The staff is fabulous. Tom Shannon was my salesman and everything was clearly communicated and clear. The vehicle was as advertised. The entire process was fluent and easy. Jessica handled all the paperwork with ease. We met the owner Jim, and he was very personable and appreciative. This is a really nice group of folks doing a great job selling really good vehicles. Jessica even gave a recommendation for lunch at a local restaurant called the Crow’s Nest, and it was as good as the car buying experience. My son searched over a year for a truck and finally found the perfect one here. I was skeptical about purchasing online since we were 5 hours away in another state, but Justin and Jessica walked me through every step and made it all super easy! Out of state purchase was A++! Nationwide, long-term searching for a good deal on an older motorhome finally brought me to the right RV at Jim Babish Auto Sales. I was incredibly skeptical and worried about such a big purchase being out of state and not being able to inspect the vehicle. Their online pictures clearly documented some damage so I called and spoke with Tom several times on the phone so I could get more information. I felt like I was being told the truth about the vehicle and was fine with the damage shown, I just wanted to make sure it ran well and the things listed were really working. I probably could have hired an independent person to look at it, but I had been looking for such a long time, I decided to take the plunge. After I bought the RV and wired the money, I received verification and Tom and Justin began working quickly to get me the title, purchase agreement, registration info and the shipping company who could bring me my new rig. Unfortunately after several weeks, we found it difficult to find someone to bring the rig (was also during hurricane season to North Carolina!), so I called to let them know I would fly in and Justin got me a great deal on a car rental from the Pittsburgh airport so I was able to quickly, easily and cheaply get dropped off and drive my RV home. I did a walk-through with the team when I got there and took pics with everyone since I was excited! Turns out, it was exactly what I was looking for and the damage was what I had expected from their pictures as well as normal wear and tear on an older vehicle. I was a little nervous about driving it all the way back home on my own, but Jim Jr. and Sr. assured me their team had taken a look at everything and I would get home safely. Sure enough, brakes and wheels and driving was really smooth and I got home safe and sound. Thank you for the great experience! Over a month ago we found a great place to shop for a vehicle at Jim Babish Auto Sales.. We traveled 5 hours to buy a 2010 Ford Conversion Van. Justin was a big help in showing us around and explaining the history of the van. We took the cable car to Asiagos restaurant on the mountain and then drove home in a storm at night. Ive bought 8 vehicles here over the years, and in general, they have always did pretty good. Never had any issues, or problems. Vehicles are clean, and in this day of the virus, I know they are sterilized well when detailed, and after test drives. These are good people, making a living, working hard, and are trustworthy.

I waited just shy of a month to post my review because I wanted to drive the car and see how things went. We bought a 2001 Jeep Cherokee from these guys and man we are loving it. We were treated very well during the process and all of our preferences were accommodated. The Jeep is in great shape for its age and we feel very fortunate to have found what we were looking for. It is also worth mentioning that the car had a few small problems that were not detected until we were test driving and they fixed them immediately. If we buy another car we will check their inventory before looking elsewhere. The inventory at this dealership is very unique and interesting, a really cool and fun place to buy a car!

About a year and a half ago, I purchased a 2009 Jeep Patriot from this dealership. The initial buying process was good, but since then I’ve had nothing but issues with the vehicle. I’ve only put 20k miles on it and the transmission is already done for. The K frames is rusted through and I’ve had countless other issues with struts, muffler, brakes, and rotors. The worst part is, I still owe about 3k on the car. Disappointed in the quality of their vehicles, and I feel like I was taken advantage of as a first time buyer.

Jim and his team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our search/buying process. They were always patient and willing to answer questions and explain what we needed. We never felt pressured or rushed. Honestly, couldn’t be happier with our experience. My husband and I would gladly give them our business again.

Do not deal with this place!!! Totally dishonest!Spoke with a salesman Saturday about A dump truck and told them I was waiting on a loan to close for the money.I told them I was willing to put money down on the dump truck until my loan closed. I was told at that time by the salesman that I would need $1000-$1500 down and that there would be no problem if the loan did not go through for them to refund my money. I was told at the time that that would work and that the salesman checked with the owner Mr. Babbish. I told the salesman that sounded great but that it was a 5 1/2 hour drive for me to get there and I would be up on Monday. I received a call on Monday morning at 9:40 am ( 2.5 hours into my drive there) from the salesman stating that I would have to have $5000 cash down on the truck and that the truck would only be held for two weeks and the $5000 after that two weeks would not be refundable if I did not purchase the truck per the owner Mr. Babbish. They have done nothing but lie to me since I started trying to work with this dealership. They are dishonest!!!! My total trip was five hours and I turn down work with my business which made me lose even more money today. I would not recommend that anyone Deal with them!!!!!!!!

From start to finish, Jim Babish Auto Sales exceed my expectations from my initial call to well after I drove it home. They took many, many pictures to send over in pre-sale to ensure I was getting a vehicle in the condition that was advertised, had a and went the distance to provide maintenance information from the previous owner (they even shipped me the old window sticker after 2 weeks after purchase when the previous owner found it), and offered a seamless experience during the purchase.One thing to note, that I found sets them apart from many other dealers, is when something goes wrong, they still offer support. In the first week, I had a break issue that needed to be to be fixed. Happy to report that Justin and the team sent me a check to get it repaired.Cant ask for any more than that when buying a used vehicle! Just I thought I would share my experience - 5 STARS!

We purchased a 2013 XC 90 Volvo from Jim Babish Auto Sales this spring. What a great car! I explained that I have 5 grandchildren that I pick up from school several days a week. Justin pointed out that Volvo has a wonderful safety record. The third row seating is a must for five children and it folds down easily for additional storage. We thought the price point was fair and all our questions were addressed. We will definitely return to Jim Babish Auto Sales for our next car.

Living three hours away in Virginia, I negotiated both deals over email and phone. Buying an out of state car was new to me and both guys were super helpful and made the process painless. I spoke a few times over email and phone to the salesman Justin who was very fast at responding and very friendly. I was completely impressed with Jim Babish. Im a man of few words, however, this experience was so good that it needs to be told. I will be honest and say, I dont particularly care for shopping for a car as I have had bad experiences in the recent past with car dealerships. I found a car that I liked at Jim Babish and decided to call because I had several questions concerning the car. Ethan answered the phone and found him to be pleasant to talk to and he answered my questions. He also emailed me some other pictures that I requested as I was 2 hours away. There were some things that I couldnt get past on the car and emailed Ethan and told him I decided that I wasnt going to take the time to go look at it. Please know that my issues had nothing to do with the dealership, just the car itself. After discussing the car with a close friend, he suggested that I at least go see it in person. I emailed Ethan and decided to go look at it. I called him the next day and told him I was on my way to look at it and he said he would hold it until I got there. When I arrived, I will be honest and say that I had my guard up thinking I was going to be dealing with a pushy sales person. Quite the contrary! Jim Babish was the first one to greet me and I was pleasantly surprised at his kind and friendly personality. After introducing myself, He told me that Ethan would be with me in a minute and that he would take me to the garage to look at the car. All I can say is that I was a little stunned at how nice the car looked. I started looking it over and to my surprise, I did not have a salesman following me all around being pushy. I took my time and looked things over. While I was looking it over, Andy introduced himself as one of the detail guys and went back to work. I was surprised at how friendly everyone was and my guard started to go down. Ethan walked into the garage and introduced himself and again, friendly and not pushy. I took the car for a test drive and it ran as well as I was hoping it would...maybe even better. I talked with Ethan and Jim about my concerns and after a few minutes of friendly conversation, we came to an agreement. I was pleased and to ad to it, Jim offered to deliver the car as they were headed my way the very next day. This saved me 5 hours of my time and fuel which was a huge help and blessing. These guys go out of their way and I was very comfortable and impressed with the whole transaction. At the end I felt I walked away as a friend, not just another customer. It takes a great businessman as well as employees to make a customer feel that way. I was hoping to tell Andy that his detail job helped sell the car but left before I could see him again. It was spotless and looked awesome and as I said... impressive. Actually all the vehicles on the lot looked great. When Im in need or want another vehicle, you can bet I will check with Jim Babish first... I was that impressed. On another note, I read some other reviews before I called and to be honest, if you cant get along with these guys, you probably cant get along with anyone! Recently purchased my first vehicle here, Justin was extremely helpful in finding a 2011 Subaru Impreza that I fell in love with the minute I test drove it. I was assisting my father in looking for a used Lexus. We didnt buy. Let me tell you this... Ethan and Justin are honest and hard working. Mr. Babish is a stand up guy. They explained that the proximity sensors werent working and stopped the sale so they could fix it before transferring the car. After the car was fixed, my father decided not to buy it after all. Money was spent by Babish Auto in repairing the sensors. They were respectful, professional and reasonable even after I explained my father wasnt buying the car. I left a shirt at their office. They sent me the shirt! Theres no hype here. He doesnt sell junk. You can see, by the line up of autos on the lot, that they are particular in selling high quality vehicles. They are priced higher because they sell good cars. I suggest anyone thats looking for a quality car or jeep to look at Jim Babish Auto Sales if they are within driving distance. I live in Florida but would be willing to visit this place again. The drive there is picturesque with scenery they dont have in Florida.

I travelled from 2 hours away to purchase a low mileage truck. Truck was exactly as depicted online and described on the phone. Ethan went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. He coordinated a tire balance immediately when I reported a slight wobble, which seems to have resolved the issue. Didnt get the usual used car dealer vibe from Ethan, which is a non-scientific observation for sure but does count for something in my book.

I was looking for a very specific car as far as make, model, color, and options. To my surprise, these folks had one. After some talking on the phone and working through some details, my salesman, Brian, and I were able to put things together and made our deal. Drove two hours to get there and the car was exactly as the pics showed and all the paperwork was ready. I left within an hour of arriving and was happy with the process and end result. Very low pressure and delivered what they said they would. I will buy future cars from them.

Edited to add: a sales rep from Jim Babish reached out to us upon hearing about the issues and the company helped take care of the cost to fix ones that would have been included in their safety test. They went beyond the close of sale and made sure to take care of any concerns- I am pleased with their customer service, and would recommend! Thank you!The vehicle we purchased was listed as having a tow package, roof rack, among among other things. The tow package as well as the fog lights had been stripped off, and there was no roof rack just the rails. There were also some loose parts (back hatch handle panel and inside door panels). We did end up making the purchase because we needed a vehicle, but I feel I paid close to top dollar for a sub-par vehicleAlso, when we had our mechanic check the vehicle out, the transmission and differentials fluid needed to be changed, and the brake rotors were cracked, and the wiring for the headlights was incorrect so that the high beams didnt come on, among other items. Two stars for fair. They could probably do a little better. They do have neat SUV-style vehicles though. Will edit as needed.

Theyre great till you drive off lot battery supposed to be new terminals were loose power windows quit working dashed had to be ripped out heating core issue got it back automatic starter no longer worked water began pooling on passenger side sunroof drain broke cold air coming in underneath passenger dash new major problem with heating core I bought car in may they claim they go over cars with fine tooth comb so its not theyre issue when things go bad after all they are used cars how can you fix a heating core and 6 months later theres a major issue with it. They show you a car fax dont trust it

We made an appointment and drove 3 hours to look a 2 motor coaches. Originally we interested in one. When we got there the salesman showed use the 2 and we gravitated to the 1 we were originally interested in. Once we started looking at the coach it was obviously in less than good condition. During this process the salesman disappeared wihile supposedly going for dealer plates for a test drive and ended up talking to 2 women.We decided the coach was not for us and left. I am on the fence as to whether or not I would give them another try.

Can I rate negative stars?Me and my boyfriend just took a stroll through to look at his cars, and he came outside with his hand on what looked to be a pistol, on his hip.How are you going to own a business and act like that?Never will I ever think to buy a car from there, nor recommend anyone to even go on the property.

One of the better used car lots. They specialize in clean used cars from auto auctions. They do charge a premium.

My dad and I purchased a 1989 Mercury station wagon with all the fixins. Its an awesome and fun car, and Justin helped us make it happen. I emailed them one night and he called me right away the next morning. Two days later we were road-trippin to Johnstown to pick it up. Whole experience was easy, transaction was quick, and Justin was friendly and professional. Next time Im in the market for something (especially if its something a little out of the ordinary) Ill check Jim Babish first and recommend that you do too!

I know that satisfied customers rarely write reviews, but Jim Babish Auto Sales certainly deserves some accolades. I was searching for a particular year/make/model of vehicle, and found what I was looking for via the internet at Jim Babish Auto Sales. As I live over 1000 miles away from the dealership, I wasnt able to physically look at the vehicle other than the pics on their website. I spoke to Jim, Jr in detail about the vehicle, and agreed to buy it. Both Jim Jr and Jessica Babish were very accommodating... even dropping the vehicle an airport 40 mins away from their dealership with a full tank of fuel so I could fly in and drive it home on the weekend. I drove it all the way home with no issues and am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Jim & Jessica!

Price gouging galore, reminiscent of a high profile auto auction, just with low profile vehicles. The car/trucks appear to be clean, but the company will not stand by product.
