Easy to get to if parking allows. Prices are kind of up there, but they seem to have everything you need for face care and cosmetics. I came for face cream and face wash. Spent about $50.00, but the products I bought were really good quality. When I run out, I will go back for sure. Originally went because I read reviews on Amazon saying to go to the store instead of ordering a certain product due to a counterfeit product issue with the mailing. Store was busy, but not overly crowded. Masks are suggested but not required. Friendly workers and easy acces.
My wife and daughter love this place for their cosmetic needs. Its staff gives good hospitality. One place for top cosmetic brands.

This was my firts time in a Sephora store, I got no idea about make up and I need help to get some skin care products as well make up for my Nieces birthday present.Everyone was so helpful, nice and efficient;They help me with every single thing that I need, I even end buying some moisturizer cream for myself.This is definitely a store with good Costumer service.

The team members at Sephora are always really amazing at helping me figure out what kind of products will work with my skin type, and dont automatically go for the higher priced products, but they always suggest the lower priced ones and give me a good description of how it works

Went in with my young son in order to pick up a gift card. We were greeted at the door and when I explained the reason for our visit, I was helped immediately and I was able to purchase the card right there by the entrance. Took maybe 4 minutes and we were back out the door. Everyone was pleasant and courteous.
I had the best experience in the store today! I have been hesitant to go to stores like this during the pandemic but needed to stock up on my necessary skin products for the year. The staff gave me so much space to feel comfortable and had great knowledge about all of the products I had questions about. I also had a great interaction with my cashier (who’s name I did not catch) who went above and beyond to make my day! If you are hesitant about retail experiences due to covid (like myself) I highly recommend this location.

Was in the area and my daughter wanted some make-up only stand alone Sephora carries. As soon as we walked in with N95 mask my daughter in-law was asked to exchange hers with the blue cheap disposable ones. My son in the same asked was not addressed about his mask. Hers is a Government-Military issued mask that my son has access to being in the Army. The lady was very rude about it and forced her to change (my daughter in-law was in shocked and had no idea what to do). The lady has dark brown and gray wavy hair. Needless we all walked out after the associate was very rude. Need I mind you my daughter is Asian and the rest of us are caucasian. Very odd behavior for this area. Associate needs to be addressed and her character is not appropriate for retail
Wet helpful staff. Probably the friendliest, helpful and knowledgeable staff I’ve encountered at a Sephora. I love going to this location! I’ll even drive out of my way for it. They have taken social distancing very seriously and have implemented it better and more consistently than any other type of store I have been too.
I was about to walk back out the moment I opened the door and they said we require from customers to wear a mask! If you think a mask is protecting you why should I wear mine? I spend $400-500 every time I go to Sephora well now I won’t be shopping there anymore.

Horrible cashier! Went into the store yesterday waiting in line for too long. The man that was ringing the customer up in front of us was chit chatting taking his time exchanging Facebook information with the guest. Then when he rang me up didn’t even tell me how many points I had. Didn’t even give me my birthday complementary gift. no customer service. Get it together. It’s COVID-19 I don’t want to be waiting in the store for hella long.

I can’t rave about this location enough. I come into this location often, usually with my two children- one 2.5yo and the other just 9 months old. The staff is always extremely helpful and always patient. Almost always, someone is either assisting me with carrying my baby carrier or shopping basket. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, and very courteous. I always look forward to coming in!

Well its Sephora. Little space to move around especially if there are a good amount of people there. I only saw 1 person on the floor to ask any assistance and she was already helping two different people. You are left to figure things out on your own. However, I did enjoy the virtual makeup assistant! Thats a great way to start the process without physically trying on EVERYTHING and good way to reduce waste. Cashier was very friendly

Have not come to this Sephora since I had a bad experience at this location. There is a girl who was working there (not sure if she still works there) that I had personal issues with in the past and I simply came in for a gift for my friends birthday not to cause any trouble with her because that is an immature thing to do. I guess she told her coworkers something and I had 3 people follow me and come up to me asking I need help even the manager had a clipboard in her hand while watching me. I assume they were told I’m a shoplifter. I worked in retail as a manager myself so I recognized what they were doing with me. This happened years ago. However I barely decided to write a review. The manager was straight up staring at me that day. Once they realized I had 400 points in my account that day after buying something they realized I was not a threat. And this girl that I had issues with was hiding behind an aisle because I’m sure she felt guilty or was scared that I realized what she did. Keep personal problems outside of work. When I came in that day I was a customer and was not treated like one.
Recently, I bought a considerable amount of make up at Sephora Cinco Ranch. As soon as I got home, as I was putting my new make up in my bathroom, the base fell out of the bottom of the box and shattered all over my ceramic tile floor. Obviously, it was not secured when I left the store.I was not able to get back to the store right away because my mother had to be rushed to the ER.I finally got by the store a week later. I let the associate know what happened and brought the box with me. She went to speak to the Store Manager. She came back to ask me if I had taken photos. To be honest, I never thought of taking photos. So, my answer was no. She said there was nothing she could do.I am in the business of customer service. They could have offered a discount or anything for me as I dont feel this was my fault.I let the associate know that I would not be a customer at Sephora anymore. They have lost my business.
Im giving this store 3 stars because the employees on the sales floor are the best but the girl who checked me out today was extremely rude . This is not the first time it has happened but its the first time I complained to a manager who told me she appreciates my feedback. I spend a lot of money at Sephora and expect to be treated better. There are many other places to get the same stuff they sell here.

I went to this Sephora to return an item and the person who took care of me was quite rude after I said I was there to return something.... yet she was kind and very helpful to the woman before me. My item was new and I barely return any items. I shouldn’t t be treated certain way only because I want to return something.

HORRIBLE treatment from PILY. she treats you like you are a criminal. Felt SO uncomfortable couldn’t even shop correctly. Standing at every corner that I moved to. Literally worst customer service I have ever experienced. Talked to the manager (I think, I was unable to get her name) and she said she will talk to her. Didn’t even apologize for her employee. Will avoid this Sephora at ALL COSTS!!!
Soyana was an excellent helper and gave me great advice whenever I was looking for skincare products. One of the best experiences I have had at Sephora so far, and I definitely look forward to going back soon!
Great customer service
I usually shop at the Sephora at Memorial city but after moving to the Cinco Ranch/Katy area I found this one to be more convenient to get to. The only problem I have is that this Sephora is super small and always so crowded. Also, they are always out of the things I need. I will start making the trip to Memorial City just so I don’t experience this again.
This is my favorite Sephora location, the staff here are knowledgeable, polite and very professional! I appreciate how delightful they’re and how they are always soo prompt to check up on you to make sure if you have any questions they are completely answered with unbiased reviews. I will definitely continue to come in to this location 💕
I really don’t write negative reviews but the staff at Sephora were incredible rude and ill-mannered. I asked for help and the lady that was with me told me that they were understaffed which is fine but I saw 3 staff members just talking in a corner and not helping other customers who also needed help. When somebody did help me she said that she would come back and she never did (after 3 minutes with me) and then when I asked help again and told another staff member that I was waiting for the 1st girl to come back she answered “I don’t really know what you are talking about we are really busy”. I understand they are busy but they didn’t look busy. Overall a very poor experience and I have been a Sephora costumer for a very long time and this is by far the worst experience.
I always receive excellent service when i visit this Sephora. Sariah helped me correct the issue i had online with the Jaclyn Hill blush/highlighter pallet. She was very understanding on the issue when the product paid for was never received in the box. She was super friendly and very easy to speak to. Melanie was very helpful in the skincare section, knowledgeable in the products and recommend a face mask off of what i told her about my skin which turned out to be exactly what i needed. She was very fun to talk to and has a bubbly friendly personality. I will definitely return to this location as my main Sephora. This location never fails me unlike some of the sister stores like the galleria location.
Poor customer service I guess because I wasn’t dress up like some other woman the staff was trying to assist I was unseen. After 15 minutes someone helped me and she gave me the wrong color for my eyebrows. She told me color and walked off I didn’t get no “is there anything else I can help you with” she just walked off like I bother her. I went to this location because my home is like 5 minutes away I thought it was convenient but after this I won’t go there again. I rather drive to city center location where girls or guys give you awesome customer service and make it fun to shop at Sephora. I rather spend at a location where they love their jobs and don’t classify you only because they think you broke not knowing you not. Smh
In my opinion the reason I gave this store 3stars is because I find when I go in to return something (past 2-3X) the girls behind the counter act put out & to me being a VIB Rouge I shouldnt feel that vibe from the staff.The girls on the floor are so kind and so willing to give out samples or help you with anything. All in all I still prefer shopping online & will continue to return anything that doesnt work.

I had makeup appointment at 4:30 for full makeup deluxe, the artists was busy doing a makeup for other costumer so i had to wait 30 minutes until she can start with me plus they request to come 10 minutes earlier from my appointment, i told they i have another commitment after 5:30 then nothing works this is not right and not appropriate not professional, and they didn’t give me another solution.
Sariah was extremely helpful by handpicking colors that matched my skin tone. She listened and did not try to oversell me anything I did not need.Unfortunately, I was charged twice for my most expensive item. I would give a four star rating if the manager didnt ask me to return again today for a refund that was not my fault.
I am a Star everytime I walk in the store Sehora staff are very friendly and I am greeted with smiles. I feel welcome and comfortable to shop, browse, test or ask questions. Good selections and stock/supply of the brands youd expect here, and this Sephora is not too crowded and kept clean and tidy, particularly in keeping sample testers looking decent! Personally Id love to see Sephora stock more mineral sunscreen options as well as natural beauty brands like Dr. Hauschka and Juice Beauty.

This store’s employees were extremely disrespectful, one employee continued to follow me and my two friends around, then another employee started to follow us around the store as well. She seemed very friendly to other customers; however, she did not even say a word to me or my friends, and she had a grimace on her face. She seemed very angry at us even though we had done nothing wrong. It seemed like she thought we were stealing, but she gave us no reason as to why. I felt unwelcome and had a horrible experience in this store with its employees that seemed to only be rude to us. It felt like we were targeted due to our color, as from the minute we walked into that store we were targeted unjustly.
I came here yesterday and I like their mini selection of certain things & the staff is knowledgeable about their products. They didn’t have the La Mer products that I wanted, but I traveled to Memorial City Mall & the Galleria Mall for the bigger locations where they do have it. I would come back to get something if I knew they had it.
It never fails I come to this Sephora because it’s the closest one near me but I rather take business somewhere else, associates are rude and not helpful what’s so ever. If i ask about a product I’d at least expect to have you help me test it instead of just standing there looking clueless. Just negative if you don’t like your job then leave.
This Sephora boutique has the kindest and most knowledgeable customer service reps of any Sephora I have been to. They all have a lot of information about the products. Theyre all specialized. I was impressed! And I have been to a lot of Sephora stores. Very highly recommend this store because of kindness, expertise and professionalism.

Wasnt sure about going to Sephora because of all the horror stories Ive heard. Im a latina that walks around in hoodies and sweat pants and my best friend is a black woman, and rumor has it, our kind isnt really accepted at Sephora.However, we decided to try it and experience it ourselves. Guys, thats what I recommend everyone to do, because had i listened to all that, I wouldve missed out on an amazing experience!We walk in, we were kindly greeted and then just left alone to wander until we were ready. We approached Rosalynd and she was AMAZING. Very patient, funny, and friendly! Walked out with exactly what i wanted/needed.Will be back as soon as I can to buy more products!
Gabbie was suuuper awesome. Very knowledgable about all the products and prices. She asked me many questions about my skin and what I wanted and sadly I have to give her the old shrug and I dont know and we laughed it off and she made the decisions for me. She explained everything she waa doing and did a great job!! I have always gone to Ulta, but since the one closest to me had the rudest employees I decided to try Sephora. I walked in without any makeup on because I tend to do that when I go makeup shopping and one of the girls, who looked like a manager, stared me down a bit, but Im definitely used to that. I just wish that women would understand how intimidating it is to go into a cosmetics store without makeup on and instead of being rude, just realize that they are there to help. Anyway I was helped by Mahrukh and she was so sweet and down to earth. I swear she is the perfect employee for this type of store. She helped me try out multiple foundations until we found the perfect one and she also didnt try to push the more expensive brands on me which I really appreciated, because they arent always better. She helped me find the perfect bronzer and also turned me onto the Smashbox Primer which I am now in love with. Ask for Mahrukh if you need help with anything! The girl who helped me check out was really nice as well and I just appreciate it, because Ive had plenty of terrible experiences at cosmetics stores that have made me wary of walking into them anymore.
