Just went in to add a line to my phone bill and AD was absolutely amazing! Very professional and fast. When I called in and ask the store how long it would take they told me about 20 minutes but I was in and out in about 10. He was very informative and polite.

Would go lower if I could. Gentleman in the store is rude. He knows nothing about how the phone works. After messing with it for 5 minutes the other day it has more problems. Took it back his first comment was well if you are going to blame me well yes it didnt have that problem before. Would have appreciated him telling me yesterday that I needed to call customer support.

Ive been impressed with the staff each time Ive gone. In particular, Sam is extremely helpful, and incredibly patient with clients. They keep it clean and do have accessories for most of the phones they carry.
