In researching hot tubs for a while I came across Summit Lawn & Recreation and reached out to them. When arriving at their building we were greeted promptly and all the questions we had were answered honestly. They had a hot tub in stock, which is rare now a days, that we ended up purchasing and they set up delivery for next week. It was a pleasure doing business with this establishment and I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a hot tub, or any lawn furniture, pools, etc. to not hesitate to visit. Summit Lawn and Recreation had lots of tubs to be purchased and delivered right away. We had one delivered immediately.First we were shopping around for hot tubs and noone had any available until late fall or even for a year. Some stores had none on their floor to even look at. Only Summit had lots in their store to choose from.This is the first hot tub store we walked into and didnt feel pressured to purchase anything. They were very easy to work with. Helped us decide on the perfect hot tub, without making us feel rushed. We even changed our mind and upgraded two days before one was delivered, and they had no problem changing our order to a different hot tub. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule for delivery and set up. Took lots of time to explain how to care for our spa.Definitely recommend them! Especially if you want a spa right away.

This place was excellent to work with! I bought a hot tub last spring from them. We had a few issues with the hot tub initially (pillows broke off, small leak just from something coming loose in transit) but the Company has really stood behind thier product and have made sure everything was taken care of. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company! Locally owned and operated by great people!

I did A LOT of shopping around before making my purchase. I even stopped in to see the tubs at Summit several times before choosing one here. They made the process so easy and worked with me with every question I’ve had. It’s not just a sale to them, they make you feel very comfortable and were very professional with install process. I took my 2 quads to them almost 2 months ago after having a very hard time getting them to stand good on there word of being them in .i Made 2 attempts to take them and kept saying i dont have room for them. Then finally i called and was told both were junk. They were in for carburetor work.. and was told they did compression checks. Not sure why. But they were not worth fixing. $106.00 ..i bought them from a good friend. And i knew they were good. Spo i took them to a individual worker and 5 hours later my kids were riding the two quads.. dont trust this place there taking your money and not doing any work

I was a little hesitant as I had not heard much about Dimension One spas but after doing some research and learning of their quality I decided to pay a visit to Matt at Summit Lawn and Recreation. I was impressed with Matt and his laid back approach. I do not like to feel pressured and I certainly wasn’t pressured for a sale, yet I felt he was quick to answer any question. I felt Matt wasn’t just trying to make a sale but was trying to get a loyal customer. He was very helpful and even helped in finding someone to install my electric. I had a few questions after the installation of my spa and Matt was very quick to return my call; he continues to be helpful and seems genuinely concerned about his customers impression of his business. I absolutely love my new spa and being a prior spa owner I am impressed with the quality and performance of the new spa. I would HIGHLY recommend Matt, his company and Dimension One spas.
