This store always goes above and beyond to help me with my needs. They have more products than other stores and the staff let me sample products. This store is very clean and I can always find the product I need. All the staff are great and very knowledgeable. Can’t wait for them to carry CBD so I can buy it from a reputable store. The owner is rarely there because he has trained the staff to do it all. So not sure what others say negative about him or his stores. Obvious lies and jealousy from vitamin shoppe employees. Sad but true.

Ive been here and the Bartram location several times and the staff pushes whatever theyre told to push, regardless of your health goals and theyre extremely rude. Ive even had the owner, Irvin, tell me that my weight loss goals (lose 30 lbs in 5 months) are unrealistic because Im currently out of shape. What?! Ive never been so disrespected and disregarded in my life. My good friend is an anchor on Action News Jax and shes interested in the story. Same goes for the Bartram location too. Unbelievable.

This store is one of my favorite GNCs around. Always great service and very knowledgeable. I feel like these locally owned stores are more honest about the products and dont have as many hidden agendas. Ive only ever gotten an honest opinion on what I wanted and their opinions always stack up with the feeling and results the products give.

Awesome store with a helpful staff! They listen to your needs and wants and then give you the best product to help you fulfill it. Price is very fair with some products being lower in price in the store then I could find online.

Best GNC in town. Friendly staff who dont try to up-sell their customers. Also, they are really knowledgable. I had multiple questions to ask. They were able to take their time and answer me without looking it up on the internet. I fact checked them and turns out the manager was correct about everything. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything either. I found their prices beat any online prices too. I was even given a few samples of some new products. By far the best GNC I have been to. 5 star quality and I definitely recommend.

Had to call GNC cooperate in order to get the help I needed from the manager to return some items. They really should get a new manager.

This is the only GNC store I go to at the beach since its a franchise. The other stores are not as nice to me when i come in to buy drinks.
