EXCELLENT customer service. My daughters garage door broke today and her car was inside. We tried everything we knew but could not get it open. I Called and Mr. Ron answered on a Saturday and offered to come out on a Saturday to get her car out! He even wound up fixing it!! Who else would have provided such great service!!!

I called to request service for my garage door, however Door Hanger Inc was booked out a week and a half out. I had plans to go out of town within the week. Miss Debbie said that she would fit me in as soon as possible during the upcoming week. Low and behold, I received a called later the same day that Mr. Ron was able to come out same day to look at my garage door. The price was very very reasonable and the service Mr. Ron provided was excellent!!! Thank you both sooo much for the great service !!!

Door Hangers is an ethically run company with honest employees. They have replaced one garage door and have replaced parts to keep another door working. I recommend them to everyone!

Since offering my original review, I realize now that I submitted a negative mark on the wrong company. I regret this deeply, and am not sure how to right the ship. I hope that my admittance of this error here is at least the start of recompense. I have not personally done business with Door Hangers, but a neighbor has and they were most pleased. My apologies to the owner (s), I made a mistake.

I have used Ron and the Door Hangers team several times for new installations and door repair. Highly recommend them. They provide excellent service.

I purchased my garage door from door hangers and installed it myself. I only installed it myself because I was on a time crunch to get out of a self storage unit. I would like to give a thumbs to them for the personal service and helpfulness. Although they probably would have installed it quicker than I, that being said it took me around 3.5 hours and it works perfectly. If you do decide to install yourself do your homework make sure everything is square, level and plumb and take your time.

Debi and Ron were fantastic. First, Debi helped me determine what was actually going on with our older garage door system. Ron then delivered the correct components in a week when the backlog around this area for garage door service is over two weeks!!! Thanks Debi and Ron!!
