I have worn hearing aids for over 30 years, good and bad ones. I took a chance on going to Yogi and am so happy I did. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best to improve my hearing. I have never met a friendly person in my life. He loves what he does and it shows in the quality of service you receive. If theres a problem he will work until its fixed and youre happy with it. I would never go anywhere else after getting 2 new hearing aids from him. He is Honest about the products and will work to get you the best deal he can. Thanks Yogi

Yogi has been by far the best hearing specialist in Joplin fitting my needs, not only for quality hearing aids, but furthering my knowledge about my hearing! I highly recommend him than any other specialist or audiologist in the 4 states area because of his expertise!

He got me in quickly and fixed my dad’s hearing aid and it is just like new! What a great place to do business.

They were awesome people 3 years or so ago he couldnt help me with my broken hearing aids which was old he did quote me a price for brand new ones I didnt have the money for it but he was cheaper than Ive ever had. But he did help me who can fix my hearing aids and I went to him last year with my tax return got new hearing aids and awesome service.

Just a terrible place. They treated my grandmother as if she were a leper. I literally told her never to go back. She was adamant that I was wrong until I showed her the video on my phone because YES it was that bad. We now have another company we visit that is very cordial, kind and helpful.

Worked diligently to assist with my problems. 100% satisfied. Would have rated five stars but LOVE my wife and kids, not my audiologist even though hes a nice guy.

My grandfather was treated like an old friend as soon as he walked into Mr. Hicks office. Which was a nice change from the previous place he was going and the young woman Ali who runs his office is the most kind, courteous and helpful person Ive ever met in a medical office of anywhere.
