Im not very savvy when it comes to interior design, but my experience with Window & Home decor was a lot more painless than I had imagined. It really helps when you can trust the professional advice of someone who understands your vision and has the expertise to give you more options and ideas! Needed to update my kitchen/Family rooms. Was shown a variety of choices of window treatments and was given some recommendations that worked out extremely well. I had no idea there were so many really different ways to use window treatments to completely change the look and feel of my house. Will be back when I update other rooms in my house.

I was interested in getting some work done from this company and received at home consultation. Michelle told me that she would get back to me in a couple days with an estimate. Its been over a month and I have not received a call. I called on 2 different occasions to check the process and each time I was told they were working on it. When I called back after the month passed they said it was left on the desk and no one tried to reach out to me. I am highly displeased with how this company handled me as a client.

I was very pleased with the service I received here. Personal prompt service with immediate in home visit for measurements. ..and then follow up by phone to be sure I was pleased.!Highly recommended!
