Yesterday I had an issue with my PS4. It displayed the Blue Light of Death. I play in an online franchise, so its important to have immediate access to my console. I reached out to Top Secret Techs. Our PS5 lasted FOUR whole days without an incident before it was pulled off its stand onto the floor. My 8 year old was devastated. With such a recent release, we thought we were surely out the money for the console. It took one day for us to have our fully functioning PS5 back. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Contacted them about a disc drive issue I had with my ps4 as the sony 8.50 update destroyed my disc drive. Contacting them was easy enough before them getting my ps4. I told them what happened and once I dropped of my ps4 is when the issues started. I had to constantly contact them to hear anything about the issue. Finally a day after they tell me that the issue wasnt the drive as the drive worked in other consoles but maybe a chip with the motherboard which would all but confirmed that sony new update indeed screwed up my console.So days go by and I text them and call and they would deliberately ignore my calls and texts and would hear nothing from them. Finally days later they respond still trying to figure it out. More days past so about over a week and they tell me that it would be like 200 plus to even fix the issue. Fine, I dont expect everyone to be able to fix everything but it seems like they barely made any effort to even check into the issue. Now over a week I finally go pick up my ps4 today. I called ahead of time to come pick it up. When I get there the ps4 wasnt even ready even though days before it was established that I will be coming to get it. Its Tuesday and my ps4 was still apart when I got there which took an extra 25 mins of waiting around before I was able to get my ps4 to leave.I get home to test it out. Now mind you my ps4 was in perfect working condition otherwise aside from the disc drive. Wouldnt you know my ps4 doesnt turn on. So i contact them to let them know what happened. He tells me if i come back by to drop it off they will see what happened. Mind you i had just came BACK from the place and now they tell me to come back and drop it off. So instead of having it ready and in the condition I left it with you, you haphazardly put it back together at the last minute only to have it in worse condition as before you gotten ahold of it? I told them I didnt wanna go back there as I had just came back so he asks where do I live and he will come pick it up. So I told him and he said he would come by since he has to head this way. Hours go by and nothing. So I just called and text and what do you know, no answer and I have proof of all the calls and texts with no response if need be. These people are terrible, bad people and if this isnt resolved in the next 24 hours then I will be filing a police report and filing complaints with the BBB and will take legal action for damages. I tried to be patient but these people obviously dont respect peoples time, property and kindness. This so called business is a farce and does terrible work and have horrible service. -35 stars
