Bill plugged my tire a few weeks ago; which prompted me to return for an oil change. Thank Blake for resetting my mileage for the oil change, tire rotation, & engine filter (I think that’s what you said). Great customer service and very knowledgeable of the services being used!
I highly recommend John and the team at Carlock! We had such a wonderful experience in what can usually be a real hassle. Anyone who has ever bought a new car knows what a pain it is. Try buying one during a shortage!!I found what I wanted online, it just so happens it was at Carlock. I called and talked to Alyn, explained that I was in Texas and wanted him to hold the car for a week until I could get there and pick it up. Out down a deposit and boom....they held the car.Got the credit and payment amount settled over the phone so when we arrived all we had to do was sign the paperwork. The 5 hour buying experience was honed down to 45 min.Thanks to Alyn, David and the rest of the team for getting me set up with my new Rogue SL!!

Everyone was very nice to me at Carlock, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of for being a woman bringing in my car alone. I came in for an oil change and while looking under the hood, they found corrosion around my battery (there was), and then said I needed a transmission fluid change. I did those two extra things in addition to the oil change, but then while I was waiting for my vehicle to be done I was told that the technician on my vehicle said I needed new rear brake pads (said they were at a 2, than a phone call within the next few days said there were at a 1). I helped my father look at them at home and the pads actually had half the pad left on them!!! Thus, I felt like you were just trying to get me to spend more money and have the brake pads changed or your technician doesnt know what hes doing when looking at brake pads. He might need a refresher course. Ill definitely be thinking twice before brining my vehicle back to Carlock.
After some hard work from a great and amazing staff here, my wife was able to purchase her dream car! Yes sometimes there is long hours and some bundled nerves. But with Bruce, Tim, and Sammys help. And of course an amazing General Manager they stayed late and worked their magic for her! Thank you and you will be receiving all of our friends and families business from now on.

I purchased a new 2017 Maxima SR from Carlock in Jackson.It has 35,000 miles on it currently. It is garage kept and maintained regularly there. It is always hand washed and has never been through an automatic car wash. I had a quarter panel moulding fall off as I was wiping it off. I bought a new one which already in stock.That tells me that there is a problem as that is not a regular stock item.I found out that it has been redesigned and a larger hole has to be drilled to replace it. It was 310.00 and a local body shop wants 120.00 to replace it. It should have been on a recall.I talked to Nissan and they said they would record my complaint but no offer of help.45 000 for a car with parts falling off. My last Nissan product.
The initial visit was confusing. I was accustomed to going to oil change directly but eventually saw signs to pull to Nissan dealership . Jennifer was very helpful to me for my oil change. She was very nice to all the customers during my visit to the service department. I liked the mats on floor and seats and the covering for the steering wheel.
The only reason I would not use them for future services, I live in arkansas...they went above and beyond. They were very polite and professional. They were awesome people to deal with considering the situation. Fixed my car in a timely manner. Kept me informed and up to date with their progress. Outstanding. Pretty disappointed with the service department. Went by on 8/16/21 about my car air not working. They set up an appt. for 8/25/21. I show up for my appt., and I was told they were short staffed & couldn’t get to me. No one bothered to call to let me know ahead of time. Rescheduled for 8/31. Dropped my car off at 9:30 AM. Call a little before 5:00 to check on it. Put on hold for 15 minutes while 4 different people pick up and ask for my info. End up hanging up because no one ever came back to tell me anything. Go to pick up my car, and they can’t find my paperwork. Then was told that one of their machines messed up & they never got around to fixing my air. Again, no one bothered to call to communicate what was going on. I will be going elsewhere. I’ve been a regular customer since 2013, but this experience was beyond unsatisfactory.

My daughter Went to get an oil change and was charged astronomically. Wasn’t alerted in advance to the price gouging until it was time to pay. Another vendor told me he could’ve changed her oil for half the price. Will never buy another car there again.

Was told the wait time was about an hour and a half. They were done in 30 minutes. That was great since I was just sitting in the waiting room. Also car was vacuumed out and left clean.
The worse place for the service, after 4 th time of appointment reschedule, I was waiting on my car for more than 24 hours after that I went to check and waited for half an hour to get an answer from one of the staff member and there was 4 to 5 staff members going in and out but no one has help, finally I have to ask for manager and told him not to do anything to my car and give me back.

Inquired about a car Friday talked about it and set up a test up a test drive for Monday. They sold the cat which isnt a big deal, but DID NOT TELL ME THEY SOLD IT. Thats great communication thats for wasting my time and letting me drive an hour for no reason. WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

Dropped off Thursday evening for battery, oil change, sensor. And pin on front frame. Monday afternoon all that had been done was the battery and oil change.
Went to Carlock Nissan in Jackson with a problem with my Frontier. Told them I could hear my belts slipping and sounded like the clutch on my air conditioning was kicking in and out. They put my truck on their analyzer for $115. They then replaced 3 belts and tensioner for a total of less than $600. They did not give me any credit for the analyzer like some dealers do. Started driving and in less than 2 miles, I heard the truck doing just like it had done before I brought it in. Went back to the dealership. They then “adjusted” some things. Truck still sounds just like it did. Actually, it now has a sound that I haven’t heard before. Will not go back for any repairs there until this is cleared up.

The service I received was fine. I didnt appreciate being told I would lose my warranty if I didnt come back by the next oil change date. I miss it because it takes 2 weeks to get an appointment. I drive for a living and cant not drive for 2 weeks while Im waiting for my appointment . Its not my fault its theres for making customers wait weeks at a time to get their service.
A really nice crew. Congenial and had a lounge area with coffee and free sodas. I brought my service dog to test them. They were even eager to bring her water. Things with Corona virus didnt get in the way. 👍

My Armada was left for 3 day with the 3 items I requested performed. Only 2 were done and said not aware but Were told when made reservation and on drop off envelope. I really don’t believe the tired were rotated because no handprints on dirty rims. New service people every time I come!The only saving Grace was Lauren from the Valvoline lube ship. She came in and got the oil change. Then the car wouldn’t crank on the battery they just swore was no problem! She recheck...bad cell. She got the new dealer manager to give me a battery. She will be the only reason I come back. The service department in Carlock was rude.
My wife and I took my son to look for a car. As with any car lot, a rep. showed up within 5 to 10 minutes. Personally, Id rather have about 15 min. to walk around but, the interaction wasnt overly aggressive but more so, informational for the rep. Tim worked with my sons purchase for about 5 hours to get my son what he needed. Two days later, my wife and I went back to trade our vehicle in where Tim worked just as hard for us as he did with our son. Tim was very friendly with us the entire time and aggressive with the sale once we sat down.

Ive been purchasing cars from this location for years and have had several people go there also. they have always taken care of all of my vehicle needs and never had any issue with them at. will gladly drive an hour one way to have them service my cars.

The service department is a joke. Had an appointment to get a recall fixed and busted speaker fixed that was supposedly under warranty ( the lady in the service department said it was) on a 17 Maxima.We made an appointment for 11:00. We dropped it off and they said about 4 hrs and it would be fixed. We drove home, 30 miles away and then drove back at 5:00. To find out they were going to keep it overnight. They didnt even call to let us know it wasnt ready. We pick the car up next day, the busted speaker isnt fixed. They said, the new one looked bent..We take it home and reschedule for 2 weeks later at 3:00.They said it shouldnt take no longer than 2 hours We go back at 5:15, they said the speaker was not under warranty now. Best part is,$300. labor to replace a 85. dollar rear speaker.The sure do know how to waste peoples time and money. Ive seen kids lemonade stand managed and ran better than these fools.

I was surprised and eager to meet her because she called me and scheduled an appointment over the phone so suddenly. When I arrived she surpassed my expectations and worked hard to get me in a vehicle that I wanted to have. Briley was so concerned about me and as a stranger can relate to some personal things I was going through. She remained professional and I have absolutely no complaints. We owned a 3 year Nissan Armada platinum that has lost all acceleration power while crossing traffic several times and the best answer we get is nothing showed up on computer. We traded the car in for a GMC Yukon and will never buy another Nissan. The safety of my family isn’t a priority of Nissan as they just want to send it home and say bring it back if it does it again. I owned a Nissan Rogue that did the same thing years ago and thought maybe issue was resolved but obviously Nissan can’t solve it.

The price was very reasonable, especially for a dealership in my opinion. The wait time was not that bad at all, especially considering when we drove in there were a dozen cars or more ahead of us, I was actually considering turning around and going else where, but the service guy that came out to the car said it would be 45 minutes to an hour, so we thought we would see how true it was and they definitely did it within the 45 minutes. I do like this location and having dealt with them on a previous car I can say I do feel they are honest.

They had my vehicle over a month after I was told it would take only a week or so knowing that the rental fees where Coming out of my pocket . And even though they knew this and knew that they had over exceeded their expected time frame I was given they didn’t even offer to waive partial of the rental fees especially since I had to pay 400 in rental fees to them because they are not capable of accurately accessing time frames of repairs. And let’s not forget they even lied like they was waiting on payment from my insurance so I had him to call the same day and they told him they had everything they needed🥴

My husband and I bought a Nissan Pathfinder in December 2019. Big Steve was so easy to work with and really hooked us up! He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and even flushed our transmission just because he wasnt 100% sure when it was last flushed. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle here at Carlock Nissan in Jackson!! ask for Big Steve when you go!!
Don’t get your oil changed here. They will scam you. The guy told me I had to replace the oil pan because it was stripped, so I did. Next oil change at another place, they told me the exact same thing..that I need to replace my oil pan because it was stripped and they showed me. These guys charged me $200+ to replace my oil pan and didn’t replace it. They take advantage of you if they can, please go somewhere with people you trust.
Very Rude. We had decided on a Murano Platinum and had an offer at another dealer but wanted to give Carlock an opportunity to obtain our business.We went in to discuss a final price on a particular vehicle in stock. The sales lady asked for our Drivers License to start the processes. I declined to turn over mine and my wifes personal Identification just to start a discussion.At this time the sales manager approached us and rudely informed us that he would not discuss any deal without first getting photocopies of our personal Identifications.Therefore we left and will never return.
I stopped in for an oil change on 2-29-20 at about 3:00 p.m.. The staff were very helpful and self expediting. From the moment I put my truck in Park to the moment I put my truck in Drive to leave it was 45 minutes. That included gathering what information was needed and explaining the details of my bill which included a multi-point inspection. In short im happy with my experience.

I was there for 4 and a half hours getting a tire changed ((nail in tire) and an oil change. That was crazy unacceptable. I could see my car still sitting on the lot after 3 hours so I asked,were they going to start on my car anytime soon? I was told I could leave if I wanted by the girl at the register. Excuse me, what? Eventually they said my car was ready after 4 and a half hours. The next day I noticed my tire is on backwards with the inside text facing outward. Unbelievable. This is a dealership. I paid $243.00 for this service. No. I will not be purchasing my tires there anymore or taking my car to be serviced there anymore. I am no longer sure if I will be purchasing my next car there. I said I would. But after the last 2 bad services I received I am no longer sure. I dont like being treated so rudely.

I came to get my oil changed all the way in Jackson, Tennessee. The only reason I came was the fact I thought I had a coupon. A nice young lady helped me and informed me that my coupon could not be applied. She was sweet but I need to feel I’m getting a deal if I drive all the way to dealership for oil change.
