I contacted All AutoGlass after my rear passenger window was vandalized. Long story short, when they first came out my battery died on my car (not fault to them) and, once my battery was charged again, I noticed a scraping noise when I would roll down the window. Sean was able to get back out and insisted to come around 7pm on a Thursday to ensure the problem was fixed as soon as possible. Him and the other guy were very nice and solved the issue after some investigating. I know they are incredibly busy so the timeliness and customer service was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend their services.

I was very satisfied with the timely manner they has showed up to do the work on my vehicle, they were cheaper on price than anyone else, Windshield was fully installed than the installer told me they could do the back windsheild I told him to order it was done November 9 2020 and have new windsheilds on this classic thank you so much five stars and I will see you to do my s420 97 in couple weeks!

If youre not happy then were not happy.First time customer yesterday. I brought my 2013 Dodge Ram in for a windshield replacement. They came in early to accommodate my schedule and after a speedy replacement at a very reasonable price I was on my way.I called later to express my concerns of a potential issue. The owner called me back within a timely fashion and first thing the following morning (today). The owner took the time to go for a test drive with me to try and locate the concerns I expressed.It was explained to me why I experienced what I did and assured me if there was any issues in the future they would correct the matter.Shawn and Alina have one hell of a customer friendly approach and I experienced this from the start to the end.Id highly recommend and theyve earned a lifetime customer.

Best experience Ive had with a mechanic. Paid attention to all symptoms I described on the car, kept me up to date with what they found and believed to be the issue, and most of all the customer service was fantastic. If you need new glass this is the place to call. I called Thursday had my new glass on Friday. The staff are friendly and professional. They take care of the paperwork fast for insurance paid glass. They also have great prices for self pay. Ive used them for both situations. They have come to my farm twice to replace glad in different vehicles. Ill call them first next time too.

Sean from All Auto Glass was great to work with. He provided an estimate within minutes and came to my workplace and had my repair complete within 2 hours of my initial call.

Very unprofessional, ripped a running board off my truck and didnt tell me first thing. Said they werent responsible for damage they caused, said I could bring it to a muffler shop to see if it was there fault it broke it not. Had to ask several times for a discount because I knew they wouldnt pay to get it fixed. Running boards were not new with the truck and had no problem with them until they were jumping in and out. I walk out and see it ripped off from both mounts in the back of my truck and the first thing the tec. Said was asking me for the bill money and didnt even mention it. Unprofessional crew and management very shady and will rip you off first chance they get. DONT BUY FROM HERE PAY THE EXTRA FIFTY AND BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE
