Bobby Kliem sold my husband and I a Plug and Play Spa. He was very patient with us because we visited the store 3 different times. Each time we spoke with him and he was very patient and kind with us and answered all of our questions and always treated us with respect. I would recommend anyone to deal with him when visiting Aloha Pools and Spas. Thank you Bobby. It was a joy dealing with you.
Very good company. They really know what theyre doing when they install a pool. Brian wheres our salesman who did an excellent job. If you have a question all you have to do is call and they will answer it for you. We will use this company again.
We used Aloha for our stealth pool install. Bobby was AMAZING to work with and very responsive to all my questions and calls. He even came 1.5 hours to my house on his day off to show me something I couldn’t figure out. The install crew was super polite, efficient and worked extremely hard to get us up and going. We had a hiccup after initial install but they came the next day and fixed the problem. I highly recommend using Aloha for your pool needs. Call Bobby!
We used Aloha Pools in Jackson, TN to build our in-ground pool. Our sales person Tommy Milligan is outstanding! He explained the details on benefits of each feature of a new pool installation.I also want to commend Camacho our finishing crew lead. He is magnificent! He has gone above and beyond to ensure that all of our equipment is functioning properly. Additionally, he has explained the equipment and the optimum levels required including pool salt water level management. Aloha Pools, Jackson, TN is professional, responsive and honest!
I purchased a Hot Springs Spa from Aloha Pools and Spas. Bobby was very helpful throughout the whole process. He stands behind the products he sales as well. He has helped me resolve any issues that I have had. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied with their purchase. I would not buy a spa from anyone else.
We began our journey with Jena, as we were going to go with an in ground pool. After back and forth, we decided we would go with the stealth pool. We paid our deposit and never heard back. She then told us to deal with Bobby. We wish we had dealt with Bobby from the beginning. We finally got set up to have our pool installed. The install crew was great, the only issue we had was the company vehicle was leaking oil and it ruined our driveway. We mentioned it to Bobby, who told Jena and to which she said throw some kitty litter or sand on it and it’ll wash away, it happens. $15000 driveway has oil stains that definitely didn’t wash away. Bobby told us to come up and get our chemicals for the credit we would get for the first time. We drove over an hour and they were out of 2 of the things we needed ( not his fault but super aggravating) The service department is HIGHLY uneducated when it comes to pool knowledge. The guy that tested my water was inaccurate and way off on the chemicals needed. Jena was supposed to come out for pool school and we have yet to hear back.. Luckily, Bobby took care of us and made everything much better than the situation was as far as chemicals and answering all questions we had. If you are going to deal with aloha, definitely contact Bobby.
Purchased our second pool through Aloha this summer. The old above-ground was getting long in the tooth, so replaced it with a stealth semi-inground. There were a couple of hiccups with the install, but in each instance, Aloha responded quickly and took care of the issues They really stand behind what they sell and bend over backwards to ensure the customer is satisfied. Bobby (sales) and Anthony (service) have both been great to work with- highly recommend Aloha!
We had a great experience having our pool put in this past fall. The crews were amazing...very friendly and they absolutely know what they’re doing!!!Any time we had a question, it was always resolved in a timely manner! Also, the in store staff are friendly and very helpful with anything we have needed.Great job ALOHA!!!Jason and Amy Cantrell
Aloha has been servicing our pool since they put it in 13yrs ago & we are very happy. They always try to go the extra mile & help people even if they didn’t originally install their pool. We had been out of town for 4 months unexpectedly & when we returned home our pool looked great due to Aloha having a great employee coming by on a regular bases to make sure the pool was clean & water was tested. This is truly customer services at it’s finest! I can’t thank them enough for all they have done to make sure our pool was ready for the summer! GREAT JOB ALOHA!!!!
Brian sold us our pool seven years ago, and even though he isnt in the service department, he has gone above and beyond to help us with our pool several times over the years. Most recently, this week Brian came to our home after working all day, two days in a row, because he knew we couldnt get a service appointment before Saturday. We are expecting 17 middle school chess players and their families. Brian did not disappoint those kids. He is dedicated, so knowledgeable, and a real man of integrity! He got us fixed up with the new booster pump we needed, but he did so much more. He reset our timing schedules, and showed me helpful tips for pool care. He advised me on money saving ideas, and he was very kind to our old dog who always remembers him! I wish all salespeople were as dedicated and reliable as Brian! Im glad to know him! Thank you, Brian!
We bought our pool in 2014 from Brian Clark at Aloha. First off, everything went well even though the weather did not cooperate and flooding caused extra work for Aloha. Everything ended on time and we were well pleased with Aloha. As for Brian Clark, I tell people all the time he has provided the best customer service I have ever received from any sales person in any business. This guy did not just make the sale, collect his commission and walk away. 7 years later he still is providing customer service and helping us when we have issues. In return, I send Brian every person I know looking for a pool because I know he will take care of them. I am very picky about who I recommend, but recommend Brian with no hesitation because the guy is phenomenal. The ice storm this past winter actually caused damage to my liner and Brian is actually on his way to patch it for me today. This was nothing that was Aloha’s fault, yet 7 years after the sale he is still helping us. I highly recommend Brian Clark and Aloha Pools.
Im in love with my new Oasis in the back yard. Brian Clark was an amazing help to creating the most beautiful pool and lounge areas. He took care of me from the beginning to the end ensuring that our project was completed and we were happy. Hes had so many years of knowledge, I trusted him without any doubts. I 100% recommend you contact Brian Clark for any of your wishes or needs. Oh and he easily sold me on the Hot Springs Spa that has been a life changer for my tired and sore muscles after long stressful work days. I was totally impressed with the work ethic of every crew that came to our home. They would start early in the morning and set up lights if the job required them to stay into the evening. If they started, they finished. From the salesman (Brian Clark), the project manager (Keri) and every crew member I want to say THANK YOU :)
I think bashing businesses online is tacky-- unless youve reached out to that business 89 times in 4 months and they ignore you and couldnt care less about your needs.Aloha Pools and Spas is the WORST company Ive ever dealt with. They are a monopoly in the Jackson area, so they dont care if they have your business. There is NO service after the sale.Communication is key to a well- run business, and they have none. They dont return phone calls. They make promises they cannot keep. They throw out random dates just to shut you up. And they dont have a clue what is going on with your project. Our pool turned out aesthetically beautiful, but its still lacking a slide, diving board, the proper chemicals that were needed to start it up and the heater is not working.Do they care? No.Are they in any rush to give us what weve paid for? No.Do NOT swimaloha.com. I repeat. DO NOT SWIMALOHA.COM.Aloha means hello and goodbye. For the pool store in Jackson, though, it only means, We got your money. Goodbye.Dig your own cement pond with a spoon before you put up with the bull that comes with this company.
We had our new pool installed last month and so far we’ve been quite happy with it. Told the Bobby, our salesman, our budget for a pool and he set us up with what we wanted. The crew that set up our pool was friendly and professional. We are very happy with our pool!!
Need to readily give away 4K on a pool cover but the lady behind the desk chose to ignore me after someone told her twice I was waiting to order a cover. Rude and unprofessional!
Deserves 0 stars. Provided a contract and we were responsible for several items, fine, but contract said they would notify 3-4 days in advance. Called Thursday afternoon said they would be there Friday. I had to get sand by the next day. Works out but takes two days to install. Our pool liner was wrong, they used another from another job. Starting filling Saturday. On Monday major leak and most of the water came out. Called on Monday with little response, no commitment to return all week because other commitments were more important on a job that was already paid but not complete. Finally show up Friday and Sales person tells me they are bringing a new liner. Ends up patching the center most likely due to loose item or bad quality liner. We have to wait 24 hours before filling a foot and then check. Then maybe have water by Monday... holiday...We paid cash and evidently we don’t really matter as no one is calling to check on our pool. No one to give demonstration, no calls to explain what is being done.I’m going to make sure the BBB receives this notification and Social Media... really disappointed and dissatisfied because center of pool takes the most pressure and our new liner is defective.
Bobby is the absolute best when it comes to making sure you are taken care of! Highly recommend!!
Brian Carter is amazing! He took time to help us with our equipment and got everything working again. He is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about pool equipment. We appreciate Brian and the whole team at Aloha; thank you all for the excellent service!!!!
Installed our pool in December of 2020. We had them winterize it after they color stamped our concrete. They dumped chlorine into pool (which you do) but it splattered onto the concrete stamp. They didnt catch it when they put the cover on. When we took cover off in April our concrete has bad spots where the concrete has chipped due to the chlorine sitting on it all winter. We can also see from the starting spot of coloring the concrete to where they finished is a few shades different. These two spots meet right in front of our pool where the patio starts. Looks terrible. They will not come fix it. We have left multiple messages. They did finally come out and took pictures to show the owner. Now its been another 3 weeks with no response. We havent even swam in our pool yet and the finished concrete work looks like its 30 years old. Its unfortunate they dont stand behind their workmanship. You would think there would be some kind of warranty!! WE HAVE NOT EVEN USED OUR POOL YET! Do not use Aloha Pools in TN!! I will revise this review if we ever hear back from them.
Bobby Kleim is great and helped me along with the process. My family and I were picked as a winner during the give away. Not only did we win a pool, Bobby was very attentive to make sure it was done correctly and didnt leave me with anything to do. Bobby was there to answer any questions and was insistent on making sure thing were done correctly. Also the staff there were great with helping me with chemicals needed to maintain our pool. You couldnt ask for better customer service.
Update: 3/24/2021- I made contact with a different person named Bradley. He is AMAZING!! They are in the process of fixing all of our problems. They are going above and beyond helping me at this point once they were aware of the employee that would not help me. Brian is also working extra to ensure our pool and issues have been taken care of. I can now say they truly do care! :)2/27/2021: I am so upset with Aloha Pools. Our liner keeps floating every time it rains. Something is seriously wrong with the construction of the pool and they will not figure it out. They told me to contact a landscaper about drainage issues...did that and there is not a drainage issue. I have called Aloha countless times over the last year to get them to come fix the problem and all they do is reset the liner. That is not fixing the issue. Our warranty is up in April and I feel they are passing the time to put the expense on us. They will not figure out the issue! I have tried to be kind and understanding and I feel they are taking advantage of me because of my kindness. I truly hope Aloha Pools will do the right thing and fix the problem! We spent almost $50,000 on this pool and all we have done is deal with the liner floating and several things breaking on the equipment. I’m beyond frustrated and very upset. I have many many pictures for proof, but it doesn’t allow me to post a picture on here.
We purchased a swim spa from Aloha and it was delivered on March 1, 2021. In April, I called because the spa was leaking, and the earliest appointment was May 11th. On that day, no one showed so I called and was given another appointment for May 19th. Someone did show but did not fix anything and left a note saying to call the service department. We went to the store and spoke with the service department who sent Joe on June 1st. He stated the foot jets were leaking, needed replaced and Aloha would setup a time to come service the spa one the parts arrived. After not hearing from them, I called the service department on July 26th and spoke to 3 different people. I was told that Rusty would call me back which has never happened. On July 31st, my husband and I went by Aloha at 11am and was told the service department was at lunch. We went back at 1pm and they were still at lunch. Also, there were no managers available. This is unacceptable for such a high dollar item.
This was not an easy project! I started in the heart of a pandemic when people were scrambling to make their homes more comfortable and fun. We were also plagued with weather issues. Brian was very responsive to my questions and concerns. The teams that came onsite worked HARD all day every day and endured my million-a-day questions. Laura answered the phone with a smile and was so great to work with. At my pool school session, Brian stayed for HOURS making sure every inch of this pool is perfect to his standards. I have no doubt that hell answer the phone in the future should I call.
Almost everyone Ive talked to said to stay away from Aloha, but I purchased a home with a pool last May and the previous owner said they always used them, so I thought Id give them a try. They came to open my pool simply because I did not want to wrestle with the safety cover, fold it up, bag and store. They arrived and all they did was hook up the pump, remove the cover and turn pump on. They didnt even put a hose in the pool to start filling it back up to the skimmers. They didnt put most of the return caps back on. They didnt even put the safety cover in the bag, they just shoved it in pump area, exposed to the weather. I called twice and they said they would send someone out the next Friday, but no one ever showed up. Also, they repaired a valve for a caretaker system the previous summer (less than 8 months prior). Worked fine until they opened the pool, now it isnt working again and they wont honor their work and send someone out to look at it without charging me. They were the last ones to touch it, now it isnt working.Everything they did, I could have saved $300 and done it myself... They also insulted whoever closed the pool and ...put the rubber caps on tight like an idiot.. That idiot was me, and the caps are suppose to be snug.Never again.
Today was the last straw with Aloha!! We were scheduled to have our pool opened today. They didn’t show or call until the end of the day, to let us know they wouldn’t make but would get us on next week’s schedule. We made this appointment 10 days ago. When we tried to call, they wouldn’t answer the phone. We had the pool installed 3 years ago and it has been one debacle after another with Aloha. One guy quit in the middle of the install, they sent someone else to finish they installed the pump wrong, “fixed it” then there was leaks because they used the wrong sealant and pipes to the pool from the pump. I do not recommend, I get that things happen but in three years it has been nothing but excuses and poor service.
Great establishment. Very family oriented. And very fair. A great environment.
Always friendly & helpful when we are getting our water tested
They generously gave me some used pallets! Thank you, Aloha! They were super nice people, very fun to meet and speak with. It smelled wonderful inside the store!
Good place to get a pool pump they are real friendly and nice and good prices.
They had exactly what I needed. I was in and out under 5 minutes. Great customer service!!
Avoid Aloha Pools at all cost unless you like shoddy incomplete work...1- Our entire side yard has been completely destroyed by their front loader - I would have assumed that they would at least attempt to take care to minimize the damage to yards? Laying down some plywood or something to prevent the front loader from gouging out my entire side lawn?2- The wrong pool liner was ordered, which caused a delay in pool installation. Usually, this would not have been an issue, except that is a vacation home and I was only be in town for a limited time - with the intention of overseeing the installation and my intuition was obviously correct - Aloha needs site babysitters.3- THE CREW DID NOT RETURN TO THE HOUSE TO TURN THE WATER OFF...That means our well and pump were running NON-STOP for 13 days, until we could return to the house.4- The constant running of the well pump burned out the switch (which was just replaced at the end of last summer - August 2020) and it also caused damage to the O-ring at the pump.5- No water being moved through the pump caused our hot water heater to be empty and has burned that motor as well.6- Non-stop water filling the pool for 13 straight days has also caused massive water overflow and has caused all of the dirt and backfill around the pool to wash down into my yard - creating another disaster.
Needed a pool cover and Winterizing chemicals. The young man said I needed to talk to the man in parts after 5 minutes no one showed up young man paged him another 5 minutes no one showed up apparently they rather I shop at Leslie pools on my way...
Still waiting over 4 months and no thing but they have my money. Ridiculous. Unprofessional and unreliable.
Never helpful. Cant even tell you the price of something if one of the workers are missing. Workers seriously struggle with basic questions.
Terrible customer service. I do not recommend at all.
I love coming in here! I want an in ground pool... maybe some day. Right now I have an above ground and I buy all my supplies from them.
I’ve wanted a pool so badly, but after my friends experience with Aloha, I never want a pool. They have had nothing but trouble with a pool that is not even one year old yet that was poorly installed and Aloha will not take ownership for their mistakes and fix it.
I struggle between a 3 and a 4. They delivered my sauna, didnt set it up completely, tracked mud everywhere they stepped not once but twice and I suspect I overpaid for a floor unit. On the other hand they were nice. I think I need to stick at a 3.
Brian Clark excels in customer service. Once again he has saved the day!
Very unfriendly and poor customer service.
Slow service everyone walks around like they dont see you cant get chemicals when you need them!
Very helpful and knowledgeable in what I was looking for.
First time customer. They have worked hard to solve issues. Thank you.
They have great service. They have everything you need. Prices are decent.
I only checked out the website. Havent been yet but we are planning on it in next few weeks.
Has most supplies the staff is very unhelpful and dont really know anything or how to answer your questions.
Aloha pools just installed our pool this winter. They did a great job and Brian was our salesman but has gone way above and beyond. They really want you to know how to take care of your pool so you can enjoy your investment. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a pool. Just know that after theyre done, theyre done.
Conveniently located. In and out quickly. Did not have to wait.
Great experience found what we were looking for. Bobby is wonderful to deal with.
Great place for all your pool needs. The maintenance department is the best!
Hard to get onsite quotes currently .
Great customer service, Bobby treated us right. Proud spa owners.
I had a really bad experiance with this company. Aloha showed up late to install a pool and had the incorrect pool. I was told they would be back Monday to install a pool and they finally showed up the next day.Long story short, they are very difficult to reach if you have an issue and give you excuses for all of the issues of their business. They hire subcontractors that may charge more once arriving on site. I called to complain and was placed on hold multiple times, then my call was terminated after being unable to reach anyone. I have had nothing but issues while dealing with this company.
Employees were friendly knowledgeable and helpful.
Friendly and helpful staff
Richard and his service team was there to help with any and every issue I had my wife and I hired them to fix our liner in our pool that has Been down for several years before I read any reviews and after reading reviews honestly I can say I got nervous but it really turned into a great experience with them every time I called I got the help I needed if not same day then the next even sent a tech out on Saturday with a older pool that has not ran in years you never know what your getting into but honestly I felt Richard and his team had my back the whole time!
Walked in today and was not greeted or welcomed, was not asked if I need help or how I was doing. Walked all around the store not one person ever spoke or reached out to communicate. There was not a lot of people in there so it wasnt like the were to busy. I would think if you are in sales that customer or parental customer would merit attention.
What wonderful options and willingness of staff to meet a budget and design.
This place was great
DO NOT go here. I gave them TWO seperate chances. One: I went in to meet with a man on a sale for a pool he approaches me says it will be a few minutes ...that was fine....45 minutes later he approaches me to help I told him I had a few questions and he let me ask one then said sorry were busy I dont have time to answer the rest just email me. So I left and bought my pool elsewhere. Second- I needed my second week of chemicals I go to them as a second chance they were fine I pay a small fortune for said chemicals go home throw them in my pool and four days later it looks like I had neglected my pool for weeks. I call the place I actually bought the pool from and they said they sold me all the wrong stuff with NO SANITATION products. I will NEVER spend another penny at this establishment and I wouldnt suggest that you do either.
April 8th 2020 I call aloha to get a install date for an above ground pool liner the date that was given was May Ace I call May 6th to make sure that I am going to be home when they say theyre coming out and they confirm the dates yes we are coming out to May 8th that May 8th came and went no call no show until May 18th 10 days later they show up Ive been asked the technician how long will this job take I am told three hours tops you will be swimming in 3 hours I was told we are looking at three weeks in the job still is not complete I had four technician Cruise come to my house 9 technicians total all failed to complete the job one technician even forged my name on a job sheet claiming that the job was done finance department broke the electronic transfer funds act law by illegally tapping into my bank account transferring funds to pay off the rest of this job without any written or verbal consent this type of fraudulent activity cant cant be recommended for future customers
Got a new liner installed in which they did a GREAT JOB. Had to leave town only to come back to a GREEN pool and my Pool pump being totally disassembled as well as my filter missing the bottom cap. They said they would help me get it fixed if I made a police report and now they just wont return my calls or help me meanwhile my Brand New Liner is ruining !!!
Aloha is a great place and great employees!
Friendly and helpful staff for all of your needs.
Robbie is a great salesman. I had no experience with a pool ever. He came after work on his own time and walked me through the entire process down to how to vacuum. Theres not a lot of salesmen that would do that.... Thanks Robbie! I appreciate it. Tonya K
Not a good place to contract work. Zero professionalism in issues with their service, no communication or customer service to explain their process. Go somewhere else. I hired them to close a pool, they charged astronomical amount to show up throw chemicals in and incorrectly put the cover on causing winter weather to drag down into the pool. I rehired for them to open a pool for the summer, they dumped everything on the cover into the pool and left us to deal with it. Once again high charge for them to show up throw chemicals in and leave.
They put us in an inground pool. They did an awesome job!! Very pleased! I must give an extra shout out to Brian who schooled us in taking care of our pool to preserve it!! We really appreciate the time he took to always answer our questions.
Love the service
Great place for any of your pool or hottub needs
So far service has been very professional and helpful. We bought a new 20x40 liner for our pool.
Beautiful retail space with a very helpful staff. They poured a very ornate stamped/stained concrete driveway for us. 100 yds of concrete never looked SO GOOD!!! We get compliments on it all the time. Thank you Dennis and crew.
We love Aloha! Great customer service very helpful and friendly. Received our pool 4 days earlier than expected and the work crew was very friendly, hard working, courteous, and promptly cleaned up when the job was completed. Overall GREAT experience thanks for the awesome service Aloha and we will definitely recommend ☺
I have a wonderful experience with the staff at Aloha. My family and I have wanted a pool for a long time and as we began shopping around, we found Aloha to be the best. From the salesman to the service staff, we have been thoroughly pleased with the helpfulness and responsiveness of everyone we have worked with. Thank you Aloha! We will definitely be back for all of our pool needs.
Keep having to do everything over. Nothing has gone smooth on this.
We had a major problem with our pool this year when we opened it. After we had tried ALL we knew to do we went to Aloha for help. Hannah, was such a pleasure to work with she went above and beyond to help us and to make sure we understood the steps needed to get our pool ready for summer fun! She is extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about customer service. Aloha, you did very well in hiring this young lady! She exemplifies what customer service should be! Thank you Hannah & Aloha for helping us get our pool summer fun ready.
Not happy with our service. We were told to get on the service list early (basically pay first to get on the list for service). So we did, we were told we were first on the list to get our new liner installed. It is now May 28th and no liner yet. The guy called and said he was coming and never showed up. Then I called him and he said he would be here the next day working on it when I got home from work. Guess what he did not show and wont answer his phone. NOT HAPPY! BUT they were sure to deposit my check fast when we paid for the liner.Corey Sellers
If you want a pool contractor that will lie to your face and then act like they never said that, then this is your company. They have a salesman that will not only lie to your face, but will put it in writing and then say its not included. Be careful as it has been said that they have the local judges in their back pocket for lawsuits. Dont let these pos into your home. Their is a much better pool company in Jackson TN.
Lots of nice stuff! Good pool store.
Always a pleasant experience while visiting either of the locations around me. Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help. I highly recommend Aloha to anyone looking for a Pool or Hot tub.
Love aloha pools & spa. I bought my pool several years ago at Union city site because I am 15 min from them. . Love the Jackson store. More accessories to choose from and lots of friendly faces.
Had a bad experience, but it was corrected. Can’t ask for anything more than that.
I purchased an above ground last year. They were very helpful & polite. Customer service was efficient & fast. My aunt who me to go thru Aloha has been going to them for 14 yrs. Always a great experience!!
The website was ok..could have been made easier..i had a hard time finding pricing..
FRIENDLY STAFF Ive been in the store a few times shopping around. Hopefully will be making a purchase in a few months. Im still undecided. Your staff is very helpful and informative. Thank you.
Very unhappy with pool and service. Took my money and ran!!! $7,000. Plus $320 for sand that we knew nothing about until the morning they came. Then gave us the wrong ladder. Which means I had to spend another 200.00 from Amazon to buy correct ladder. $2000.00 on the electric line which I didnt even know I needed. Because they suck at telling you what you truly need. The subcontractor gets paid by the job. They put the pool up in the rain. Soooo fast.... it was poorly put up. Already have grass coming up through the liner. What??? Plus peices Falling off already. Had the pool for 2 months.Call and call.... no service. They got my money in CASH. One of the only pool places in Jackson, think they can keep doing business like this because they are the main pool company.Go to Memphis!!
Always enjoy going to Aloha Pools. Got a good report on water sample. The staff are very nice and helpful.
Just bought above ground pool this past summer 2017. The guy who put the pool in was good. They sent me the wrong filter system and the wrong stairs and then didnt have the stairs we bought any more. They did get us and put in the correct filter system. The motor is pretty small and dont suck up leaves. The skimmer is small.
No professionalism they only care about getting your money
I have never once had a bad experience here. I buy all my pool chemicals and toys for the kiddos here and the service team is wonderful. I had to replace my pump and they had it here and installed just two days after I called about it.
We have been going to Aloha for our pool chemicals. Every one has always been very helpful. Would highly recommend.
I wish places in Tennessee were open for business on Sunday. It’s so frustrating to have a problem with your pool, and not be able to get parts on your day off. Anyone wanting to purchase a $5,000 hot tub, $3,000 sauna or $50,000 pool would want to browse in a Sunday. I hear that retailers in Jackson don’t find it worth while to be open on Sundays because no one actually purchases on Sunday...but Lowe’s and Home Depot are PACKED on Sundays. They may not be selling big ticket items, but people are researching, handling the product samples and getting estimates on kitchen remodels. I guess when more of us out-of-towners move in, these antiquated ways of doing business will change...and we’ll all have a beer to celebrate! 🤪
I am amazed how this company has gotten positive feeds from previous experiences. I was floored by how rude they were to us. We were excited about making our first big home purchase and they ruined that experience for us. All they care about is their commission check....DONT go here. Save yourself the trouble and go else where.
I purchased an in-ground pool 2 years ago from Aloha Pools in Jackson, TN. I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of the pool and the efficiency of the service that Aloha has provided. Brian Clark, the Sales Manager, was most helpful with our purchase, and Dennis, the owner has been more than fair in solving any problems that were encountered in the installation phase. I would encourage anyone considering purchasing an inground pool to consider Aloha Pools in Jackson, TN.
Very professional and friendly staff. Bobby was great!
DO NOT RECOMMEND
