I have used these folks for quite some time, and on my last visit, they did some damage to one of my lights, and it needed to be replaced. My truck is 13 years old, yet they quickly reacted and said they would replace at no charge. Not only did they replace it, but Taylor actually installed the new light, fixture and all. He went way beyond the norm, and this continues to be the reason I frequent this location. Great people, great team, and great service. Thanks again Taylor!

First, vacuum this person did not. Scent for the car was in the doors. Not under the seat.Wash outside was good. But what happen to my windows inside and wipe down my dash board, no council was not touch. Yes. It started raining. I paid for these services.😒

Extremely satisfied with their services. I normally don’t splurge on the deluxe washes, but it was totally worth it. After I thought there was no chance of recovering the cleanliness of the inside, they made it look brand new. They did it relatively quick too. Very friendly staff. Establishment comes with a fun and clean gift shop. Would recommend to anyone.

Beaches car Wash is one of the higher quality locations in Jacksonville. you can enjoy refreshments and a gift shop while you wait. They finally got an awning for the workers. I would highly recommend this place because they do a good job of allowing you to walk around your car and insure its been done to the highest standards. Theyve been here for decades so you can rely on their quality.

I had my car detailed at Beaches Car Wash this morning for the first time. They did an amazing job! I am pretty particular about my car and I was extremely pleased. Will definitely let them do it again.

We drove 30 minutes to reach this great car wash. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the results. I really don’t think a clean car should look like mine did. We actually spoke to an employee and told him that we were dissatisfied with the wash and all he said was, well if you want to come back and wash it again come back maybe next week. I asked him if we should go through the car wash again now to make sure the car is clean and he said that’s fine, but you’ll be charged for it again. So you tell me that I need to pay not once, but twice to maybe have a clean car?Also, another employee that was doing the detail part of the business sped up and pulled right in front of us to get the car he was working on washed. He took forever to scrub it all around and when it was our turn he barely sprayed our car?! How rude! This is definitely not the service we have expected or became accustomed to in our previous car wash experience.This was most likely our 1st and last visit.

More of me trying to get a job there . My pay was high during first interview. Mysteriously in orientation pay was lower and if late tips not given . Plus no bathroom for employees. Do not waste your time

DO NOT GO HERE! LAZY LAZY LAZY! First, I ask them how much it would be for a deep clean really good wash. They told me $40 to which i agreed to. After they finished my car was still extremely dirty. The door on the inside was disgusting, I ask them nicely to clean the door better, they then told me it would be an extra $5 for each door. I also told them before they washed my car that there was sand from the beach, they said no problem they will take care of it. Take a look at these pics and see what there version of clean is. After seeing how bad of a job they did, I ask for the manager and he said he wipe it down again. but these were his results. I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY. Please dont make the same mistake that I did.

$76 worth of service and the interior was still dirty. I pointed out the spots that were not cleaned and that the seat cleaning I paid for was not done well. They checked my receipt to see if I paid for this service and agreed I had and it was not done properly. They worked on my interior for another 1/2 hour and said they were done. I gave up and took the car home. There were still spots of dusty areas that had not been touched. They were very busy so maybe they were burned out. I wont be wasting my money there again.

Just absolutely great service they have multiple people working on each and every car and they do phenomenal job inside and out. In my opinion the best in Jacksonville.they get you in and out in a reasonable time even during the peak hours.

Very detail oriented. Car was properly vacuumed (including the trunk). Went early on a Monday and didnt have a long wait.

Went thru the express wash. Service was fast and I was in and out within 10 minutes! I drove past 3 car washes to get to this one. Good job!

Got $10 wash, got most dirt but when I got home I had to get a damp rag and wipe of bug spots from good & doors. The glass was clean!

I have been going to beaches car wash for years. They do an exceptional job and they treat your vehicle care and respect. All the staff are very nice and work really hard

Not good. Just barely middle of the road. Windows all streaked up, charged me extra to vacuum my trunk. For $40+ it seems like all I got was a car wash and a wipe down. Not worth it, not happy with it.I wish I saw it or I wouldve let them know had I seen it right away. My car was in shade. I noticed it going down the road in traffic or I wouldve turned around. However this was my experience.

The Inside of my vehicle was wiped down with filthy rags they missed more than half of it and it’s smell like chemicals. And I was used to good service so I handed them a $13 tip as we got in the car to leave they were closing we asked them If they had a rag so I wipe it down. The young man offered to do it for me and just smeared around whatever dirty was on that rag. I was shocked because the service cost me $40 plus the $13 tip. I was very disappointed I’ve been going there for 15 years

I used to come here a lot. As a single parent with special needs kids its very hard to find help. Last visit was awful. I had already paid for service and they made comments about not wanting to clean my car. because there was extensive work to be done. They asked me to go elsewhere. They said that if they had looked at it before that they wouldnt have accepted it. My car was no different than other times (stains and crumbs from food from my kids). I asked them to do whatever they could. I was not expecting a miracle. Money was no object, I could have paid more. They very reluctantly completed the job but the whole time I sat there with my children they kept looking back at us and I just felt terrible. Decided to never return. I dont think people understand how difficult and debilitating it is to be in this position. I also had disability stickers all over my car so its not like they wouldnt have known. Awful experience.

Took my car and got the $99 wash where they detailed my car including cleaning the carpets and buffing the leather seats. They spent over an hour on my car and I was very pleased with the end result! It sparkled!

Didnt actually get any car cleaned, but Jeep broke down right in front of their building. 3 employees quickly came out and pushed my car into their parking lot and let me leave it there till I can get someone to tow it back home.. So thankful for these great people.

Recently moved to the area, happy to find a high-quality car wash. But my first visit left something to be desired, something I feel management could remedy. When the car in front of mine was done, the owner was nowhere around. Soon my car was ready, but I was blocked. Another gentleman, a regular customer, said the same thing had happened to him in the past. I needed to leave, but waited at least 10 minutes until the cars owner ambled up, probably coming from the gift shop. The attendant had called out Toyota several times, but that didnt help. Other car wash businesses Ive patronized use Public Address systems with speakers inside their buildings, such an investment would help. Cant say enough good thongs about the car wash I got, and thats the main thing.

When they 1st open a was delighted. Now a rush your car through so fast it does not dry. So when I drive my car with my towels they are black. When you were going through the actual car wash it took a lot longer. They are now so busy they rush you through without consideration that your car is not clean. Took our car for a full Detail and hand wax, got it back with wax still on the roof and the HOOD PITTED AND SCRATCHED manager said that he will not do anything about it and the reason was our car was too old ( why did we even get it waxed), they will be hearing from our attorneys.

Pull in, decide what kind of wash you want (basic, deluxe, etc.), go into the boutique-like store to pay. Browse around and you will find greeting cards, handmade beachy coasters, or a collar for Fido. Watch your car through the window as it goes through the wash, then go outside and sit in comfortable rocking chairs as enthusiastic and. polite young people dry your car. (Tip is always appreciated). Leave in your clean and waxed car with a bottle of water knowing youll be back again!

Its amazing how my old car looks brand new again after my visit to the best car wash in town. They use the best stuff in cars. Great staff nice gift shop always smells great when you walk in.

The pictures are what my small battery powered spotlifter pulled from carpets in a single pass that had just been steam cleaned. Explanation I was given was that they vacuum then steam with a cloth but no extraction. [Cant seem to attach pictures, but the water is a muddy brown].My disappointment is because I specifically mentioned I spilled coffee and need my carpets cleaned. Told them I had used my spotlifter, removed the stain but was worried about it smelling and wanted them to go over it with their machines. They did tell me that they may not get rid of the smell, and it may need to go to a detailing place (recommended Auto Preservation), but that they had solvents and could try. I was left with the impression that their “steam cleaning” would be better than my little Bissell.If it weren’t for the gentlemen who dismissed my concern when I picked up my car that they had not cleaned the spot well (I dabbed it with a tissue and it had coffee on it) I would never have gone home and taken my Bissell to it. What came out is the picture on the right. So I called and was told about their “lack of water use and extraction” process. I expressed shock that steam cleaning is not actually cleaning. He did ask if I wanted to come back but I said no point, another steaming was not going to help. He was polite but not overly concerned.But then I got to thinking about how dirty my floor mats were, they were still wet - that is the glass on the left, again one pass with Bissell (water only, no solvent). So called back again to say how I felt mislead that steam cleaning doesn’t actually clean any carpets. The manager was polite but very adamant of his process of “steam clean does not mean extraction” and employees did not mislead me. I did let him know that I had pictures, and planned social media review. He said he could not give me all my money back and asked what did I want him to do? I wanted him to educate his staff that when someone wants a cleaning to manage expectations, but he became defensive again. At that point I said we are not communicating well, he has lost me as a customer and I will put my view on social media. He did not respond with anything else so we left it politely at that and hung up.I will say I had a similar experience at Diamond Car wash many years ago, and when I took a still dirty floor mat to Auto Preservation they got it so clean I had to clean all the other mats too. I did not connect the dots till today. The take away here is carpet cleaning at car washes is NOT the steam cleaning as we know it. Vacuumed and steam disinfected, but still dirty. Buyer beware.I have an appointment with Auto Preservation next Saturday. Used them before – highly recommend.UPDATE - I decided to go one step further and vacuum with my handyvac and use my steamer. The steaming through a white cloth did not lift any dirt. But looked what my handyvac picked up in one pass across the other floormat (and yes I cleaned my handyvac first). The picture below is dirt from two passes at my carpets. So even their vacuuming is questionable. Paying extra is not worth it. Moving it back to one star.

They did an amazing job on my sand wrecked, dog hair infested, toddler mangled car. It took like two hours, but my car was an absolute disaster and they made it look like new. Cost me only $52, plus tip, and I forgot to use the coupon. Everyone who has seen my car before and after is going to Beaches Car Wash. Charged extra for bugs on the front of my car. Got done, still bugs. If you’re going to charge extra at least make 100% sure that there are no bugs when you’re done. They’re pretty consistent 4 of 5 stars but was annoyed when I was told about the extra charge. If there was no charge I probably wouldn’t be all that concerned. I never expect my vehicle to be perfect but when it needs a good from 10 foot cleaning they generally can get the job done. But as of late it seems like they’re more inclined to just run a random gift shop rather than a well oiled car wash. Seems like sprayer nozzles, control arms, and other wash tunnel pieces are always malfunctioning or not working whenever I’m there. Nothing says quality car wash like blouses, neck fans, and cheese plates.Update: they did rewatch the vehicle and get most of the extra bug stuff shout out to the manager with the long curly ponytail. He was very understanding and made sure things were done correctly.

I come here every week to get my truck cleaned. Sometimes something is missed but I just mention it and one of the employees take care of it immediately. They are all so nice. Please, get awnings in the drying area. Those poor guys and girls look like they are dying in this Florida heat. Also, when the sun is out the cars are drying faster than they can get wiped down and that means water spots. Which results in cars sitting there longer to be spot free. So, an awning not only makes sense from a human kindness aspect but is also economical. Thanks for all your hard work.

My husband and I have been going to beaches Car Wash for many years. After our last visit, we were beyond disappointed with their services. We used a deluxe option and our car still look dirty. As you can see from the pictures that were taken 10 minutes after leaving the cat wash. I didn’t have time, nor the energy to go back and complain. All I know that they have lost our business. We recently moved from the beaches into town and would still travel to the beach, and pass 7 other car washes along the way to go to this car wash. We will no longer support Beaches Car Wash.

As many times as driving past here this was my first time stopping in. Very pleasant! I will certainly be going back! Great wash and very entertaining for my 6 year daughter!!

I’ve been here about 3 times and they never clean the inside that good even if you paid for it. They told me I will have to do it myself. The bad part was I cleaned it with one finger. Customer service was just okay and they give military discounts. Oh I couldn’t believe I was asked to show my receipt 3 times by different employees before they will let me have my car back. I was wearing work out clothes but I felt insulted. I guess they didn’t expect a black woman wearing gym clothes should be driving a luxury car.

My visit today was very pleasant. The wax job was very thorough and the personnel were fine. Lisa at the front desk was accommodating and nice. The gift gallery is interesting and many may find some good novelty pieces for gift-giving. This establishment is worth checking out. Ill be returning for my next wax job.

Will no longer be giving this Car Wash my business. No matter what package I purchase(including the full detail $120 package that is already ridiculously priced) my car is never returned to me in a conditions i feel is suitable.Overpriced and you dont get what you pay for. You are better of spending your own time washing the car yourself or taking it elsewhere

I like this place. Coming here for a few years with my sedan. Ive only done the $35-40 option. A little more expensive than the average, but they do a good job and will fix stuff if you ask or if you show something they may have missed. Friendly staff, nice covered waiting area outside with chairs where you can watch them. Cute little shop inside.

I will never take my cars anywhere else! I get the works every two weeks for 35 bucks and tip $5 everytime....cars come out looking brand new! Only thing I would prefer is a little better tire shine but that is just me being picky!

In the past Ive gotten my car cleaned here twice a year ($100 package) and was typically satisfied. My g/f recently had something in the trunk of her car that has made her car have a musty smell, so I recommended Beaches Car Wash and get the $120 or even $150 package to get the car back to norm. We live in St. Johns and due to work I called and ask when is the last time we can come in and get the major car wash. The attendant stated 5:00 pm so we worked around our schedule and both drove over and arrived with several minutes to spare. When we pulled in we were told they wont do it. I then parked the car and went inside and stated I had enough time to talk to the first attendant, park, and come inside and it just turned 5:00. Attendant inside and out made it feel like we were a chore. We arent dumb and realize its the last wash of the day and would have tipped accordingly. Customer service is everything, even if the wash was a 7/10 I would have given 5 stars for accommodating us. Ill update if anything is resolved.
