Michelle and Dr. Natalie are very wonderful they are great people and they will take care of you, I am a patient of theirs, I am picking up my new hearing aids today. They are located in Joplin Missouri, if you are hearing impaired I would highly recommend you to give them a shot, I recommend them highly. They are great if you need hearing hearing they will take care of you. To the main office these girls need a raise, they are great! God bless you all, keep them safe!

Fantastic facility!! Not only were they able to get me in quickly, and get my hearing screened. But we were able to order my hearing aides right away and they came in so quick! Natalie is the audiologist for this location and shes amazing! Very friendly and open about what she thinks is best for you.

I misplaced my hearing aids. When I found them one wasnt working. I thought I had to but another one. It was too much money. I went to Courtney. I started to leave when Courtney called be back in the store. She said she wanted to look at them again. While I was waiting I talked to Lisa at the front desk. She was so Professional and courteous. Courtney called me back and they were fixed. I was embarrassed when I asked her to show me what I was doing wrong. She patiently showed me the whole process. This was the first time I had met Courtney and Lisa. I would give them a 5 and will definitely would recommend them to others. K Davis
