info and was approved within an hour by one of the SAME BANKS I WAS DECLINED at mac haik(Turns out the guy just wanted some cash so he sent in a lower down payment so they turned it down) caused unnecessary inquiries and i never signed a credit app or any paperwork allowing them to run my credit. he kept saying dont worry he has this and he got it and he in fact did not have it and lost a sale
I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from them. Shane Matthews was my salesman and he made the process very easy and all parts of the process was simple with no hassles!!! Marquise Harris is an excellent sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different type of Jeeps. He showed me and walked me through all the difference between all the Jeeps as well. Purchased a used 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in May 2016. Traded in a paid for Nissan Quest Van. I realize the value was not very much on it but we were not upside down when we went into the dealership. We came over last weekend(11/11/17) and had a great sales lady who tried to help us. However, after speaking with a sales manager we found out that we were about $4,000 upside down on the Jeep. We were told it was because of the hit the used car market took about 6 months ago. Just thought they would work with us better since we traded in a paid for vehicle and should not have been upside down unless we got a bad deal on the Jeep.Also the wood grain molding on the passenger door is coming off which if you look on records we tried to have fixed right after we purchased it. We were helped by Paulette in the back and she was awesome! The leather on the dash is also trying to roll up. I am very sorry but we will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. We only wanted to be treated fairly and we just dont feel like we were. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and everyone we came across is very kind!

I had the best experience at Mac Haik. The people here are nice and friendly. They are eager to help and they work hard to get you what you want. My Salesman Henry Collier was amazing! I came in on my lunch break and he had me in and out. Excellent service in a timely manner. You cant beat that. I give my Salesman Henry and the Mac Haik 5***** and Ive recommended anyone that needed a vehicle to my guy at Mac Haik.
After speaking with two different people in sales over a coarse of 1 month and getting the run around. One salesman failed to call me back with information I requested on the vehicle then after I don’t drive an hour and a half to make our appointment he never called to follow up. I finally get a sales person to call me. After speaking to her briefly the sales manager calls me and gives me a BS line of how much $$ they are losing on the price he gave me on a new car that had been sitting on their lot for a year. If you want poor service lazy sales personnel and to be BS’d the entire time go here. More than confidently I can say these 5 star ratings they have are from family members and employees. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Poo car dealership. They have poor customer service. The salesman was pushy (which is to be expected at mostly all car dealerships). My husband purchased a vehicle from there as a gift to me and as part of the negotiation deal they stated they would fill up the gas tank and they did not. The sales person that sold him the car handed him the keys and basically disappeared before he could ask her why the car wasnt filled. When we called the car dealership they acted like they knew nothing about it and and said sorry theres nothing that I can do about that. Its disappointing and absolutely frustrating because first of all - if that person didnt know anything about that - go find somebody that does know. Surely had that been a call to inquire about purchasing a vehicle - I bet youd go find somebody that does know something about that. I just feel the customer service lacks longevity after the deal is made and the papers are signed.Heres a tip: want customers to return? how about building client relationships therefore increasing chances of customer satisfaction to return to purchase other vehicles in the future rather than worrying about building up your pockets for that one sale. Someone needs to form a committee for performance improvement within the company and evaluate their employees strengths and weakness on sales tactics because not being a man/woman of their word shows lack of integrity.
I had a great experience buying my car from Mac Haik.First and foremost, their prices were better than every other dealership in the Jackson area (I did sooo much googling, yall), and since they had a large inventory of used cars, I was able to get a car I liked that was within my budget. My salesman, a bald guy named Thomas Cameron, encouraged me to look at the car I really wanted instead of cars that I felt were within my price range. I did, out of politeness, but when we went to work the numbers out, they lowered the price of the car to get my monthly payments where I needed them to be. I am so thankful for this, since otherwise I would be driving a tiny car that was within my price range.Also, my bald guy salesman was friendly and honest. This meant a lot to me since Im a little girl just out of college and had to go to the dealership by myself. I even discovered a minor service issue a few days after I bought my car and had signed the paperwork releasing Mac Haik from doing any work on it. I called and they not only fixed the problem but put a better part on it, all at no charge.I really appreciate the great experience Mac Haik gave me while buying my first car by myself. I will definitely be back for my next car. Mac Haik rocks.

Mark Johnson was a new salesman at Mac Haik so I was a little worried, but he went above and beyond to make us happy. He and the rest of the staff really went to battle for us with the finance companies and did everything they could to make sure we could make the purchase. And we are now owners of a brand new SUV!! Highly recommend Mark Johnson and the Mac Haik Jackson Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership!!!

When it comes to my driving experience I entrust that to the one person who will take care of me from start to finish. Robert Williams has sold me all of my cars and he has a reputation that supercedes the average car salesman. He makes sure that you are riding in something that you will enjoy, safe and dependable. All of my vehicles I have enjoyed and he really treats you like a member of his family!! Keep up the GREAT works. I love my 2015 Chrysler 200!!
Steve Harmon is the most rude manager ever. This guy needs to go. They will lower the price to get you In the door then say he made a mistake on the price and cannot do it and give you another price over 7k of the original deal. Do not do business here!
I was recently inquiring about one of the vehicles on the lot and was interested in doing a trade-in. As of now, my car (which is only a year old in pristine condition with 14k miles) is valued at $25K on KBB. Other dealerships have it valued at that figure as well. Somewhow, Mac Haik has it valued at $19K which is laughable. Then to top it off, the saleswoman tried to push a new car on me...twice. I was well aware that I had a high payoff already on my vehicle, but I was willing to put a large down payment towards the trade-in. However, they decided to low-ball me with a low value figure.Im not all surprised; the Mac Haik establishment in Flowood is no better. I bought my current car from them and they were dishonest in the deal I did with them. I suppose this would be the case at the one in Madison as well. As Ive stated before in a previous review on the dealership in Flowood, I would not recommend Mac Haik to anyone.
I bought myself a beautiful red charger from Mac Haik and I absolutely love it! The team at Mac Haik are definitely people you would love to meet. The facility is nicely set up and very clean. I also love that they have snack machines at your conveniece. Ive had minor damages to my vehicle from time to time and always take my car down to Mac Haik and ask for Salesman Henry Collier because I know hes going to take care of me. I recommend anyone I come in contact with who needs a vehicle to try Mac Haik and ask for Henry Collier because he will get you in the car that you want for a price that you can afford! I appreciate the great customer service that they give 100% of the time!

Drove from Memphis before we left I called to see if the truck was still available, guy tells me.he wont.lose.my business over a few hundred dollars so I feel confident we can come to make a deal. I get down there and they start splitting hairs over 250$ windshield. Do yourself a favor drive a little farther and go see Mr. walker at walker family motors

Bought used car on Nov. 23 2018. On February 22, 2019 the head gaskets blow in the car on the way to Memphis. The Wynn warranty would only cover the blown heads but it was a nuclear melt down and had to have a new engine. The dealership would not stand behind the product sold and the extended warranty would not cover the damage done. I had to file bankruptcy cause I could not make payments on the car and pay to have it fixed as well a total of @$4000.00. I had the car only 89 days and less than 5000 miles on it. I definitely will not buy from this company again and say to all others buyer beware this company does not stand behind their products.
The short story: terrible customer service. The long story is below.Had to have emergency car service on our 2012 Fiat 500 New Years Eve weekend on our way from St. Louis to New Orleans. Because we were out of state and Fiats can be hard to service, our insurance towed us to the local dealership. We were going out of the country on a cruise, so we told the service advisor that we would OK repairs in advance because we were unreachable from Dec 31-Jan 6 and I had to be back at work on January 7th in Missouri.They replaced the battery ($330 + $39 shop fee + tax) and I asked them to check out the tire pressure sensors because the light would not turn off. They charged $62.50 and said it was fixed. However, the mileage In/Out on the invoice shows that they did not drive the car at all after the repair. Picked up the car early Monday, Jan 7th (had to be a day late back to work so we could pick up the car when the dealer was open) and immediately headed north. Less than 10 miles into the trip the tire pressure sensor error message came back on and has continued to have the same issues it had before we brought the car in. I called the dealership and asked that they refund the charge since they obviously had not fixed anything and we could not turn around and come back to have them look at it again.The service advisor said that she would be happy to refund the charge but it might take a few days to see a credit on my credit card. It has now been 3 MONTHS and I have spoken repeatedly to the service advisor and now to the service manager and everyone says theyll take care of the issue but I still have not seen a refund. So I am resorting to public shaming in hopes that someone will take responsibility, refund the $62.50 and take this hassle off my plate.
There are so many things I could say about this trip but I will keep it to a minimum. I had a major part malfunction on a 1200 mile road trip. I took my Jeep into Mac Haik, and from the very beginning I was treated with the best service. Terrell and all his guys were amazing at a very stressful time. From helping move all of my stuff to the shuttle car, to helping with a rental, to keeping me updated on all the progress, I could not be happier and cant speak more highly of these guys!
