They have a nice selection. The gentleman at the front door greeted us and ask if he could assist with any care products or hair. That was different unless he thought I had sticky fingers.. Lol other than that clean store. Nice variety!

First time visitor, decent beauty supply selection. Of course you have to deal with the usual being followed around under the guise of being helpful. Guess this is pretty common though thanks to selfish shoplifters.

Shop here of you want your money stolen! Stopped here to pick up a few items and of course I always overspend. I go to checkout and the guy says it didn’t go through. I’m like that’s strange because I know there was more than enough funds. He tells me to try credit and I do. Still says it didn’t go through. I try another card with another bank using credit and debit again. Still says it didn’t go through. So then I just leave because I think something is wrong with my card. I get to the car and look and there’s four transactions on my accounts for the amount. I go back in and they tell me even though they have almost $500 of my money they cannot give me my merchandise because NONE of the transactions are showing on their end. I speak with the owner and she is completely unhelpful and nonchalant and says take it up with my bank. Will be shopping at only Black owned businesses from here on out.

Shot out to the young lady who helped us was patient and friendly! The cashier very respectful and friendly! Bought a bundle of hair it looked like great quality got it outside and could tell its definitely not 100% human hair 🤦🏿‍♀️🙄

This was my first Houston hair store.The only disappointment here is there was 👉No 🎖️ military discount 😏.Other than that the store has many hair options. I love 💕 the visit so far.Some of the products dont even exist in other cities 😲.They also had some hair products that you could even test out....right there in the store. 😲

First time going here and they were super helpful and had a lot of product. Being that it was my first time purchasing hair extensions I am not sure if prices were good or not. Even though they did not have exactly what I needed and had to make adjustments, I would still return especially if I dont have time to order online.

Ive been shopping here for years. They have a good variety and selection in hair, supplies, and products. They also have good customer service.

This store is great. They have expanded and everything is easily accessible. They have a clean store and friendly customer service.

On June 24 I came into the store to purchase a new human hair wig. I was helped by a young man. After selecting the wig he told me that if he did not have this one in stock he would give me ten percent off. He looked and was happy that he had one left. He said same brand, same cost $249.99 and straight and natural brown. I got it home and started working with it and realized it was not the same wig! The one I liked had baby hair and a lighter lace. My granddaughter even noticed it was not the same. I went back to the store and talk with the same person. He said the best he could do for me is take ten percent off. I declined. I think the best offer would have been 30 percent or more. I have spent much money on wigs from this store. I will not be returning. Please make sure you check the wigs out to make sure that the wig in the box is what is in the box. Sales are final and I was not allowed to try on my wig due to Covid 19. (Understandably) Too much money to be the wrong wig in the box and only 10% compensation for a wig I did not choose. I don’t like it when someone try’s to sell you on something you did not pick.

Everything for your hair and they also sell gallon bottles of 70% alcohol for $30. Not bad with the price gouging. Some places are charging way more.

If you are looking for hair care products for all hair types this is the place to go. They have makeup, lashes, flat irons, skin care and so much more. I love that they open early and close late.
