Service was fast. I went in the first time, and they did have to warranty the windshield due to an installation mistake. I made another appointment and they came to my house and fixed the issue quickly. I’m pleased.

Took my edge in for a small crack that they made me sign a waiver for and my car wasnt in there 5 minutes and they cracked my half inch crack into a 6 + inch crack I dont recommend going here and signing a waiver, just gives them the okay to crack your windshield

I just got my windows tinted I went in for a front windshield repair for a Crack. I told them repeatedly that I had my windows done, do not touch them or move the. They ever put a bright lime green sticker where it says do not clean or roll up your windows. I was watching them and the tech did not even care or took into consideration that there fresh and cleaned them.ripped my brand new tint I just had dont not even 2 hours. Then the manager came out and scratch it even more and rubbed the tint knowing it says do not touch. They said they would pay to have it re doneBut didnt offer the gas I had to drive too get then tinted which is grand rapids and I have to wait another month and half. My tint is ripped. I feel like they should of wrote me a check on spot for my tint. So I have to wait a month and half to get them re tinted and they dont offer the money I paid in gas also I told them 9 times to not touch my windows. After all it was the front window that had a chip. They had no business cleaning any other window. I am contact a lawyer and pursing my tint damage after they admitted it and going after the wait time to get it done and my gas. This w as just Lowrey unprofessional business.

I scheduled an appointment on line, they ask you all of these questions about your car (does the rear glass go up when you open the trunk? No I just answered that it is a four door sedan, not a hatchback. Do you have leather seats? Who cares I want a windshield.) Then you wait a week for them to show up for your appointment and they say they cannot do it because there is a little indentation in the window frame. Well why didnt you ask if there was any minor imperfections around the window frame when I scheduled the appointment and I would have figured a different plan. Instead of asking me about the material on my seats. Now I have been fighting to get rides to work for a week and i am no further ahead then I was the moment the deer jumped on my windshield. Then I ask if I can just buy the glass, the technician calls his boss and his boss says yes but it would be the same price as a full replacement. Cant believe you have been in business as long as you have. On the other hand the technician was professional and polite. Thats the only reason for the two stars or else it would have been zero.

Was able to arrive early to my appointment & was out the door before my actual scheduled appointment time. The small crack I had in windshield ~ you cant even tell its there. Was super happy! Ive only used safelite for my windshield repairs.

I had appointment for sat 13 and they never showed. Called and said I wasnt on the books. Made another appointment for sat 23 and they did the same thing. Do not book appointment on line

Very efficient and professional staff

Safelite is a great company if you have patience. If you need a windshield replaced theyll come to your home in a timely manner then proceed to talk on the phone for an hour and a half then leave and reschedule you for a couple weeks out. So hopefully youre in a good situation to where you dont need your car. Safelite seems to run a monopoly on at home auto glass repairs and it shows. If they care about their customers it does not show.

Acceptable performance, dont have a Toyota Highlander windshield replaced unless you bring the car in and leave it for at least a half day. Remote install is impossible. 🤔

This is the second time within two months that my windshield has been the victim of a flying stone/rock from a truck on the highway. Both times I have had it repaired by Safelite. The work has been completed in a timely manner. It is so convenient to have the work done while I am at home and can be doing other things rather than waiting in a waiting room somewhere. The technicians have been prompt, friendly, personable, professional, efficient and the end product is perfect. Keep up the good work!

Poor communication from the company. Lack of call backs. I got two text saying will be at my home 12:30 to 1:00 the next text saying 30 minutes away. Its almost 2:30 and not a word.

The SafeLite technician was professional and quickly finished my windshield within 2 hours.

Daniel came out and replaced the windshield on my 2015 vw golf. He did an amazing job. He was quick, thorough and very professional. Hopefully I wont catch a sign to the windshield again but if I do I know who Im calling.

I was able to schedule a appointment right away. The technician introduced himself and explained what was going to be done. The chip was repaired, then technician took me out and showed me the repair before I paid and completed paperwork. It was only when leaving I saw that the technician had vacuumed the front and rear if my vehicle. They were very professional in doing the work and explaining everything about the process, I am very HAPPY with the repair work.

Used this place several times to repair rock chips in my windshield, on multiple cars. Every time they did a great job, both with mobile service and at the shop. Personnel is nice and skilled. They took care of dealing with my insurance company, no effort from me was needed :)

Highly over priced! Because of extreme high prices I was trying to find out the cost of “glass only.” Online support told me to call a local Safelite and when I call the automated Phone system it will not even try to transfer you to customer service. Online support told me they could not give me a quote for glass only and that the only way for that to happen is to call the local shop. When you call the local shop It gives you a useless message and then hangs up. I understand that due to the pandemic things are easier online but if you want me to do things online then give me all the options not just the most expensive one. Then when I try and ask for help online, ZERO help is given. Highly disappointed.

This place is awesome, they will try their best to squeeze you in for same day appointment if you decide to do a walk in, very clean and friendly.

Absolutely 5*++ in customer service. I got pelted by a stone hauling truck on Friday at about 3. A chip in the windshield and it was going to run across if it wasnt fixed right away. I got on the website and they had 1 appointment left for 430. I was fixed and back on the road by 5. George at the Portage store took great care of my car and explained everything. The chip is gone. Cant even tell it was ever there.Thank you so much.

I have had to use Safelite Kalamazoo twice now, and have been please each time. They are very efficient and the staff is very courteous. Dustin at Kalamazoo did a great job on the window replacement and was very helpful finishing the job.While I hope to not need to go back ( Unlucky window breaks ), if I have to they have my business.

They replaced my windshield but Ive had nothing but problems with the rubber shield around. They fixed it but all winter it just popped out. Im going elsewhere.

Came in to look at my rear defroster because it wasnt working. They were pretty busy but everyone working had a great attitude and were willing to look at the window on the spot. They found something pretty quick and fixed it in the spot. Best service Ive had in a long time. I would highly recommend this place and would come here in a heartbeat if I have future glass issues. Was scheduled for a windshield replacement today. Called and told me that the technician has school today so he can’t come and replace the windshield. Tried to call multiple times and nobody answered the phone. It is my wifes car she uses for work so it’s important to have a windshield that is not cracked. Now we will go somewhere else. Really disappointed with Safelite. Not the customer service they advertise at all.

So by no fault of their own, I had my days mixed up for my appointment and showed up a day late (oops). Instead of telling me that I had to reschedule (which I would have been 100% okay with since it was 100% my fault) George told me to hold on and he would see if they could fit me in. I was able to leave my car there and had it back in about one hour. I was really impressed with their customer service and their technicians were fast and thorough. Hopefully I never need to come back here but if I ever need glass replacement or someone I know does, I will definitely be recommending this location. The prices were very, very reasonable too compared to the dealers quote I received (just about double the cost).

These folks were quick and very professional about the job, the only downside was their payment system got flagged as a stolen card

I only left one star because no option was available for zero stars. Vehicle was returned after new windshield install filthy on the inside. Dirty hand prints on my light colored interior around windshield, large and small pieces of debris left on console, in vents, on floors, and dirty boot prints in both front door jambs and on inside of doors. Heres the kicker, they told me on the phone that it was done and they vacuumed the vehicle out...... Terrible service imo.

You dont find people as pleasant and helpful in most businesses today. It was refreshing and appreciated. The waiting area was large and clean--even the bathroom! Highly recommend.

Technician seemed overworked when he showed up at 7pm. He lost a small piece that mounts the rearview mirror and said they will be contacting me with part. Poor communication from base company, took 2 weeks after new windshield install to repair mirror. Would not use this company again.

I had top notch service from Bradley. He drove out last week to repair my windshield and it could not be repaired, but needed to be replaced. He set me up for an appointment to come out today and fix it, and for cheaper than my insurance deductible. Today, he was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was professional and kind both times. Definitely will recommend Safelite to anyone who needs auto glass!

I had my front window replaced in my van and the work was done well and timely. The staff was friendly, and the waiting area was very comfortable. Not only did they have a desk and chair that I could sit to do work, they had snacks and beverages available for customers at no cost! Another bonus was that they even cleaned the inside of my windows and swept my van out! I highly recommend them!

Terrible company to work with. They forgot about my home site appointment, then said if I still wanted it today I had to come there. When I did I learned my windshield wasn’t even in stock yet and had to wait two hours. Once home my husband noticed they didn’t put the top molding strip back on so we now have to go back. Awful workmanship!

Calling Safelite was fast and easy and they worked with me to get the price lower when we found out my deductible was very high. Nick, the technician from Safelite, was super helpful, including checking everything that was on the order and removing stuff that was unnecessary. He finished the job quickly, vacuumed out my front seat and was generally very friendly. I would highly recommend Safelite Mobile service.

Came in for a windshield replacement and recalc on my Subaru Eyesight system (which they insisted the could do)...they were $75 more expensive than the dealer, and were unable to do the job.

Worst experience ever. I set up an appointment for 5pm. Tech shows up at 330. I call her back to tell her im still at work and im not home till 5pm. She tells me that there is nothing in her notes and that she cant come back because she gets out of work at 5pm. I call the shop back and then she calls me back and agrees. Then she shows up at 6pm and takes an hour to repair my window. I see the repair in the morning and im very unhappy with it. So i take my car back in and have the whole window replaced. Only for them to give me more hassle. They at first agreed to do the repair with out talking to my insuance company about the re-repair. However after the work is almost done, now its a problem. I was never told up front that they filled a second claim with my insurance company to re-repair my window and never told i need to speak to to insurance company before they do they re-repair. I was scheduled for a 2 hour appointment, then they took four hours. They make it sound like the insurance company isnt going to pay for the re-repair. Well if they hadnt messed up my window in the first place and just recommended me to just replace it and not make it sound like they could fix it. I wouldnt ever go back to have a repair done here. Ps there is no heat in the waiting roon and today it was only 7 degrees outside.

Walked in late in the day (4 pm) after catching a rock on the way to work. Noticed the chip in the windshield after work and figured I would try my luck. The checked it out and then we got to work with my car insurance company. They handled everything and got my windshield fixed in about 30 minutes. Offered snacks and beverages for the wait. Even though it was a pretty good chip, the work looks good. Looks like a small smudge. You cant even notice it unless you really know where to look. They cleaned all the windows and even ran a vacuum through the car. Overall great experience.

Took my 2008 Dodge Ram Hemi Quad cab in to get a New rear window installed, appointment was Scheduled for Saturday 10/12/2019 at 11:00 A.m. showed up a little early to the Shop,They didnt get my Truck in Shop till 11:33 A.m..(Was told the Boss man was on a Hunting trip.).was supposed to take 2.5Hours to complete..ended up taking 4 Hours...The Technition mentioned the tools available wouldnt fit the hardware holding the trim on..? Finally after 4 Hours of work and me waiting in there waiting room with no Heat..(Temp was mid 50s) it was finally finished..Technition mentioned it has a Lifetime Warranty..Good Because the passanger side of the rear window didnt seal..It was like driving with the window down (Noise) ...Not exactly Happy I paid near $600.00 ...To Freeze in there waiting room..to wait 4 Hours...(When was told 2.5 Hours) any plans I had that day were shot...And my Rear Window still isnt fixed...Definetly be calling First thing Monday morning.

I went to get an estimate on a new windshield. And they said $380. Which is way too much money. So Im going somewhere else and get a quote I did find a place that would do it for $170 and that place I went to was highly recommended.

I specifically went in to great detail about the type of windshield needed to fit my 2013 Dpdge Ram 1500. The tech showed up at the house. First off, not the same tech that was pictured in my email. I was supposed to Jason, and this Cameron shows up. I am a roofer, at a job site, and this guy proceeds to give me a weather reports saying it was going to rain in 45 min. There was not a rain cloud on the radar for miles, I think the closest was Wisconsin. Then he ask me if he could use my customers garage, I said no. He said really? I said no again. Then he looked at my windshield and proceeded to tell me he brought the wrong windshield. He then stated that it wont be in for 3 to 4 days. I told him forget about it, I will just write him a bad review.I then called the 616 number and I explained to the lady the situation. She then said it was the right windshield and didnt know why he said it was the wrong one. Then she said he just didnt want to do it because he thought it might rain. He didnt even look at the hourly or the radar. What a liar.Dont trust them they lie lie lie. She even said he asked me to bring the truck to the shop. He never asked that question. All my guys were standing right there. Cameron is a liar or he doesnt know his product. Then I asked for another installer and they said one was not available.The people from that store, specifically Cameron is a liar and definitely not accommodating. That is why I will share this experience with all my customers and not reccomend the business for windshield replacement.ABOVE ALL, THE WERE THE MOST EXPENSIVE AND HAD THE WORST SERVICE!!!I WISH I HAD TO MORE ARMS SO I COULD GIVE THEM FOUR THUMBS DOWN!!!

I scheduled an appt for today 2 days ago for my windshield replacement. Im told he would be here Friday between 12 and 5 (like the cable guy). After several texts, stating when he would be here and then the same old story that he was finishing up and would be here, he shows up after 4. He tells me that he cant change the windshield but his buddy that has a glass business could. I told him no and walked inside. Now I have to wait until Monday for another co to do it. I will never use Safe Lite nor refer them.

Replaced my windshield here, 2000 Civic, it cost less than my deductible, everyone was very nice and it was ready ahead of schedule. Hopefully I wont need to them again soon, but at least I know where to go.

I had about the best service here as I ever have anywhere. It was absolutely amazing.Getting the appointment and all the paperwork was super easy,and you can see them working on your car through the window in the lobby which was comforting. I decided to go to the restroom, and guess what I found around the corner? A fully stocked Keurig machine, tons of assorted chips (cheetos, doritos, you name it!) and a mini fridge full of sodas! Talk about being on top of it.The work was incredible too. You cant even see the rock chip at all. They cleaned my windows, and vacuumed out my car too!With the service and hospitality that I recieved I would and will come back. I have in the past and they even came to me while at work and fixed my windshield as I was inside working! Absolutely top notch, great work
