I had waited over a year to write this review on the new Jacuzzi tub that my wife and I had purchased back in April of 2017. Ill start by telling you that if you want to buy a hot tub you are in the right place. From the time we walked into the store and meet Sean to all the way setting up the tub and a few follow up repairs The Great Hot Tub Co. had provided exceptional service. I would like to explain the few repairs that needed to be done just to ease your mind about choosing a Jacuzzi brand tub. The first was upon the delivery, it was discovered that the outside skirt was scratched and the other issue was the blue tooth stereo failed to work after a few weeks. Both were promptly addressed by Sean and repaired in a timely manner. As of now the stereo is still in operation and the tub itself is like a Swiss time piece. The top item on our list was to find a company that would give us great service in the time of need and we found it. As you can see if you chose to purchase a tub for The Great Hot Tub Co. you can’t go wrong in my book.
