I highly recommend! My “check tire” light came on in the middle of a drive from St. James to Jefferson City. I stopped here and they helped me even though I didn’t have an appointment. Turns out all I needed was air, which they took care of immediately. I was in and out in 5 minutes and they didn’t charge a thing. Great place and great people!

They will say something before do the work. After they work they will change double. Not honest .

My family was traveling through Jefferson City on the way to Colorado. During our trip I noticed a strange whirring sound coming from one of our tires. I suspected it was a bad wheel bearing. I called telle tire and initially was informed that the earliest I could get in to have it addressed would be the following week. I asked the individual to speak to the manager to determine if they recommended another business who might be able to address our problem sooner since we were on vacation and headed to CO. Wayne the manager was able to squeeze us in the following day. Wayne and his technicians were able to diagnose the problem (bad rear wheel bearing) and get us on the road safely the following day and at a fair price!! I highly recommend this location and Wayne was awesome to work with!!

Update: I was contacted and they corrected the error on my bill.I had an issue with my vehicle and was referred to this location through AAA. I will never be doing business here again. They are way overcharging their customers. Not to mention they don’t call to update you or ask if the pricing is ok. I should not show up to get my van and be charged 3 times what other place would charge for a battery. Not to mention I didn’t have my vehicle for the entire weekend. Good luck to anyone who goes here.

A $1300 experience, I will not be back. I went to this business to get my A/C fix in my car, told me it was the compressor, so they changed out the compressor, couple days later, blowing hot air again, took it back, worked for another 2 weeks, and now blowing hot air again, not working at all. Took my vehicle back AGAIN, told me there was a “leak in suction that bolts to the AC compressor.” The compressor they replaced?? So, it would cost me another $400, and that would fix the problem, oh and a diagnostic fee!!

I have always been impressed with the service I get here. Being a young, single woman, I was a little nervous about finding a place to service my car, but these guys have always been incredibly respectful and helpful. The staff frequently goes above and beyond to help me out.

Was having, well is 😁, issues with me car, front tire and transmission doing something funky. They spent 3 hours really trying to figure out what the problem was unfortunately it was like chasing unicorns but they did everything possible to try and find what was going on. I came from Texas and go back in a day they tried very hard to make sure it was gonna be safe. It really stumped them but they didnt charge me a dime. I am so appreciative of these guys for trying so hard, its not them either the car is just made to really only be taken to the dealership when problems arise.

Today is my second time here. They even gave me a discount on my radiator. $205.00 dropped to $198.00 Im a pleased customer☺. However, my wait has been over an hour. And still no news on my jeep liberty. Really, really though💁

These people are day savers. We were in Jefferson City for a funeral and unlucky for me my tire had a flat. Friday, the day before, I had taken my car to get the tire fixed at a local place where we lived in St Louis. Of course, we wake up Saturday morning to find my car has a flat, shocker. (Thankfully, we had multiple cars). When we called Telle, they told us to bring the car up and they would check it out. They were so nice. And helpful. And sincere. It was so refreshing.I could have been in real trouble but they got my car in, fixed the tire and showed me the nail that the other place had left in there! They also explained how they knew the other place hadnt fixed it. They got me in and out before they closed on a Saturday afternoon and worked around the fact that I was attending a funeral. They even offered to have me pay over the phone if It was going to take me longer to pick the car up. Soooo wonderful and really helpful in such an unfortunate situation.Thank you guys. This shop stands behind what they service and warranty. From the front counter to the qualified techs in the bays they go the extra mile to catch the details on the maintenance that needs attention. This shop has managed to promote a guy that started from the bottom to store manager that really likes whats he does and leads by example Dakota . He has set an atmosphere and it shows in the team of guys that he has that all specialise in something different making them well rounded and getting the job done right. They have set an example that other companies could learn from of honesty, dependable, and knowledge. I will tell you that in five year their will be a 2nd location in town.

Telle is always my first option for service. Oil changes are done quickly, they can give a ride back to work and they are all always friendly. By far my favorite shop in town!

I love how I can take our car in for a oil change (I usually go in around 7 am) and our car is done within 30 minutes. I like how they let me know that I had a 3rd brake light out. And how much it would cost ( they didnt fix it, then charge me~ I LOVE the fact that they dont try to charge me for things I either cant afford at the time or dont need) And you get a free car wash with every oil change. You just cant beat it for $45. I ALWAYS take my car to Kwik Kar Lube & Tune on Truman Blvd.

They provide great service at a reasonable price. I just wish they were still open on Saturdays to be able to go oil changes and other minor repairs.

Everyone was friendly and they got me in the building quick. Changed my oil but allowed spillage to run down my skid plates and cross beams. When i got to a garage to get screw in my tire fixed, oil leaked all over the floor. My manifold cover came unbolted driving on hwy as soon as i departed Kwik Kat. It could be a coincidence. In view of 2 serious issues immediately after visiting this place I wont be back.

These guys are pretty quick and courteous. The waiting room is pretty comfortable too. The added coupon for a free car wash with inspection is pretty nice too!

Ill explain why I didnt get them 5 stars. My wife had her oil change at Kwik Car earlier in July 2017, and just a few days later the slash or skid plate broke loose form the bolts that it hold up. The reason the four instead of five is centers around the explanation that the employee gave me of how this could have happen. When the most likely reason was over tightening the bolts breaking through the skid plate causing the one side to fall down enough for the wind to force it down, and that caused the other bolts to break through, but instead the employee made it sound like it was likely our fault. However, they fixed the issue with no debate or cost. So, I would recommend them and return because they fixed, or as close as they could without replacing it, problem that they most likely had caused.

Usually pretty good and fast. They do state inspections too. Just be careful not to let them convince you to do more than you need to. :)

I like to give good reviews and generally I do. One of the reasons I like being a local guide is so I can give my honest opinion of the service I receive and allow others to make informed decisions about the places they decide to spend their money.My experience here wasnt terrible but it wasnt exactly as I requested either. I pulled up to the building and parked in a parking a spot instead of in the drive up lane. I wanted to ask some questions first before I decided to use them for my oil change. Typically, I do my oil changes myself on any vehicle that is out of warranty; my 2002 F-250 is long past that. I was quickly greeted by the staff and I began to ask my questions such as; do you carry Rotella T6 synthetic oil. To which I was told they did and would have no problem servicing my diesel engine. So the next question was how much for an oil change and I was quoted somewhere around $110. Seems reasonable considering the price and quantity of oil the big diesel is required and most of all the convenience of not doing it myself. The next question was how long of a wait and I was told about an hour since they were busy at the moment. So after a few complements on my truck I decided I would run my errands and return in a while in the hope that they could get me in quicker.Upon my return a second staff member greeted me, got my information, and the first staff member I spoke with pulled my vehicle into the garage. I told the second guy I wanted synthetic Rotella T6 as he wrote up the ticket and to add the oil additive I had brought with me . Everything seemed great at this point. So I waited around in the lobby while they took care of the service.My pleasure in not having to spend time in the hot sun quickly turned to what are those guys doing to my truck when I saw the last gallon of oil poured into the truck. Knowing the color of the bottle for the synthetic oil to be blue, I saw what looked like a bottle of T4 going in my truck. Soon after I was brought back so they could tell me what the discovered during the inspection. A few minutes after that I was ready to check out and pay my bill. I did ask what type of oil they put in and they told me Rotella but looking at the weight I knew they had not done as I asked. So I stated T4 and they said yes. Now thats not a deal ender because my suspicion is they probably didnt carry that type of oil. But they never told me so and by the time I was able to say anything it was already in the truck. Who am I to waste 6 gallons of oil. So did I get Rotella yes, did I get the synthetic as asked for no. Would it have changed the price most likely. I just wished they would have listened and been upfront about it. Would I have gone home and done it myself, most likely.Onto my second disappointment, thankfully they give you a card for a free wash because they left oily hand prints on the finder and my door. Personally, I prefer to handwash my vehicles. So they deffinitly encouraged me to use their automatic was across town.Lastly, I will say a few things I liked about the experience and offer my opinion. The staff were extremely nice and when I arrived the second time I was able to get in really fast. I also like how they initial and date the oil filter upon installation so you know when it was changed. So if you are the type of person that likes to pull up ask for an oil change and leave it to the professionals (hence kwik lube). This place should do just fine. If you are the type that wants exactly what you want, I suggest you make your request extremely clear or follow the old adage and do it yourself. (Slow, sweaty, dirty, DIY lube)So if you wonder why I havent complained to management yet. Well, should a review rely on the extra complaints or hassle of fixing something that should have been a certain way from the beginning?I will post updates to my review after I have followed up with management.

Took my MINI in to get the oil checked. Instead of making me wait, the young man checked it in the parking lot. No charge. Still getting a light so I went back next day. Checked it again, no charge. Had to go in once more (damned hard to read a MINI dipstick) and got three quarts. They finally let me pay! No idea how they hire or train these guys to be so helpful and friendly.

All the guys are great. I bought a 92 cavalier last year in november and the head gasket ended up blowing up in January of this year took it to kwik kar and they had it done within a week. Now im getting more work done and ended up sticking with kwik kar since they are reliable and trust worthy hopefully these last few fixes will be it on my car.
