I’m a repeat customer at Seymour Ford. Each experience has been very positive. They have been willing to go the extra mile to make my buying experience great. Bought a used vehicle and it had a minor issue with the trailer hitch wiring that I discovered the day after the purchase. They came to my house and picked up the vehicle, took it back to the shop and found a blown fuse. They brought the vehicle back the same day with everything working. Good job guys!
My buying experience began by just pulling in and looking around. Spoke to Dave Fugate about a Jeep Wrangler they had on the lot. Dave was very friendly and helpful. Just took our minivan in here to be repaired after hitting a deer and I have to say, these people really care about the customer. They went out of their way to try and get it done in one day for us since its the only car that fits our carseats. Im pretty sure they washed our car too! Everyone we encountered was kind and professional. They sold themselves. We will be returning and recommending this location to all of our friends and family. 10 Stars!
I am always treated well when I take my 2016 MKX in for service. Either in the service department, or as this time for my Oil Change. This time I needed my third/center brake light replaced from car wash damage, the car wash had ripped off the red lens. The oil change was able to replace with a part I had already purchased. Great service.
We went on a whim to see if they had any stock and found 4 we liked. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the extra steps everyone went through to make sure we were happy.We had never used a Ford dealership before and cant wait to do it again.

I hit something on the freeway and it broke loose one of the underbody covers, it was dragging. Pull in to Seymour Ford and one of the service people looked at right away. She layed down on the parking lot and reached underneath the car to zip tie it temporarily so I could drive home. Great Worker!

I brought in my 2014 Taurus for service at 8:30 a.m.I was not able to get a ride while my car was in repair. Seymour Fordfurnished a driver to take me home and pick me up.The Taurus was repaired within two and a half hours. It was sonice to be at home while the car was repaired and picked up anddelivered by a courteous gentleman. The car now runs beautifully.

I received a recall notice on my Ford Explorer which I purchased from Seymour Ford in Jackson, Michigan. I contacted them and made an appointment for Friday, May 29th, so the repair could be completed. I stated that I would drop my vehicle off at the Service Department on Thursday, May 28th, so my vehicle was available to them early on Friday morning. My husband followed me to the dealership so he could transport me back home. We stopped and ate lunch then returned home. Within an hour after returning home on Thursday, the telephone rang and it was Seymour Ford’s Service Department notifying me that the Explorer was repaired and I could pick it up at my convenience. They had a tech that had become available and he repaired my vehicle on Thursday!! We returned to the dealership and picked up my SUV. It was Memorial Day weekend and I was very happy that it had been repaired a day early! I have always been extremely satisfied with any of the work that has been done on my Explorer at Seymour Ford. I just want to thank Seymour Ford and their staff in the body shop. I sold cars for almost 30 years and I have never been so pleased with a body shop like the one at Seymour Ford. The entire staff was friendly and courteous from the moment I walked into the shop. When I dropped off my Fusion on a Monday, I was told that it would probably be done the following week. The car also needed a few Factory recalls to be done in service as well. Every single day I was updated on its progress and the Fusion was fixed before the weekend of that first week. When I arrived to pick it up, I found my Fusion had been washed and detailed inside and out. Now thats First Class Service right there. I will be returning in a week with my daughters Focus as it needs a dent repaired on the hood and it has a few Factory recalls as well. I am looking forward to another great experience.
My husband and I have been looking for a truck for months for our son. We live in the suburbs outside of Chicago and found a truck at this dealership (which is about 4.5 hours away from us). We called and spoke to the salesman, Dave, and he answered all of our questions honestly and even texted us more pictures than what we saw online. We could tell he was a good guy and drove the 4.5 hours to look at the truck. It was everything he said and better. He was honest, easy to work with and such a down to earth guy. He didnt pressure us or make us feel like he was just after the sale. He truly wanted to make sure we were getting the right truck for us. Misty helped us in the finance department and although we dont have the most stellar credit, she got us financed through a reputable finance company and at a great rate. From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience and we would come back and buy from this dealership in a heartbeat!

People always take time to listen to your needs and when they hand out quotes to repair your car its very reasonable and they are able to get you within the week. go there too oil changes and last year got nice new tires on the car and there working great. Rob in the body shop was very helpful through the estimate process after we hit a deer with our Fusion Turns out the vehicle was a total loss, but he walked us through it. We were then fortunate enough to meet Greg in Sales and found a very similar/suitable replacement vehicle right there on the lot. Greg was great in working with us until our settlement came through and made the delivery quick and painless.
We have received friendly, professional service at the Seymour Ford Collision Center over the years thanks to local wildlife. Again yesterday for a small issue, quickly fixed. We have recommend their services before and still do.

They tell you get a warranty on tires but when your tires are almost bald they say thats not a hazard and would not replace the tire I would have to buy tire $ 317.86 and I have a problem with a service at Seymour Ford Lincoln
Had to wait aprx. 2 weeks for our appointment never heard back from service dept. called at the end of the day and service tech. Marty started making up things (lied) about car they never looked at it next day car was done, however never got any feed back on cost or gave them permission to proceed $ 180.00 later . this was a simple fix $10.00 part and based on my research should have only taken a half hour or less to replace part, it was a cut and dry as to what need to be fixed we even got a text on our phone from the car telling us what need to be fixed, outside temp. sensor.no brainier this part does not effect the engine performance thats when I knew Marty was blowing smoke up my a#*, so now I dont trust Seymour Ford, and then I did more research and saw nation wide ave. cost was $118.00 or less, so now I feel I was taken advantage of and will never use there service dept. again and never buy a Ford product again and I have been a steady Ford customer since 1977 .
Poor customer service, bad attitude. I went in for an oil change, I didn’t have personal issues; however, based on the customer service I received, I would use a different dealer.

Jim and his team were very accommodating, extremely understanding of my issue with Ford Motor. If it were up to Ford, my transmission would not have been fixed.I’m very frustrated with an auto manufacturer that doesn’t stand by its product. Having a vehicle‘s trans blow at 71,000 miles is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Check google, Ford has a very long history with the Escapes and Fusions transmission. Why haven’t they recalled these vehicles?
Good communication and car was fixed well. was extremely disappointed though to walk in and see that no employees had masks on until I approached the counter. They also were allowing customers to walk around with no masks all over the building. I take care of someone high risk and I will probably choose to go somewhere else because of this from now on.

Atypical dealership experience with all the trappings of a for profit business.
They were professional throughout the process of servicing my vehicle. They kept in contact with me while I waited to let me know what they found and how much longer my wait was. I would not hesitate to bring my other vehicles that arent Fords to have them serviced.

The most honest car dealership Ive ever dealt with. Fair with their trade ins, very fair with their used car prices. Helpful and honest sales people. (Which is crazy rare) We are repeat customers and wont go anywhere else at this point. Every other place we looked either wanted to screw you on trade in or was overpriced on the vehicle or both.
Brought the edge in for oil leak on timing cover. Picked up on Saturday due to time constraints. Engine didnt sound right. Took home. Next Wednesday the car lost power and by the time it was brought back in oil was all over the engine and high pressure fuel pump was off. Took about week to get all the parts due to Ford. Dealer gave us a loaner and supported out needs. I find Seymour service department outstanding compared to other Ford dealers.
I was looking to lease another vehicle and requested a quote on two different vehicles on Seymour Ford’s website late one night and had the quote with tons of details including window stickers the next morning! Katie was fantastic to work with and sent me a bunch of pictures of the two vehicles as well. Arranged to go test drive the vehicles the next morning and drove away with my new vehicle in a little over two hours. Katie made the process very easy and I am thrilled with my new vehicle! Was very easy to make an appointment to test drive some used vehicles. Found what I was looking for and got a great deal too. Sales and service people were all friendly and helpful.
Service is sub par. The people behind the counter act like they have some kind of personal problem with you upon entering the door. Its a very aggressive environment walking in there. You can actually feel the tension in the room as if they want you to just go away like youre bothering them or something.Just all round uncomfortable.

Service was performed in a timely manner (once the ac compressor parts finally arrived). They were not able to complete the work prior to closing for the weekend so they let me have my Explorer back for the weekend which I considered helpful since it it my only vehicle. I can’t blame them for the inconvenience due to the pandemic, but the lack of shuttle services or loaner vehicles would be my only negative experience. I won’t let that affect my star rating though. Marty was great; thank you Seymour Ford.

Great experience. Best price on the CPO Mustang I found within 250 miles for that year/mileage. Went the extra mile to give solid trade-in value and close the deal that day to be able to take car home. No extra pressure to buy items in the finance process. Just bought what I needed. Overall very good experience. Car was ready to test drive when I got there, and was out the door in under 1.5 hours. Curtis Watson was our salesman and I highly recommend him.

I take my 2013 Ford Escape into Seymour Ford for all my major car maintenance and have always had a pleasant experience. They are able to drop me off at work or home, perform the work while keeping me informed of any developments that may change the cost, and pick me up when my car is ready. Recently several days after I brought my car in for a major mileage check up, the battery died on me. Seymour Ford sent two guys out to jump my car, transport it to their shop, checked the battery, replaced the battery and returned my car, all in one day and without charging me. Amazing service! I did not expect that level of service when I called about my battery dying on me. People often say not to take your car to dealership because theyll make you spend money that didnt need to be spent, but that is not true for Seymour Ford, they treat their customers right.
Had some recall work to be done. They said I didnt need an appointment so I stopped in on Monday. They took me immediately and said it would be about 15 minutes and it was! They brought the car around and I was on my way. They have always been right on the mark whenever I have had the car in. This is my first Ford and I am impressed with their professionalism.
