I was having trouble with another Walgreens and went to this one. It was nice to be greeted by kind efficient staff. I am considering changing to this location even though the other location is closer to me.

I went to this pharmacy for shopping today. There was a white staff of about forty who was tall. I asked him about the goods, but he refused my request three times because I was short-sighted. I arrived at 1:30 in the afternoon. In this shop, I forgot to wear myopia glasses. I couldnt see clearly. The male clerk was very arrogant, prejudiced, and racially discriminatory. I was very angry. Ask the store manager to fire him, he is not worthy of being a qualified staff member. Ask the president of Walgreen to criticize and educate him,Let him participate in training! Learn to respect every customer.

Went here to pick up my prescription as its closest to me. The head pharmacist came over and told me that he cant give my my medication until the 3rd of October because I was too early for me to pick them up.If that was the truth how did I pick them up from a different pharmacy? He wasnt being honest. Even though this is the closest pharmacy to me Ill drive a bit further just to not give thus place any business. It boggles my mind how people can be so rude and inconsiderate! If you dont want to be nice to people, dont get a job mainly helping people and having to converse with them.

This is beyond the slowest and rudest pharmacy in Katy. What’s up with the second lane being closed? I’ve never seen that at any other Walgreens and THIS location definitely needs to use it. Maybe their wait times would go down and customers would be a tad bit happier. I also had to get a prior authorization for a medication that I had my insurance conference in and they left a voicemail authorizing it. I called in about 30 min after the message was left and they flat told me that they still hadn’t received it.

Be prepared to wait...this is the slowest drive thru pharmacy in the United States. We’ve been in line for 25 minutes and ONE CAR has pulled away from the window. One car every 25-30 minutes?!? These people should be embarrassed by this performance. I mean, are there no standards?

Pharmacy, not that helpful!! Dropped off a prescription and was told that it will take 15 mins to be filled. Waited 20 mins.. went to ask the technician if its ready? He then stated that it was out of stock... so it took them 20 mins to realize the medication was out of stock??

Everytime that I have to pick up a prescription here, it is never ready and the are so very disorganized and slow!! Im not sure who manages this pharmacy but they need to get someone that can do a better job!! I dont recommend using them unless you have lots of time to wait in line!! Cvs is faster and better.

The store had no regard for public safety. There is currently a mandatory mask order in place and within a 30 minute window to pick up medications; we saw three customers without masks while the staff laughed and joked up front.our concern was brought to their attention and they said they would go and notify the manager. As they stood there and we walked out another customer walked in and pass them... You guessed it... Without a mask. Dont come here if youre concerned with the virus

My trusted Walgreens location, I really like this location. It was an easy parking lot, large spaces. Easy to navigate out of back to traffic lights. The store is always clean, the pharmacy staff is always pleasant even when you know they are worn out.I always find great deals in the clearance section. The beauty adviser staff is always so wonderful.

I have been going here for years. I love the pharmacy people. Perhaps the man that said they’re rude can at a busy time or he had been rude to them. I enjoy all of the store employees and there superiors.

Edit: This is an edit to my review from 1 year ago. I have been informed by the pharmacy department that they have glitches which may occur while using their app/phone service. The alerts sometimes come to my phone and prescriptions aren’t available yet I completely understand that technology can have its issues, problem solved.However, the current issue with one manager, as mentioned last year, by description only, is named Ernest. I have a neurological disability, which I should not need to disclose yet at this time, I’m willing. This manager follows my every move while inside this location. I am highly allergic to a certain synthetic dye, which causes me to need to look at every single product which I need to purchase. Ernest follows me and disturbs my shopping experience, each time that I’m inside this location. This is harassment! I’ve spoken to the lead manager, Tiffany and she claims that he was simply restocking the end caps, however, IMO this simply is untrue. I’ve reached out to Walgreens customer service line on 3 occasions, as to resolve this issue. The district manager, Rick called my phone from a blocked number and left a voicemail 2 weeks ago, yet never attempted to reach out to me again, concerning this issue. I must add that their corporate policy states that they are not to approach any individual, not wearing a mask, yet I was asked twice by an assistant manager as to my reasoning for not wearing one. A neurologist has requested that I do NOT wear one when I am able to avoid it. This too, is harassment. It is a shame that these individuals work in an environment, where they feel the need to disrupt a life long customer’s shopping experience. Shameful!!_________________________ 1 year ago ....This use to be my go to Walgreens but lately nothing will go right with prescriptions being ready when their text service says they are. they send me an alert but nothings ready, really??! I have also called doctors early in the morning to have a refill sent in and the pharmacy still does not have them ready and go back and forth about how nothing was sent, call back doctor and they say yes it has yet pharmacy will again say no after my doctor sent three times.Recently, when their phones were down for a couple of days, the man manager with glasses was extremely rude because I couldn’t reach the button multiple times to speak to someone over the phone due to an injury. He said I must press it each time I need to speak then slammed the phone down old school ticked off style. He’s always rude in store as well and will follow me in the store like I’m a thief. So, I don’t use the store for anything but the pharmacy which is the slowest in the area.I’d rather go a distance than deal with this store out of closest to home!

My girlfriend left the ER with some prescriptions and we made it to the pharmacy with 9 minutes before they closed. The pharmacist and her employee stayed late to help us out. This ment the world to us because she was in a lot of pain and waiting until the next morning would have been very hard. They will forever have my business and appreciation.

Mine will add to the up and down roller coaster flow of the reviews at this location and mine works to the down ride. Added and internet prescription order on a Thursday morning. Went by to pick-up the following Wednesday as it needed Doctors approval which is why I waited almost a week to find they had no record in the store but the website said waiting on Doctor. Called my Doctor to find out they had never been contacted. Not the first time this site has lost an internet order that shows on the Walgreens site but not at that branch. Previously were of no help in locating hard to find medicine where as the CVS down the street was able to locate the medicine. Time to move years of business down the street to CVS now that they are in good standing with BCBS.

Very unprofessional and absolutely rude and disorganized. They will put back prescriptions after 10 days and then they can’t tell you which ones you need to refill that they so conveniently put back, which is so ridiculous. I asked lady at the counter which ones need to be refilled now that they’ve been put back and she can’t even tell me. So now I have to go back through my grandmothers medications and figure out which ones she doesn’t have. But first I will be switching pharmacies. I’ve been with this pharmacy for two years both mine and my grandmothers medications go through them and every single time we go there they are very rude and unprofessional and they act like it’s inconvenient for them to help you how said is it that they treat elderly this way or anyone for that matter

Do NOT have your prescriptions filled here! This is the 3rd time I have called in a prescription, confirmed a pickup time and when I come in they claim they didnt get it. Can they rush it for me, so I dont have to come out again today? Nope....it will be ready in an hour and a half.Looks like CVS or Kroger will be getting my prescription business from now on.

Pharmacy staff very rude and unprofessional. super godlike complexes, all of them. when there’s an issue they “try to explain” and you don’t understand, they get huffy and puffy saying “we’ve already explained it to you”. i’ll never step foot in this particular walgreens ever again, not for anything. Every time I visit this location the wait to fill a prescription is 1-2 hours with possibility that even when you return they will delay further. Finally, I have encountered a problem receiving the incorrect amount of pills, and another family member of mine has the same issues. I do not understand why this location is so unorganized and have a delay their service.
