Both of the young ladies working were incredible especially considering I had just broke my final drive belt on my harley and was sitting near the road waiting on a ride. They both at separate times inquired if was OK or needing any help and the one even bought me a coffee since she was worried that I might be cold. Thanks ladies you both are awesome.

I went through the drive thru on 8/29 around 9:15am. I ordered my coffee which cost around $8. Expensive as this was, I was promptly asked for a tip when handing my card to the gentleman at the window. I thought to myself “for what? Making my coffee that’s already outrageously priced and getting paid to do it?”, but I was so thrown off by being asked for the tip that I actually AGREED! I felt very rushed and pushed into providing a tip, when I thought the tip jar was there for just that. I have no issues providing someone a tip when they provide me service outside of their regular job, but what the heck?!

Dark chocolate ice queen is my go to. Great coffee, fresh made bakery sweets and food items for coffee and food connoisseurs. A little pricey but worth it!

We always make a trip out on Monday’s and even with our larger orders they are always kind. It was pretty busy today and the service was still polite and attentive, and when there was a slight error on our order it was handled with such grace and swiftness. I can’t recommend these folks enough!

I come here ridiculously often. they have amazing food and drinks. the vegan sweet potato burrito is my favoriteee. best on the go brunch

The coffee here is phenomenal! I asked for something that had a strong coffee flavor and also enjoy a dark chocolate/ spicyness so had the Mocha del Sol recommended to me. Amazing! Perfect temperature, perfect flavor combination of chocolate, coffee, and cayenne, and great service. Im sad this was a stop along my long trip instead of a local coffee shop for me.

Waterstreet drive through location is under appreciated in my opinion. The baristas are always really kind and make a great start to the morning. (Megan was the one I remember and is fantastic).Of course waterstreet coffee is always top of the line and this location is no exception.

I was excited to try it for the first time! Ordered two drinks of two different sizes so I was confused when both drinks were in the same cup size? I Dont Know. Slow service, and the drinks weren’t that great. Iced coffee didn’t even taste like the flavor I ordered and I received attitude when I sent it back. I also didn’t receive the cup of ice water I ordered and felt rushed off. Should have asked for a refund. Won’t be returning.

They really skimp out on their portions. I ordered a double shot of espresso and it was more like a sip of espresso. I was actually quite amazed that they would do this.Im paying almost $4 for the espresso, I cant imagine why they would serve you like that. I order this all the time from other places, I know its a small beverage, but this was pretty exaggerated.

First time I tried the one in Portage and it was delicious. The last two times we stopped by the Water Street on Sprinkle. Three stars for a tasty breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, our lattes were subpar and quite cold for being freshly made. Ill chalk it up to the gal working the place alone and may have felt rushed with cars beginning to pile up behind us. Guess we will stick with Portage location.

Not very Water-Street-y except in price. Also, had asked for a drink to be made in a certain way and was told I dont think itd be very good that way.

My favorite place to get coffee ❤️🧡The people here are just ridiculously friendly! Half the time I dont even -need- coffee but I know swinging by here will make my day start off well. Im often greeted with good morning Emily! As soon as I pull up to the speaker.I also like the coffee more than Starbucks and Bigby, I feel its higher quality. The food is great too! Nice to have non pastry breakfast choices :) I also get any sort of Tea I need from here too!

Awesome new location with the same great coffee. My first visit was while it was raining and I was disappointed that there was no overhead cover at the speaker and menu outside to stop water from pouring in my car while making my order. This is my reasoning for two stars(hoping the water street staff will take note of this to help the success of the new location :)The overhang at the window is not long enough and the curb sticks out quite far, which will result in curb rash and rim scuffs if you are not careful. I have a larger sedan and cannot see how a long SUV or truck can make these turns.With winter coming I see this being an issue and an annoyance.I dont mean to complain and I understand this is a first world problem, but to protect my car from damage, water, and snow in the winter, I may have to go elsewhere.

Love your coffee. But when you tell someone to wait in the back for a large order that is anticipated to take 20 minutes, the customer shouldn’t have to call the location 40 minutes after being told to wait in the back. And if that happens the response shouldn’t be “We thought you left and hadn’t come back yet.” Don’t know too many people that are going to drive around for 40 minutes waiting for $60 worth of coffee.But here’s the thing - it’s not a walk in location. So you know the person is gonna be waiting in the back. Check to see.Probably just a bad start to the day for both of us. Will still rate 4 stars because you guys and gals rock. But come on.

Great new location, the staff is friendly and service is quick. The only issue is that Ive ordered a few different drinks and they just werent as good compared to other locations. Its still good coffee, but I can tell a difference between the drinks here as compared to downtown or Oakland locations.

My truck was to big to go through the drive through (which is the only thing that they have) so I walked up to get some coffee and they refused to serve me. So I was being responsible and not getting stuck in their driveway and thats how they thanked me.

No Cilantro Crema??!??! Also no dark chocolate powder??!?! The building is very cute and staff was as accommodating as possible but what the heck! I only go to water street for specific luxuries and they don’t even have them at this location (or any anymore?? I’m not sure)

Quick drive through, good coffee and food. Dont love water streets coffee roasts but they are much better than Biggbys and the food is excellent as well.

Even with mobile order you are stuck in line behind someone ordering something that takes far too long to make.

We were a couple of out-of-towners looking for some good coffee and omg did we find it! We pulled up to the menu board and had to ask for a few minutes because everything looked so good! We both got the spicy avacado bacon breakfast sandwich, which was amazing! Super flavorful! Also got a cinnamon roll and a lemon lavender cookie - never knew that was an edible combination! Both were delicious. Also got the dolche de leche and bear something coffee. Cant remember the name, but it was chocolate and delicious as well. The barista was sweet and gave great service too. Wish we could come by every day!

$7 for a white chocolate mocha that tasted awful. Had a hint of raspberry flavor. My partner said the same thing. Desperation for coffee is better served McDonalds.

Super cute location and really nice/ helpful staff. It is a bit pricy and they charge extra for soy milk... BUT overall a very delicious spicy chai latte. 😊

New to area. I went to the store on Sprinkle road. I ordered two Ruben sandwichs and two drinks the bill came to $24 (ridiculous) and the Rubens were ice cold, premade, and just came out of the refrigerator, and it took 15 minutes. Who serves cold Rubens anyway? Never ever going back again.
