After a big weather storm we lost power thus in order for us to drive out of our garage we had to manually open the 18 ft garage door vs using the automatic opener.The following day when we had power back on we no longer had a working garage door opener. Sometime later we called the company The Total Garage Store for them to come evaluate and hopefully fix our moder. Expecting a long wait due too covid restrictions, they were able to get out to our place in a few days. They first checked every possible prob that it could be to help save us $. But we ended up have to get a bran new moder. The feller that came was very professional and courteous.We now have a working garage door. Whooo Hooo!!!

I had been putting off an issue with the garage door and finally called them. They fixed it and noted another issue that was about to cause a problem. They were quick, reasonable and everything is still working properly.

My technician was James I had a broken tension spring on my 19’ door. Worked quickly arrived on time. At conclusion, he reviewed the work and also gave me information on possible future maintenance and diy as well as professional fixes. Easy pay with credit card. Will do business with again.

Came out and charged their service fee. Took a couple of pics and told us we needed the whole new spring, rod and all. Was supposed to order it. That was well over a month ago (prob 2). Husband called week before last to inquire and was told didnt know when part would be in, let her check and shed call back. Never heard anything else. He called again today, this lady was clueless. Couldnt even tell us if it had been ordered and had an attitude. Told him she could send him to someone else and they may or may not return his call. Not professional at all. With that said, we called another company. They will be out in a day or 2. Maybe we can actually get it fixed this time.

The salesman was very nice and funny. The guys that installed my garage door were very nice.. they made the job lik effortless. The only thing I can complain about is, I wasnt told, that they didnt do the wiring for the opener. I now have to hire an electrician. Other than that, everything was great
