I can not say enough positive about the quality of service and product I’ve received from Beltone on 32nd in Joplin, MO. I have worn hearing aids from Beltone for nearly 20 years. The total care I have received from Beltone is amazing. Any issues I have had have always been quickly taken care of. Ric Stiegman has gone above and beyond in his patience and time in assuring my hearing aids are fitted, adjusted, cleaned and maintained to provide me the best operation for my hearing loss. I would highly recommend Beltone hearing aids and definitely Ric Stiegman has provided total hearing aid service and care throughout these years. A job well done!

I can’t say enough about how great the people and the service is at Joplin, Mo. Beltone. The hearing aid (I only have partial hearing in 1 ear) has performed flawlessly for 6 years with periodic cleaning and minor tuning adjustments. I wouldn’t think of going to any other location or manufacturer. In my humble opinion, these folks are the best in the business hands down.

I really like the personal attention that Rick gives. He sees to it that my hearing aides are well maintained are working properly.

I have noticed so many things I was missing before, especially the voices of my grand children. The receptionist was so helpful in setting up appointments, financing and answering any questions we had. An excellent experience! I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have hearing aids.
