When I brought my vehicle in to have some work done, the technicians seemed to go above and beyond the level of service other shops would without over charging me. Not only are they knowledgeable or able to provide a solution for my needs, they treated me well and didnt pressure me into buying something I didnt need. I wish I could recall the names of those who gave me quality service but Im better remembering faces instead. Hopefully others that come here experience the same outcome as myself and receive outstanding results.

Disgusting experience of using this tire changer. arrived to replace tires at the appointed time. besides me there was another car in the garage. They immediately took my car and began to change the wheels, but after 5 minutes, first one car drove up to clean the cabin, then another car also drove up to clean the cabin. They forgot about me and my car for an hour, no one made my car, instead they rushed to gamble these two cars. Apparently, the employees ran to earn a tip and do not think about the good name of their company. As a result, they spent 2 hours replacing conventional wheels. Shame on these workers.

I called and asked how much my oil change would be and I about passed out! Im not from the area but the prices seem a little ridiculous to me! Ive never spent over $100 on my oil changes for my car ever

Went here to get my a/c repaired, cost me over $350.00 not even a month later same problem!!! Asked several times before I left why both passenger and drivers side was not producing same quality of air? Was told that was norma, now again one side is now got and other side is cold!!!

Your tech do more harm than good. First off, they couldn’t figure out how to take four bolts out to drop a factory skid plate... second off they stripped the bolt on the front passenger side of the factory skid plate. They had to ask me how to take it off initially. I’m changing my oil myself in my driveway and discovered a leak from the oil pan and stripped bolt... they didn’t tell me “I’m sorry sir, but I stripped the bolt and now I’m stuck with it.I am so glad I stopped here before a trip and short on time (sarcasm). You guys don’t even know how to change oil correctly. But I guess I’m stuck with fixing it.AVOID

Brought my car in for VIN inspection a couple of days ago. It was a very easy experience: Drive up, tell them what you need, hand them the keys. The waiting room is a little small, but it was clean and the folks were nice. Service was quick so that is always appreciated. Most places tell you an hour but you end up waiting 90 mins.

Brought my Highlander here because our normal shop is closed on Saturdays. I usually avoid quick lube joints because they tend to offer low prices and push up sales. I’ve also had issues with places like this stripping bolts.BUT... I was shocked when the tech came in to tell me he thought my oil looked great and didn’t recommend changing it for another 2,000 miles! I’ll say this was a first for me! I’ll be back for my next oil change and tire rotation.

I first came in for a quick oil change and was instantly made to feel at home with an overly courteous team that made it such an enjoyable experience that when I needed some new tires for a different car, I did not hesitate to come right back! I have been back several times since and have never felt pressured to perform any services that I wasn’t ready for. For someone who pays close attention to maintaining my vehicles according to my own schedule and budget, this is very important to me. Additionally, when I ask questions or need advice I have gotten very knowledgeable and experienced responses which I also appreciate. Especially without all the little “upsells” that you get in other shops. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who asks.

Rolled in, then rolled right out of there. They didnt have a filter for my year make and model! Not their fault since I cant seem to keep racking up miles on my new truck! I went in to get a tire rotation and I was charged twice. The cashier Taylor Piazza did not do the refund correctly and I drove over 3 times to speak with the manager Gerson that I never received the refund back on my card and he kept blowing me off saying he would talk with upper management but never did! Its been over a month now and I have not yet received a refund from the double charge for the tire rotation. Please make sure to check your statements to make sure you are not double charge. Hopefully they can give me my money back.

Very fast oil change and tire installation service. Theres no waiting in line. Wifi was fast although coffee was non-existent due to precautions secondary to Covid-19. I will visit again. I highly recommend residents of this area and the general population to patronize this establishment.

I can not say enough great things about this particular Jiffy Lube full service center. First of all I want to thank Terrell at the Mason Road store for referring my Cadillac to these guys on FM 1463!!My water pump was 98% wore out. First, all of the staff from the front desk at the 1463 location are awesome. They rock. Great Customer service to every one whom walks into the doors. (Make a HUGE difference)!Last but not nearly least, the Manager Cory is super courteous, which these days are hard to come by. He is also one of the Mechanics. He knows what he is talking about. I was so impressed by his knowledge and down to earth attitude; I called the District Manager this morning and left a very positive voice mail!This store seems to be one of a kind, its a full scale car shop. I was in and out of the place in under 2 hours, which most places for my type of job, would have taken a couple of days or longer. They certainly have one my loyalty for pretty much everything car-related.

Hi,I went yesterday 08/07/19 for an alignment. Last place I went to did not fix the issue. However, this place was a great experience! Their customer service experience is the best! Shelby welcomed me and my sister in and helped me redeem the groupon that I had purchased. She told us that if we ever had any future issues, she would be there for us. The hospitality here did not make me feel like I am at a car shop. Will come again!

I had a wonderful experience the other day with this jiffy lube. I originally just wanted to do an oil change and tire rotation. I had been taking my car to quciklube in old Katy and never had to ask any questions, it was a 5-minute in and out experience. I changed jobs and since I was no longer close to quicklube, I pulled into Jiffy Lube instead. They recommended a few things, like filters, I had never known to replace. I was over due for filters and quicklube never let me know! Gearson, the guy helping me at Jiffylube, really made my experience great. He even opened my car door for me when I was leaving.

We were the first ones in on a Sunday and the staff was super friendly. Made the process quick and easy!

Walked in for a state inspection at 840am and was out the door by 9am. Friendly staff, even put on my new license plates for me, explained everything succinctly and kindly. Would highly recommend.

Awesome service here. No kidding. I have a 24 ft. Motorhome and 5 other local places wouldnt give me the time of day. But when i called here they said if it fits we will service it! So i brought it and they did a fantastic job. It was the first time Ive had somebody else besides me do it and I am planning on going for a long trip so I was paying attention. Brendin was very thorough and literally triple checked everything was correct before pulling it out of the bay. The guys in the lower bays use great communication with the guys up top so nothing is missed like a drain plug or an oil filter for example. I will be bringing my other vehicles here as well. Good attitudes and didnt mind doing a couple of the not picky things I wanted to make sure were right before I left on a 10 day trip. Highly recommended no kidding.

I have been here twice in the last 6 months for basic oil changes. I always ask how long the service will take and both times I was quoted about 30 minutes. The first time I waited almost 90 minutes, the last time over 60 minutes. I understand the timing being off a bit but this was crazy. Way too long to wait for an oil change. They are not very Jiffy.

They are always so friendly! I love coming here their service is quick and efficient!

Very thorough with vehicle check and knowledgeable of vehicles defects and problem areas as he reiterated things we got directly from the dealership at purchase. Great coupons online which made the oil change and service an experience that costs more than a traditional oil change, but worth the total overall result.

I had to share that my wife and I are so pleased with this location and their honesty and professionalism! These guys saved us money where the local auto repair place near our home attempted to swindle us out of money, these guys operate in integrity! Will continue to go here!Highly recommended!

Quick and efficient oil change. They topped off fluids, vacuumed the floors and cleaned the outside windows. I had a coffee, talked to an employee and my oil change was done in about 20 min. Beats Autonation Ford as they told me a 4 hr wait for an oil change. Ill be going back for sure!

I never go out of my way to right a review but I feel obligated to let everyone know that’s thinking of going there. DON’T! They’re CON artists. I had a groupon for an all-wheel alignment with a tire rotation and break inspection. When I went there, one mechanic told me that my tie rods were bent (they weren’t) and I needed to replace them in order to do the alignment. I went there again (on a different day) and another mechanic told me that my tie rods were gunked up with grease (they weren’t) and they couldn’t do the alignment, unless they were cleaned for $180. They don’t honor Groupons so don’t waste your time or money.

They were incredible! Its family owned and everyone I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable. They were quick, vacuumed the drivers side of my car, and are open during convenient hours. I believe the owner said they are open 360 days a year!

Worst oil change I’ve ever had. I was there for almost three hours. They weren’t busy and most of the time i was the only person there. They spilled oil all over the place, and there’s oil stains all over my driveway from the spilled oil. They DID clean up my truck after I brought it back, and offer to have someone come clean the stains in the driveway. I appreciate that but I still won’t ever come here again.

They changed my oil, filters, topped off the fluids, vacuumed inside the car, cleaned my door glass and helped with a quick battery fix. Car was shaking a bit at higher speeds so the recommended an alignment. Car still shook after the alignment so I took it back then they told me my tires were unevenly worn. Would have been nice to know the alignment I paid for wouldnt have helped.

Staff is helpful, not pushy and has built my trust. I pass many auto places along the way on 1463 to get to them.

This particular establishment does not yet (at the time of this writing) accept competitors coupons like every other Jiffy Lube. I thanked the kind attendant and left. I really cant rate this on service, but on the promptness and courteousness of the attendant. I will probably visit once they accept competitors coupons.
