We were looking for healthy options and decided to grab lunch from Vitality Bowls. We tried the turkey panini, the kale salad, and the Go Green smoothie. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Service was quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend for delicious, healthy food!

Amy and her staff are always beyond friendly and happy to see us when we come in. Our favorite is the tropical bowl by far. This is my kids favorite place to eat out of anywhere we have gone. They are always asking me to go get an acai bowl. This is definitely a place we would recommend to anyone.

So happy to see this chain has a store in Jax. The food is fresh and clean and is clearly well received by my body. It always amazes me how great good for me food tastes when done right. Staff was super friendly also I had to go back just a few days later for more. Highly recommend this spot for fresh juice, wraps, acai bowls and smoothies.

First time in, first impression was how clean it was inside. The young lady was very friendly and gave me some suggestion on my bowl. I devoured the bowl Nutty Bowl... it was delicious!! So many others I want to try, I’ll definitely be back!

No more than one ⭐️.So disappointed, the photos are misleading. 95% is the açaí, they forgot a lot of fruit, I had peanut butter, granola, starwberry... never seen, I only had banana. It looks good on picture, but you don’t get what you order.I will never go back!

Super healthful, even with my many allergies. They explained everything wonderfully and paid extra attention to my allergies. I got the superfood bowl and it is so yummy! So much I made it into 2 meals!

The dragon bowl here is top tier! I get it every time. The owner’s super nice as well, most of the time when I come here by myself I always get myself in some pretty engaging conversations. Definitely my favorite smoothie bowl in Jacksonville and one of my favorite acai places here.

Cashier told us we could substitute bananas for blueberries on our bowl but instead charged us extra for the blueberries. A price difference should be clearly stated before suggesting for us to substitute it acting as though it was free. The managers response is pitiful and basically just self plugging their coupon deals instead of dealing with the situation.

Love love love this place! The nutty bowl is my absolute favorite! The owner of this VitalityBowls is so sweet, friendly and always remembers the regulars! Very awesome, love going there in the morning after a good surf and getting a full belly!

I stumbled upon this place one weekend and gave it a try. The staff were very friendly and the place was clean. I love the Dragon Bowl. Everything in it is delicious!!! I always add coconut to mine. I just wish it wasnt so dang expensive. I will definitely come back!

Best acai bowls! They are always beautiful and never bland like some of the other places I have been. Definitely the most consistent quality. The staff is always so friendly too.

This is literally the best use of my money.I am a gluttonous person that likes to eat a lot and I have a busy lifestyle with very little time for food preparation. I can assure this is FAST and VERY FILLING delicious food. It’s like you can eat ice cream to replace a meal and it’s actually really healthy and nutritious somehow.

Love this place so much. Everything is delicious.... but yeah wish it wasn’t so expensive. I know the açaí can’t be that much to buy for them and it’s definitely overpriced. Doesn’t stop me from going though haha

I had the tropical bowl & it was absolutely delicious! They were very helpful and friendly too! My kids had the kids bowl and plus shredded coconut & honey and they devoured it! So yummy!!!

HUGE WASTE OF $30, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!Waited 15minutes for two bowls when we were the only customers in there, then found an enormous hair in one of the bowls. When we notified the worker she admitted that it was hers and that she tries to avoid it but sometimes one sneaks in there. By this point we had been in there for 30min and had no time to wait. We were not offered a refund and had to wait for them to remake it. Because it took so long and we had to leave it melted before we even got a chance to eat it, not that we wanted to after that frustrating experience anyway.

Got a bowl and it had barley any granola and not much fruit compared to other places and just had higher expectations that weren’t reached for the price.

I got a panini and wasnt super impressed. It wasnt bad but it was nothing to brag about. Service could be better. Staff isnt friendly or helpful.

Delicious - just be aware that since they cut everything up fresh it takes a bit to come out, so dont go if you want fast food. But totally worth the wait.

Ordered avacado toast for pick up. Was told 10-15 minutes. Got there 15 minutes later to be told it would be another 5-10 minutes. No line, 3 people there already there finishing their food. Person in back just sitting down.

Breakfast bowl is amazing. Add a sprinkle of chocolate chips on it and you get the best acai bowl ever!I also like the Veggie Panini there, but if I had to pick one, it would be their breakfast bowl.

I do love a good acai bowl and they were quite good. Vitality Bowls is a nice health food shop in a busy shopping center. They have seating indoor and out (and also arent far from the beach) for customers. Im happy to revisit.

Very friendly courteous staff. Fresh delicious and sometimes very healthy food. We would come again.Today we had 2 panini, salami and avocado and a leaf spinach salad with strawberries, almonds and Acai / quinoa, etc. In addition, the rejuvenator as juice, unfortunately a bit cucumbers for my taste.
