I recently took my Toyota Tacoma to Fletchers concerning a recall on fuel pumps. I was offered a loaner vehicle but decided to hangout in their comfortable lounge. The work took only about half the time I was prepared for. The service advisor was courteous professional and reassuring. My truck runs better now than when I bought it 2 years ago.
Theyre an electric car charging port its awesome and free its on the south side of their building kind of tucked away
They didnt seem to want to make a deal I found a truck I would have traded for...
Steve in their Service Department excellent. Personable, courteous, and very helpful. He is definitely an asset to the Fletcher group.
You know what can you say about Fletcher Auto Group? Yes your right, they have the best customer service and they are always willing to help you as you walk through the door! They are the best!
They have a good service dept and are very friendly.
Always courteous and makes sure vehicle is still clean after service work. Snacks and beverages while you wait.
Service was for a recall. They fixed the issue and returned my car the same day.
Very laid back staff, yet professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They won’t chase you down in the lot. Chelsey was my salesman and she was awesome! She was completely honest with me. She was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I’ve bought two cars from Fletcher and I will ONLY use them.
Nice staff. Clean
Go to Fletcher Nissan and ask for my son Jack. They are a very reputable car dealership.
Excellent service! Would highly recommend. Go see Coady Wells at Fletcher Toyota.
Done a great job on my car
Truly a great place to buy a car. Exalt service very courteous and professional. They treated us like we were friends.
My experience thus far has been amazing. My salesman ricardo the beard always goes above and beyond for his customers. What interaction Ive had with other departments this far like finance, service, etc have also been great!
I went with my sister to buy a car. We were helped by Nathan McGee, he was friendly and helpful and had her in her new car within 3 hours. That is a great car buying experience. Thumbs up to Mr McGee.
Always top notch service. The service people are friendly and approach with a smile. They are knowledgeable and explain things, and let you know your options.
They are loyal, respectful people. Good service and give you a good deal
If you like a sales person to follow your every move and not let you take one step without them being one inch behind you by all means this is the place to go. Was waiting to see if they were going to be like a dog and Mark me as their own.
Had my Frontier taken there for an electrical problem. Told them what my local shop thought was the problem but they came up with their own idea. Several hundreds of dollars later, the problem still exists. Upon further research, they discovered the problem was essentially what my shop said, and wanted almost $700 more to really fix it, maybe. Cant comment on their sales technique, but you may want to avoid their service on the Nissan side. Not customer service oriented on the service side, nor are they very knowledgeable.
Love it
Service is always friendly, clear, and fair. Expect the cost of a dealership, but also know they happily provide refreshments, willingly shuttle you to and from work if needed, and can provide a vehicle for you to use when appropriate.
Any kind of vehicle that you want, is probably in the Fletcher Auto Group! Great people!!
They have a nice showroom, short on honesty and integrity
Overpriced vehicles and service dept is a nightmare, had several instances where our vehicles have had to have work. One time one was there for so long they had cleaned it out and would have taken it to the used car side and sold it if I hadnt come up there needing something out of the glove box.Had headlight replacement done and they didnt even plug in the light, had to the next morning when it was dark and it didnt come on so I checked it finding it was unplugged. Also charged me for rotating my tires and never rotated them. Pointing it out...I got a refund.Just have had other bad experiences....so would not reccomend!!
Wonderful waiting area with healthful snacks, coffee, tea, & water. Plenty of reading material. Theres also a play room for little ones.
Best service department in the 4 state area from the time you enter till the time you leave always a friendly face.
Great bunch of guys. Friendly. Still love my van. Thanks Roger.
The Nissan Service team was fast and friendly!! Great service!!
I got my car there in 2012. Always get great service.
I never look forward to new car negotiating, but the team made the experience as painless as possible. Matt was a trooper holding back the shivering while he convinced us to come inside. I got my coffee fix, drove 3 different autos before deciding on the Subaru Outback. We came back 3 days later to get some lights fixed and a more current inspection. The service group took care of it at no cost and even gave me a ride to work while my wife stayed with the vehicle. Awesome job. I will highly recommend your sales and service
Great people
Jimmy at Fletcher helped my mom and i on our way from wisconsin to texas. Our car broke and this dealership could have taken us to the cleaners. Instead they treated us fairly and fixed our car with no appointment in less than half a day. I wish i could purchase my next car from them.
Frank Fletcher Nissan and Preowned were great to work with. The people at Fletcher Hyundai were flat out terrible. Stay away from them.
Bought a car from them was a good deal and they had nice staff
Best place to buy a Supra
Rapid response employees, willingness to help to locate vehicle you are looking for
Good advisors but they always suggest more service than your car needs.
I bought my new/used car here and I HIGHLY recommend them!
Great mechanics and stellar advisors. I drive from st louis to take my Toyota to this dealership because I trust them more than any other dealership.
Dean was the friendliest salesman. He was very knowledgeable.
They have good deal on cars.
Kind staff and good service in a timely manner.
Love frank fletcher nissan. Two of the greatest sales guys are Bryce Carnes & Rocky ? They are the best so helpful i thoughts i was going to have to go to a buy here pay here nope they got me into a brand new car with a great warranty. Thank you for being so GREAT.
Customer oriented, friendly techs, quick and efficient services.
A great selection of vehicles and a very good sale staff
I loved the salesman at Toyota. Great guy. My biggest regret was walking over to Fletcher Nissan to purchase. The car was sent to detail, but was dirty when I drove it off the lot. One of the key fobs had a dead battery, which I didnt notice until I left.Their finance department had the paperwork so screwed up that it took over 30 days to get my car tagged. I was getting calls from the loan company who would not process the loan until they had paperwork from the dealership. I had to take off work several times to make extra trips down there to try to find a human, because no one ever returned phone calls. Finally, I was told to come get paperwork they rushed through just so I could get the car legal. I was told they would mail the rest of the paperwork as they got it together. That paperwork never came. It was weeks of nothing; no returned phone calls. I had to go down there, and was given some copies but I still dont have the paperwork. The battery on the car died just after purchase. It wasnt just dead, it was dead. I was stranded, called for assistance, and I was given another number for their roadside people. My Nissan Sentras warranty information was all wrong and under a different vehicle. The lady on the phone dispatched a tow truck using my GPS location, who got the driver list. I was told to call the service manager and let him know that my car was being towed in, and that I would be needing a loaner, which I did after being hung up on by the receptionist ..twice. The first time I was told to hold and then directly hung up on. The second time she informed me the service manager never answers the phone or returns calls so it was pointless trying. Once I finally spoke with him, he said he would get me taken care of once I came in. Once the tow truck arrived, I had to find a ride to the dealership because my kids were not allowed to ride in the truck. Once I arrived at the dealership I waited in line to get to the service desk for better than 20 minutes. Then once I got to the front of the line, I was bumped by a lady who had probably been dealing with them long enough, and a search commenced for her missing keys. Once the service manager got back to the desk, he informed me that it was late on a Saturday, that they were not even going to have time to look at it until Monday, and they were not open on Sunday. He said it was against policy to loan a vehicle unless my car had been there for a certain number of hours, and that I was pretty my SOL until Monday. That was really not good news considering I had to take my daughter to school, had to work, and had a dr.s appointment. I had just been in a car accident, in which my back was fractured. The pain was unreal. The only reason I was out at all was to pick up my daughters friend to stay over. It was also the reason I had just bought the broken car. I had sat for probably three hours on a curb going through voice mail prompts and waiting for a lost driver. I was in so much pain, I was bawling, and my muscles were in spasm. I could barely walk, much less stand. I told him I needed a car. He then told me to go sit in the waiting room because he had people who made appointments out there waiting, and once he got them taken care of, if they were not closed, he would talk to me. I told him that I had been waiting, if I had known my car was fixing to break down, I would have made an appointment, and he told me again to have a seat in the waiting room. Up until that point I had been suprisingly, super patient. I then went to find a manager. Five minutes later I had a loaner car.My last four vehicles have come from Fletchers stores. I will drive 50 miles out of this area to purchase my next one, and I have advised anyone I know looking at a new Nissan to stay clear of that dealership and go to Springfield or Tulsa. The only reason they get 1 star is because you have to give them something, and the salesman was awesome.
