At the hospital I was issued a Rotech concentrator and one two hour portable tank. I contacted Loretto at Rotech to find out how I could get a tank refill or some more tanks. She contacted the driver in my area which had completed his routes, Loretta contacted me from the office to let me know that the driver Rusty would bring me some more tanks. Loretta and Rusty have both been very pleasurable to work with. With a demand for oxygen equipment due to this pandemic both have been very professional.

My father needed a hospital bed and couldnt move on his own. The guard rail broke on one side in the down position. This was 2 days after the new bed was delivered. Rotech hadnt left any contact info. I eventually tracked them down. They said they would send someone. That never happened. Still trying to get the safety rail fixed. Its a MAJOR SAFETY issue. I would put zero stars right now but thats not available in the rating system.

Rotech delivered my oxygen tanks and concentrator when I came home from the hospital, but every interaction after had to be us going there for oxygen refills. A month later I found out they aren’t even in network, something they didn’t bother telling me. When I went to switch to the DME provider my insurance is contracted with, they lied to my doctor and said they were in network. Now I’m waiting for a week now for them to pick up their equipment.
