Store and people are great corporate are crooks they had a reward system and with no notice after people saved poi to for months they changed it to where it was a quarter of value without giving customers a chance to use points it was very underhanded

I have gone there several times now out of lack of options. And every time they try to sell you things that nobody wants, just to move product off their shelves.Never give this shop your business they sell products that are mislabeled and that will make you sick. They refuse to refund or exchange bad products. Do not believe their lies about how great something is!

After three trips to the Jefferson City store I still do not have the opportunity to spend any money because they are always out of what I need.Today there was a new person in the store who is totally clueless. He was no help and suggested that I have all of this to pick from so just point out what I want so i could pay for it. All the while he was holding in his hand the tank that I wanted that he took from me and had no idea what or where it was located. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I do not blame this sales person at all. The upper level management and the hiring personnel expect me to educate their new hires. From the owners to managers this is the worst store of any kind that I have seen.Sorry but I tried to be a spending customer.

Great Staff, come here all the time. Know flavors pretty well. Appreciate that the staff dont treat me like an idiot when I ask a question. Also dont have this strange elitist mentality I have seen elsewhere in Jefferson City. Wide selection of flavors, and most of the sellers have tried all if not most of them. Good selections of boxes to start as well, which is good.

Easily the best vapor shop currently in town. But I think they should drop the extra smoking gear. Theyre literally 2 minutes from 60s spirit which caters to that demographic so much better.But for vapor related stuff and knowledgeable staff, cant beat it.

Ive bought two mods from this store and they have not had coils for them since my purchase. Even though when i bought them they told me they had more coils coming in. Its been two months and no coils. Theyve even sold me coild for a completely different mod instead of just telling me they had none for my mods. On top of that the guy with a beard robbed me of my reward points on all my purchases. Buy ur stuff online before going here.

I always get great customer service and they usually have what Im looking for. If they dont, they let me know when they might have it or direct me to somewhere that might. All around great place to shop

Went walking in and instantly had the vibe that I was not welcome. They had a couch sitting in the front of the store to which contained someone passed out from what I assume to be some narcotic. The drug paraphernalia made that pretty clear that they support drug use and allow it happen on their premises or allow people under the influence to remain there. Staff was not very friendly nor where they helpful. Guess if you like drugs or are friends with these people its the place for you. Otherwise if your just looking for vaping stuff, go elsewhere.

They sell cheap glass and their wax pens dont work. Of course its never refundable once you use it, but how convenient when it all breaks on you and you have to go back and give them more money for more items that break or wont even work to begin with.

There are plenty of other vape store in Jeff City to go to other than this one. I would not recommend this store!! Me and my husband went in last Saturday around 8:30pm to get some juice and coils. They close at 9pm.. we were maybe to be in there for 5 maybe 10 minutes.. when we walked in there were 6-7 people at the counter eating pizza and glaring at us as if we just ruined their party. We walked in expecting to spend $60-$100 on product if not more but we couldn’t even look at the juices on the wall as the guys and 2 girls sat in our way enjoying their Little Caesar’s Pizza. They were not paying customers.. they were not employees.. it seemed as if this was their hang out spot.. I have been in this store on more than one occasion and there always seems to be people just hanging around not actually paying customers. And the guy behind the counter didn’t even have the customer service skills to tell them to move as we looked to buy stuff.. I get you want to hang out with your friends and all but when customers walk through the door trying to buy stuff and having your entire counter full of none paying customers glaring and making your actual paying customers feel uncomfortable then you might want to tell your buddies to come back later. Completely unprofessional, dirty store, and horrible service if this allowed. I can only imagine how many customers have not returned because of these instances. I have tried to call the owner but he lives in Arkansas and the manager wasn’t even there.. what a pitiful excuse for a business if you ask me.

I have been to vape shops all over Missouri. This place is by far the coolest one Ive been too. Mike and Jason are incredibly knowledgeable and actually care that you know what your doing when you buy your first device.

They sold me what was supposed to be a box of three coils. When I opened it a week later it only had to. I was charged for 3. Not very happy with these folks. I will take my business else where from now one.

Had a job interview there, was told i had the job. But one week later i was told that corporate wanted these other people hired. Very unprofessional.

My first experience in this store and first time I felt the need to write a review... Stopped in looking for something they didnt carry. Both men working there stopped what they were doing, introduced themselves, asked my name as both of them looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Then showed me the exact equivalent of what I wanted but better brand for same cost. They didnt try to push everything in the store on me but helped me get exactly what I wanted.Happy with product... Hella impressed with service!!! Ill be back for sure!
