I had spent 1 hour on the phone with a rep before coming into the store where spent a max of 2 minutes. Highly impressed with the knowledgeable staff. Ive been a customer for 4 years and its just recently that I started paying attention to my bill. I prefer their non-promotional plan; so I know that my bill will be the exact price every month (regardless of whether its now or 2 years down the line). I also just recently returned their modem/router after getting my own equipment. The price I have been paying to rent for the last 4 years is more than the price I wouldve paid had I gotten my own modem/router in the beginning. Excellent and quick in-person service although I rarely ever stop by the physical store.

My internet service package is very expensive, which is understandable because I use more data than the average household x 3. The first year of service was almost perfect. Connection lost for a few minutes maybe a hand full of times. Over the last month though, I’ve had connection losses anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour, several times in a day, almost every day. I’ve called, asked for answers, and every time Im told that there’s no good reason and that I’ll be given a $15 credit on my next bill. I use the internet for my business. I work from home. I cannot afford to pay $120/month to have connection loss with no warning, explanation, or time frame of service being normalized. I will attempt to come by the local branch tomorrow in search of answers, but I am afraid I will find none and have to cancel.

I had placed an order over the phone for upgrade equipment. I did not have to wait very long in the process was pretty simple, however they did not include a self install kit. Once I received the new modem, I also found out that there are no clear instructions to get it connected to your wi-Fi. Technical assistance from Xfinity was outstanding. But it would have helped tremendously if I would have received the self install kit with good instructions.

I was tethering at the border of 3 or 4 stars on this one. Here is why. I went in at a busy time and there were 3 people ahead of me. The staff took my name down and asked me to wait. I did. After me, 6 more people came in. Same process and all.Here is where I think it can be better:1. 3 customers that came after me were helped before me. Mind you, when it was my turn, I was done within 5 mins while the 3 who were helped before me were still doing something or the other.2. There is no direction on who needs to go where. You go to one counter and they send you to another and so on.I think if the store had a more streamlined way to manage walking customers, it would really help their workflow.

I went in there needed help using my phone and buying some accessories. The sale rep Kencia help me find the accessories that I needed. She took the took to not only help me setup my phone but showed me how to use my phone the best way it fit me. She is very king caring and very funny, she even put on my kids favorite shows to distract them when we setup the phone.thank your great very much recommended this store and this rep.

Dont understand how something starts at $100 a month and then you add all of Xfinity fees and it comes out to $156 a month. Come on people why you have to charge so much. People on a fixed income cant afford this therefore we have to do without TV.

-1/2/20*signed up for xfinity package online*Had to call in to schedule installation for 1/3/20, only offered 12 hour window, 8am to 8pm* Went to physical store to pickup equipment- 1/3/20* By 730pm no one had called or come by, so I called to be notified I had no appointment. After I insisted I did, the notes were magically found. I was offered an appointment for the next day, which I refused. Then I was told the technician tried to reach me and would come back out to my house now. Hed be there in 15 minutes.*830pm called back because no one had arrived 45 minutes later. This time I was told no one was on the way to my home and I have no appointment. I immediately requested to end our relationship.* Same call transferred to loyalty department where the rep cancelled the plan. Prior to completing the call, I requested an explanation to which she responded she doesnt have access to what happened. I explained previous reps could see Bryans, and Johns notes. Magically, now the research could be performed. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, she came back to me with the following....a sales technician had come to my house 1/2/20, not 1/3/20 and discovered a complex problem and would need to reschedule my appointment.*1/4/20 I reviewed my camera for 1/2/20 and no one came to my residence that day.*1/4/20 returned all equipment to storeWhat went wrong?1. 12 hour appointment window that no one showed up for2. Lack of record keeping by not adequately documenting calls3. Stating fallacies that someone was on the way twice4. Offering no solutions5. Wasted over 17 hours - on phone, going to store, waiting for technician to arrive6. Only offering 12 hour windows7. Insisting equipment be picked up by me and brougt by the technician.8. Loyalty department did not mention when a refund would be issued or to return the equipment.9. Some reps involved: Bryan, David, John and Alexandra10. Theres more, but you get my point.Im beyond understanding why any of this was allowed to happen.Still no service!

I transferred 3 phone lines in my family because of the cost. They claim that their network is from Verizon. I thought it will work as well as Verizon. I was for a big surprise. The calls got dropped in all 3 phones and in various places. I am a doctor and a reliable service is vital when I am on call. One weekend I was on call in a town where Verizon works. The phone kept on dropping my calls. I could not get any help from technical support. They do not know anything. Each time I called, I got a different explanation. I reset the network setting, switched off and switched on the phone, changed roaming status. Nothing worked. They said the SIM card might be corrupted. They had no answer for why all 3 phones will do the same. Finally, I switched back to AT&T which has been working well for us for many years. Thank God, I own my phones. So I had no contract with them. I left within a month. They say you get what you pay for. It is true with Xfinity.

The product and the service are great, the people in the store are very friendly and helpful. The issue is the structure of the pricing and contract. Your first year or two you’ll get a good price then after that your bill will skyrocket and you’ll have to jump through a million hoops to figure out why and beg for a lower price you can afford (like they gave you in the beginning). They have the corner on the cable market and they know it so the price won’t go down. Do yourself a favor and switch to Hulu or sling, get the same channels for half the price.

Too many dogs chasing their tails.The stars are for Jennifer, Josue and Ronny at store # 3253 on Mason Rd.These 3 are the most professional and honorable folks Ive experienced in a long time pertaining to customer service and company integrity. Theyre willingnes to correct major errors made by call center reps and so called loyalty team members (like not winning lucy), was the only savings grace for me.The details of the errors are too many and too involved that I care not to list them or embarrass the company. I will say, local Comcast customers are lucky these 3 are on staff.Im extremely appreciative!! Thank you guys a bunch!!Leslie

CSR LIED !!! Representative was polite when answering questions and discussing options. However, I was just inquiring about service since we are moving soon. I told him specifically that I did not authorize him to run my credit which is excellent and I want to keep it that way. Within 24 hours I was notified by my credit monitoring service that Comcast ran a credit check anyway. These guys are liars and will perform UNAUTHORIZED checks on potential customers. BUYER BEWARE. Comcast, you just lost a future customer.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience here.My current phone device was not in a good condition so I went in for an upgrade. There was a promotion going on and it was the last day of it. The sales person told me that I do not qualify for promotion as I was an existing customer. I thought this was weird and was disappointed. Later, next day, I contacted online support and they confirmed that I qualified for the promotion but it ended.Due to lack of knowledge of the stores sales person I lost the promotional discount.I hope they keep competent people at work.

I just went to the place this week and what a difference it is !! This place is a much improved location than the previous location on Kingsland. Not only the decors are changed so are the people - quick, friendly folks who greeted you with a smile and get on with my returns the moment I stepped into the door. They completed my return right away and I was out the door within 3 minutes - yes that fast. I noticed that there were a lot of employees there even though it was later in the day around 5PM. This help with efficiency and doesnt overwhelmed them with a big workload. That seemed to rub off as all the employees were energetic and cherry. Cant believe I say this but I will definitely go back here without hesitation. Great job !!

Poor customer service. Issue was a $38 increase in my bill. Did get small reduction in the bill, but when I got home all but 6 movie channels were in letter box. Today, after tech visit, all movie channels are in wide-screen version making everything look funny.Called the 800 #. Got people in Asia again who could only say Im sorry, had no solution to the problem, and could not give me someone to talk to in the U.S.AT&T is looking better and better every day.

I discovered that Comcast is a scam, they lie to customers to trick them into singing what they tell you an agreement but in fact its not. I agreed over the phone on 24 months agreement with Comcast for a set amount each month because I was sick and tired of the promotions AT&T was adding to my bill every month, I was reassured by the sales rep that my bill will be for that set amount for the next 24 months. But, what they dont tell you that the agreement is only for the basic service and it doesnt include the equipment!!! I canceled AT&T because of promotions, and I told the Comcast rep that, If that’s the deal, then why didn’t the Comcast rep tell me when I was signing up? Isn’t that illegal?? So when I called customer service last week they kept transferring me from one place to another with absolutely no results. I spent over an hour and half and they kept transferring me one time they say they’re transferring me to their loyalty team and their loyalty team would say that they have to transfer me to their account specialty team!! So all that time I spent on the phone was a waste. Besides, when I signed up I was supposed to get a visa gift card for $300 never got it!! And every time I ask Comcast rep they say well it’s not $300 it’s $200!!! And it’s in process!! it’s been one year now and never received it. I will go to the Comcast Store and will cancel their service. Yes I don’t agree with AT&T promotional service I think it’s a rip off and so is Comcast, the difference is AT&T has a better customer service where you get to solve the problem at least, in comparison to Comcast who has the worst ever customer service incompetent and unprofessional.
