I cannot say enough about how great of an experience we had there today. We went in to start new service for 4 lines and port over our numbers and from the start we were greeted by friendly professional staff and were help every step of the way. They made sure we got what we needed and saved us money with switching our services over. Highly recommend this store!!
Do yourself a favor and go to Sam’s Club in Jefferson City and sign up with AT&T Wireless! Way better service, customer service, & they offer exclusive att offers you can’t get anywhere else but at Sam’s Club!
Tried to set up service with sprint store when I got home there was no coverage. I called and cancelled. they said try a magic box. Tried a box no coverage. They said try a different signal booster. Same. After weeks of calling, shipping magic boxes, they said just come to the store for a refund. Got there 3 days later and it was day 31 so they said I had to go through sprint directly. Hours on the phone each month disputing the bill and them promising it will fall off Im no being sent to collections for a phone bill. This should be criminal. This store merged to T-Mobile so Im left with leaving them a bad review, which I hate to do.

I liked it better when it was sprint and theyd give you a new phone for signing on for another two years. Now theyre all around $1k each and the plans are expensive too.

I ordered a phone and had it shipped overnight to the store because my phone died. While I was there I figured Id buy a case, screen protector, and kickstand while I was there. I checked with them the next day, no phone. Checked with them the next day, no phone. Come to find out they are actually 3rd party Sprint retailer, Wireless Express. They dont do any repair, only sales. So I went to Columbia Spring store and they said they cant track order because I ordered through a 3rd party retailer. I finally decided to buy my own phone and have them activated. I wanted to return all the accessories I bought because they are no longer compatible with my new phone. I almost couldnt return them because they were ordered over 2 weeks. I cant say the service in Jefferson City was great. Best go to Columbia if you want better service.
Visited to pay a bill. Store staff was helpful and got it done quickly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for the $2.50 charge just to pay your bill in-store. That, I do believe, is part of a store staffs job, and since its the only store where Ive had to pay such a thing, then it costs them a star.
Hard to believe about a cell phone place but as Sprint customer for 17 years, I now had to go to T mobile. I did not get their names but the guy and gal working in there were top notch. I have never had anything good to say about folks servicing phones. These two were a true great experience.
They changed me more than they should of. I paid my phone off . So I could upgrade. But yet I on my bill I get from sprint. It still shows that i owe on the same phone i paid off in the store. So this place is a RIP off I will not ever have anything to do with them again. And when my contract is done. I will be done with them. Because all they will do is RIP you off. I wouldnt even give them one star but they dont give you the option of giving and negative star rating. Because it would be a negative 5 stars rating.

I have been with Sprint for about a year now and so far have been pleased. However, my phone screen had cracked and I went to one of the stores in Columbia and one of the tech guys told me I would be able to trade In my phone and pay a $130 damaged device turn in seeing as I have the Samsung for life, but when I finally got up to the rep desk they didnt want to take the time to do all of that and said I needed to pay $500 and pay the phone off and then $100 activation for my new phone. Needless to say I left that store and the next day went to this store in Jeff and a rep named Ethan helped me out and I traded my phone in for the $130 and got my new one without any activation fees and even got a phone case and liquid glass for 25% off!
Loved the customer service recieved from Ashlee and Josh. They were wonderful!! They set up all my emails, apps, everything was transferred over. Just switched from AT&T and couldnt be happier with the service. Ill admit there is spots with not the best service but it was the same with AT&T. I recommend visiting these guys!! Thumbs up!!
I wish I would have read reviews before going to this store. I went in because my phone was stuck in safe mode after traveling and putting it in airplane mode. When I called researched the Internet it told me how to soft reset which involved holding the volume button down. The button stuck. I took it in store and was told by whom I now know to have been the manager that that was common in the Note 4s. I gave specific instructions NOT to hard reset because nothing was backed up. I signed a paper to let them work on it. An hour later, all three male employees remained in back and the girl was up front. Reluctantly, she went to get my phone (wanted me to go get it) and brought it back with a new paper to sign in 3 places. One was once again saying I give permission to have them work on it. I am unsure about the other and then I was to sign under where it said a simple hard factory reset solved the problem. Lucky for them, they lied...they did not hard reset it - my info was still there. So, I scratched that part out and then discovered my phone was damaged. It appeared they took a tool and dug the button out, scratching and putting indentations into what was a PERFECT condition phone. I hand wrote on the bottom of the paper that the technician damaged the phone. The girl didnt want to go back and get the manager. I asked for a copy of the paperwork but she didnt want to do that either so I took a picture of it. I have since tried to call the store three times in the middle of the day and nobody answers. I called customer care and they said there is nothing they can do. So, I am now with a damaged phone, lost three hours of my life, and no recourse.And, when I went to bed last night and tried to plug in my charger, I discovered that they destroyed the area where I charge my phone.

I absolutely hate this Jefferson City store! It has NEVER had good customer service and the store is absolutely worthless. The only real reason that this store exists in this location is to provide sales on Sprint products. They are not capable of fixing any electronics at all and each and every time I have HAD to enter this store the associate has to call the same 1-866... number that I have to get anything accomplished. Either get technical help and thoroughly train the associates for all electronic issues for this location or get the heck out of here! It sucks to drive to Columbia for phone issues when you sold me the junk right here at this store.
I have worked in the cell phone industry for 5 years and I can say by far this store has the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Even though they know they have blown a sale they will still try to upsell you no matter what. If you try to get the GM involved he wont listen to you and try to maximize there profit. If you try to buy a phone here, dont fall for there sales techniques or lies. Im saying this from experience; because I worked here, and I know the type of customers they prey upon.

I recently upgraded my phone here, the customer service was very good, I had one minor issue with a screen protector and the manager, Jeremy, resolved the problem immediately and with absolutely no hassle. I was very pleased with his professionalism.

Went in to buy an unlocked sim card and the gentleman that helped me would not sell it to me unless I changed my current trial plan with sprint over to their everything unlimited plan. Which I KNEW was a bold face lie because sprints support (my wife just spoke to them on the phone and they assured her it wouldnt) said it would not change since Im not buying and activating a phone through sprint. I dont know the gentlemens name, he was a heavier set guy with asinine comments that clearly didnt know the facts of their own contracts.So, I went to best buy and bought a sprint unlocked sim card and inserted it into my phone and made a three minute phone call to support and had it activated with zero change to my current contractAvoid this store at all cost.

This is a rip off sprint all together is.. they are WAYYYY overpriced, im having to pay 200 dollars for a new phone even with insurance ?! i didnt pay that much for the phone to start off with !!they tell you to bring your phone in and they will check it out and see if its fixable, but from what i have been seeing they push you off to someone else or tell you to order a new one online with the insurance company.. mad annoying. sprint is a rip off and when my contract is up i will defintely not be renewing it !

When I went to this store, to get a sim card for my new phone, the associate in the front of the store was extremely hostile. She did nothing to help me but say Oh, you have to call customer service to get one. I then went to the other Sprint store in town, the associate there told me they had none left, but was helpful to tell me where to get one and how much it would cost. I am very disappointed in the service I recieved.

Very rude and unprofessional. I am a manager from another Sprint Retailer and was trying to help out a customer. I spoke with the manager Josh and he was sarcastic, rude and he hung up on me. Don’t waste your time in that place.
