This place is terrible! Ive been a ford customer since 1993. I purchased a 2021 f150 brand new. A couple of days later the wipers stopped working. We have 2000 miles to drive and told them we had jobs to get back to and that my insulin would run out in about 4 days. He said it would be 3 weeks! He wasnt even interested in looking at it, it could be something simple but he didnt care. This was so shocking as you used to be able to count on this dealership. I will be called Ford motor company next.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. DONT PURCHASE HERE AS THEY REFUSE TO SERVICE YOUR CAR/TRUCK

Nice salesman, but its been 3 years waiting for my recalled airbags to be replaced, i was told that id be informed when they arrived... Good thing when i rolled my truck the front end was not damaged which would have caused rusted shrapnel to injure or fatally wound me.

Customer service is good but their prices are high.

Great place for oil changes. In about an hour they change oil, check out the rest of my car too. So much cheaper than the quick oil change places too. They serve juices, coffee, tea, doughnuts as well.

I serviced my last car here from 2014-2017. The facility is very clean and they offer customers ammenities such as coffee, Keurig, Sweetwaters donut holes, popcorn and refreshments in one of two lounge areas. Have always been treated well by the Service Dept. It is a pleasure to work with Jeff or Paige. All of the shuttle drivers are polite and courteous. Recently, I traded in and purchased a brand new car at Seelye. My advice, dont take the first offer on trade or new car. Be willing to walk away. They will get back to you with a better offer. Overall, nice buying experience. I financed with Ford for 72 months at 0% APR. I recommend GAP coverage through Ford if you have negative equity. Otherwise, compare their coverage with one offered by your insurance company. And get the extended warranty if you drive like me at >2000 miles per month.

I had an issue with the engine on my 2014 Kia Soul. Even though my car was technically out of warranty per the service writer, Kia as a company still covered it under warranty due to conversations I had previously on this issue with the dealership. Seelye Kia in Kalamazoo and the Kia Car Company were honest and provided awesome customer service. I love my car and look forward to driving it again and also a long term relationship with Seelye Kia in Kalamazoo, Michigan and Seelye Auto Group... ♡
