Eye exam was way too quick, wasn’t a thorough exam. Felt rushed. Don’t really like the frames to big and keep falling down and glasses are hard to see out of. Charged way too much. I got ripped off. Wish I would of went somewhere else.

Absolutely wonderful people! The staff is amazing, they give you their opinions on how glasses look on you, and they point you to the correct direct, relating to prices, or styles. They have popular brands too!

Worst experience at an optometrist. Appointment was rushed, spent all of five minutes in the chair as a new patient. They seemed to be pushing Medicaid patients through as quickly as possible to maximize profits. Prescription I recieved is definitely wrong. Never adjusted the fit when I picked my glasses up. My vision is still blurry but I cant go anywhere else for two years because of Medicaid. Will not be returning. Kind a funny that all the positive reviews are from people who havent posted any or very little reviews of other places. Seems fishy to me.

Have been seeing Dr. Bricker since I moved to Jackson over 3 years ago. I have had nothing but great experiences with my all of my visits/exams as well as the contact and lens prescriptions I received.

These folks are the BEST! I’m visiting from Oregon for 2 weeks and my eyeglasses broke. They fixed them right up at no charge! It would’ve been aweful to be stuck without eyesight for 2 weeks! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!
