I recently purchased a Volvo from Paul Moak all the way from Georgia. As this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from out of state, I had many reservations but Bradley helped ease my fears tremendously!! He took the time to send me numerous pictures and videos, answered any and every question I had, kept in constant contact with me and held the vehicle for me until I was able to fly out there. When I arrived in Mississippi, he picked me up from the airport, then spent a couple of hours with me going over many of features because this was my first Volvo. The process to complete the purchase took less than 20 minutes as they had my paperwork ready for me. Multiple members of the team also came over to thank me for my business. During our many conversations, Bradley mentioned how much he enjoys working for Paul Moak because they are like a family and it was evident by how he treats his customers. Even after the sale was complete, Bradley still texted and called me to make sure my trip back home was going safely. This was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had! I got a great car at a great price! If Im in the market again, I wont hesitate to make the 600+ mile, 10 hour trip to Paul Moak again. It was definitely a deal not an ordeal! Quick turn around. Car looked good. Service providers could have been a little kinder and more understanding. My husband called to get an update on my vehicle (as he should be able to do) and was met with extremely rude behavior. I know y’all are busy, but every customer should be given respect. We expected more from a dealership we spent a ton of money at. Kindness goes a long way and will greatly impact where we purchase our next vehicle.
Dont waste your time going here for an oil change. I scheduled an oil change at 2 p.m and didnt leave until 5. Was told it would just be a few more minutes twice in this time period. I had been on a road trip and went over my mileage for my oil needing changed. This was the closest dealership to me to do the work.I drove from Hattiesburg to Jackson. After I left I tried to contact the owner.. left a message for him to call me back and never heard a word. This has also happened to a friend of mine that had something simple done to her car. Go anywhere but here.
I have been going to this dealership for over 10 years. They have excellent sales and service. They are the most honest and dependable automotive service that Ive ever seen. If you need service call Brent or Morgan. If you need a good deal on a car, call Floyd. You wont regret it.
I really appreciated Morgan’s help on scheduling my sunroof replacement. He assured me the job would be done in an afternoon and I could wait in the car…it ended up only taking a couple of hours. He also was quick to contact me about a delay in the part being at the dealership, but did a great job following up and getting me in as soon as possible.
If I could give a zero, I would. They have one department for services. Another for parts. And then yet another person to schedule an appointment. I just needed a simple fix and I got bounced around from department to department and had to explain myself all over again just to be told that I needed to talk to a different department. Trying to get help from these guys was a complete waste of time. I had hoped for more from a Subaru dealer. Really disappointing.

Friendly, fast, & clean!! I drove 2 hrs there for a service, got there much earlier than my appointment. They took my car back right then and got it serviced. The waiting area was clean & quiet. I will definitely be going back! Also they have FREE coffee and snacks!!!

We came to Paul Moak with our heart set on a Volvo. Our sales rep, Ron, showed us all the different ones, and went over all the features. When we were ready to make a deal, I saw the Subaru Limited on the showroom floor, and gave Ron the ole switcheroo. He was very patient with us, and again went through every detail of the Subaru. Which we ended up purchasing.

Paul Moak Subaru is my “home” car place. If I need anything like advice, a key fob battery, or question about extended coverage, since I am now 3 years into my outback, all I have to do is call and someone helps me. Everything at the dealership went fine and everyone was nice so I wasnt going to complain until they asked for a review. My issue is that I dropped my car off at 9am, I called 3 times (2:15pm, 3:30pm, and 4:30pm) to get an update, and I got a text at 5pm saying it was ready. It is frustrating that no one had time to call me back with any information. I could have planned better if I had some info.

Called to get information on Ascent and talked to Lynn. Turned out to be my favorite sales person out of all the dealerships I called. Decided over phone after negotiating price to buy from Paul Moak even though they were not the best price. Two other dealerships offered lower pricing. Subarusauto delivery was delayed several times. We arrived at dealership at appointment time and auto was ready, Lynn was ready and the business office had all the paperwork ready for signatures and Lynn explained the auto to us and we were on our way for the 3 hour trip home. It was a pleasure to do business with Lynn. Thanks to as the staff that makes it happen. Were happy...
Very bad experience. After having the air conditioner fixed under recall and a regularly scheduled service, the car engine bay started smoking profusely right after getting on the highway. They called a tow truck, my wife had to wait 2 hours for it in a McDonalds parking lot, then another two hours after the car got towed back. There was a significant puddle of oil under the car and oil splatter all over the engine bay, including on the hood and pooled oil around the filter. They told her it was just a little spilt oil from the service that they had to clean up (which mysteriously took 2 hours). I know mistakes happen, but expect integrity from people when it does, like owning up to the fact that they clearly left a hose or the folder itself loose.
Everyone was friendly and the service was prompt. I would always recommend the service department!

My first service on my 2020 Outback went great. They wore masks and followed all Covid safety protocols. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with water, coffee, and snacks.
The coffee was good as usual and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is one of the nicest I have been to. I don’t mind waiting for my vehicle at all when I take it to Paul Moak Subaru.

Bought my first ever Subaru (Forester) and I will say this as briefly as Possible. After 10 years of being a Nissan customer I am trying Subaru. The purchase itself was an absolute breeze. They really made it easy and quite a good experience. The Forester has a smooth ride with good acceleration and handles well in traffic. So far Im really liking this vehicle.

I have never felt like the staff I’ve interacted with didn’t have time to answer my questions, nor have I felt like they immediately assumed I didn’t know what they were talking about when it came to my vehicle - this is a big deal for me because I have left before even getting my vehicle serviced at other places due to these exact reasons.I’ve had recalls fixed on this vehicle along with regular maintenance and no matter the reason for my visit I’ve always left Paul Moak feeling my vehicle, and myself, were cared for well.I’ve recommended Paul Moak to friends, I’m definitely a fan!

Nicholas and Brian did an outstanding job servicing my Subaru Crosstrek. Brian check my temperature when I arrived and direct me to a clean and spacious waiting area where it was easy to practice social distancing. Free refreshments were provided while I waited for the service to be completed.
Paul Moak Subaru is one of the finest Subaru dealerships I have been to they get you in and out very quick kind courteous and professional staff I highly recommend them. I showed up a day early for my appointment and Brian the service advisor said no problem we will get you in. I had tires put on four-wheel alignment oil change and complained of a crunching sound in the front end The technicians could not find any crunching sound in the front end and after the service asked me to take them for a ride. They were very concerned about the sound but it had disappeared after the new tires and alignment. The waiting room was very clean and as well as the restrooms Nice vending machines and free coffee and water cannot say enough about this dealership . Got some major work done on my forester a while ago here. Hertz tried to nickle and dime me for brakepads and a water pump but the guys here told me the parts were fine which is the first time a dealership has not tried to steal my money. Their service department gets real busy and the mechanics look beat sometimes so I would be patient getting work done here.On a sidenote the salesmen are common sense and wont bother you unless you mean business. Went to a Hyundai dealership and it was like they were trying recruit me into a cult or something. Complete opposite here.

We traveled a couple hours to go to this Subaru and what an absolute pleasure it was to work with these folks. Ive worked in the car industry and I know the last day of the year is crazy. Do not, under ANY circumstance, bring your vehicle here for service. I brought my vehicle in to have O2 sensors replaced in my exhaust system, and a recalled brake switch taken care of. We made an appointment for 11:30, they finally took the vehicle back at 2:30pm. Then once 4:00 came around, they came back....with a diagnosis. They had checked my check engine light code. After 4.5 hours. Thirty minutes later, they came back with bad news... My battery was now also bad. A battery that Ive never, EVER had trouble with until I brought it to this dealership. So, I asked to speak with a manager. I got the VP of Paul Moak automotive. He said even if my battery dies as a result of their mechanic leaving the doors open and the lights on inside the vehicle, that I am responsible for replacing the dead battery, and I WILL be charged for the replacement battery, labor, and taxes. Another $175. He then proceeded to reassure me that there is nothing they can or are willing to do. Even though they killed my battery. I drove the vehicle home, allowing it to charge for my 2.5 hour drive, and have had no problems with it since. And my battery is fine. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes, and they do not put the customer first. They are another example of a large corporation taking advantage of consumers.Update: its been a whole week, and still have a perfectly good battery.

I scheduled beforehand, and my appointment time was met. From check in untilI checkout I was able to wait comfortably on site. At check out I was given a concise report of what had been done as well as a “report card” on my vehicle, and we discussed recommendations and my car was waiting. Efficient and pleasant as you could hope for. All my expectations were met, and surpassed.
Best dealership I’ve been to! I’ve used this location for 2 1/2 years for oil changes/tire rotations/etc and the service is great and the people are always welcoming. They know everything about my car (important when other places have used the wrong oil and caused problems) and never overcharge! This weekend we purchased a new vehicle and Daniel and Butch were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find the car I needed for the best price! The facilities are always clean and the team there is always professional. They do quality work and don’t try to confuse you - what you see is what you get.My only gripe is that sometimes I have problems getting someone on the phone after being transferred.

This dealer is 2 hrs away so when I asked for confirmation the vehicle was there before I drove they told me they sold it yesterday! My car buying experience was good with a few discrepancies. Cliff Brewster was my salesperson and he was AWESOME! Cliff was very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and patient. He did everything in his power he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Butch Bandy, Used Car Manager, I feel could really do more with used vehicles before they are presented to sell. If I can point out a clearly visible imperfection, then I know he had already seen it. I didnt like the fact he was sarcastic in trying to place a bandage on it like that would fix the problem. Clearly some better customer service improvements are needed on Mr. Bandys end. Financing with Josh Dillon was a breeze. Besides the arrogance of Mr. Bandy my car buying experience was pretty good.

We went to the dealer with a Subaru in mind but wanted to make sure we got a good deal. When we arrived Cliff greeted us very kindly and asked what we were intrested in.
