Miracle Ear in Joplin has given my 88 year old friend a new life. Her Miracle Ear hearing aids have allowed her to become social once again. The staff at the local office here in Joplin, from the receptionist, Pam, who greets at the front desk, to the hearing aid trained specialists (in the back) are kind, respectful, and very helpful. This is my first hearing aid and I was not looking forward to it but Andrew made it very easy. My friend came with me and bought her second set. She is much more satisfied with Miracle Ear than she was with her previous provider. Andrew is very positive and gives us a lot of confidence. Pam, Dallas, and Andrew are a great team and coming to see them is always the highlight of our day.

My mom got her hearing aid a week ago and it has made a big difference. She can hear things that she has not heard in years, (birds, alarm, timer on stove, tv volume is turned down half the volume and she can hear. She called a friend that she had not talked to in a while and they were able to talk for quite a while and they could hear each other. She was able to enjoy church and was able to hear the sermon and announcements. Thank you Andrew for taking time to listen to mom and know what she needed to be able to hear.
