A friend of mine brought his Alcatel A30 Fierce in because it was not working right. The service technician asked if he did a factory reset on it. My friend said he didnt know how to do it. The technician said he didnt either so he couldnt help. Rather than looking it up like a service technician should, he told him to call the 800 number to see if they could help. What kind of service is this? If I could give them a zero rating I would.
We are in Fulton and we wanted to switch carriers so Metro PCS had the best deal. BELIEVE THIS, we had NO SERVICE!! Not one signal what so. So we went straight to store and we can not do anything.
They ripped me off! They gave me 4 free phones for $288. I get home and I have no service. I call them immediately. They gave me # to the corporation. They did some checking and found our town has no service and told me to take back phones. I called JC store at 10 till closing and no answer. Of course they have caller ID and didnt want to to talk to me. So next day I walked in the store and the regional manager, manager, and another employee was there. They first tried to reset my phone and then told me I needed to go back home...40 minute drive...and try it now. So I said ok if I take it home and still dont have service I will get my money back right? All 3 said right. So I did and took pictures of our towns sign, pic of my house and a screenshot showing no service. Took it back and regional manager was gone and they tell me they cant give me my money back because the company will not reimburse them for the money. So I told them I want Corporation number again. After about a 30 minutes call and letting operator talk to manager and operator telling him he had to give us our money back and him telling her he cant be they wont give it back to him. She finally says we can send you $160 check for your service which is all we have record on. The manager said sorry there is nothing I can do but you can keep the free phones and sell them. Well guess what...pawn shops wont even take them still in the box!! So I am stuck with 4 phones that I cant get rid of and lost $128!! They wont get my business ever again and I really hope a lot of people read this and dont give them business. Did I mention while waiting on hold the manager was talking about how he was surprised his P.O. didnt come and arrest him because of his warrant. Nice employees you got there Metro PCS.
The guy that helped me was real nice polite and help me in any way that he could.
I literally switched to boost mobile because the door was locked 9 out of 10 times i went to pay my bill during regular business hours. Theres always a handwritten note stuck to the door that says Be Back In 30 Minutes i even tried going at different times on different days. Boost was right next door with 2 people behind the counter and a promotional deal. 🤷
Wife and kid love theyre phones and the price is amazing
Metro pcs is better than boost mobile. It cost more than boost but I get better service from metro pc

If I could avoid a star I would but this place was terrible, they were nice until I made a mistake purchase and wanted to switch my phone literally less than 24 hours later for a phone off the same value and the Rep that sold it to me became rude and hostile and said things like whatever lady and you can leave now I dont recommend this by a long shot is rather not have a phone than use them ever again
Worst service Ive ever had. Worst customer service I ever had. As soon as this month runs out, Im going back to Boost.
