The process of exchanging my phone was a long, drawn out experience…I’m very disappointed with Verizon on this as I followed THEIR policy, but they made this an awful experience…I would give them 1/2 a star…However, Dre & Sayeed were awesome. Very knowledgeable and quite patient. These two are the reason I didn’t give up and switch carriers.You can tell when someone likes their job and actually goes above and beyond…Both of these guys did. Again, superb customer care by these two guys. Definitely worth waiting for one of them to help you. 5+ stars!

Dre was so helpful! The process of getting a new phone with everything transferred over was seamless! He was personable, knowledgeable,and got me the teachers discount as well as the ecard for changing carriers. My fiance and I drove 35 minutes to the Katy location just for Dre to help with our technology troubles. We left with 2 new phones and as two happy customers. The only reason they get one start is cause Google forces you to. This place is a scam. Stay away!!! They act like your getting all these promos for you to find out they actually charges you for everything and then some. I have been trying to have them make everything right since 9/10/2021. Everytime I asked to speak with a manager I get told there isnt one or that the manager is off and will call the next day. To wait all day without a call back. Then you have to call again and explain everything all over again to another employee to get told that there is no manager but they will text him and have him give you a call back.This went on for a week till I finally lost it and went off. They ripped us off by $455 and were supposed to just let it go or turn all of our devices back in and be charged $50 for a restock fee per device and wait 7 to 10 business days to get our money back and go without phone.

Monday I came in to replace my screen protector Reggie was here he took care of me 100. Had had a training with him make sure that he saw every step make sure that everyone was happy with what was going on top-notch.

Myself and my girl went to the store to pay my bill and look for a phone for her spoke with Jonathan and he convinced us to put everything on the same bill we purchased the phone and he said he was giving us a free hotspot device and everything was going to be on the final invoice including my monthly bill that was due. After paying $800 that was supposed to include my monthly charge. 2 weeks later Im getting notifications from Verizon than that my bill has not been paid terrible service switching to another carrier never use Verizon again

Do not do business at any Verizon-Cellular Sales locations unless you want to be lied to and robbed. If any sales rep tells you that each line brought over comes with free accessories, do not believe them unless they are willing to put it on paper and sign it.Even if you report unethical behavior to upper management, do not expect any money refunded or repercussions for those who wronged you.Our sales representative was Muhammad Raza and he cheated me bringing over my family of almost $1000, and I hope those who find my review will avoid the same outcome.Update: Contacted Customer Service Team for a second time and not surprisingly nothing changed. Thankfully, my family will be transferring over to AT&T not much longer.

How can a Cellular Sales not accept a return within 14 days but when I tried to other Cellular Sales, they can? No explanation except they just cant. There will be better store somewhere else, avoid if you can!Customer Support has been very helpful. Hopefully the people on that Mason store knows what their talking about and not just selling. Theres a lot of store that really knows their job policy and Hopefully someday people there will learn.

The service was not the best. I personally think that phones shouldnt be locked, here in the states, they are. Three agents were consulted, none of them was able to help neither for simple questions regarding invoicing nor help to unlock a fully paid phone. The place itself was not neat, it was a bad experience overall.

I was with Verizon almost the entire time I’ve had a phone. I switched to T-Mobile for a short time before deciding I wanted to switch back. My first experience in store was great. Everything went smooth and they were very helpful. It wasn’t until we received our first bill that things went downhill and false information was brought to light. We were told multiple things that came out to be incorrect. In fact, they told us different things every single time we tried to get our account fixed. Today, I went in once again to try and get it all worked out and was told that we were basically screwed into spending the money because they did not provide correct information and won’t own up to it nor help us in any way to fix it. I’m a single mother who has to provide for my child and this has screwed me upside down and they don’t care at all. Would not recommend this location or Verizon in general. By far the worst, WORST service I’ve ever had

Went to the store for new phones for my wife and son. They made the experience very smooth and simple. They took time to answer my questions and help setup the phones exactly as I wanted them. Great recommendations for phone case and screen protectors. Highly recommend this location. They are honest about what your getting and how much it’s gonna cost.

I stopped by this location on June 10th to add a line to my plan as I thought this was a Verizon corporate location, which it is not, this is a Cellular Sales location, an affiliate, doing business for Verizon. This is an important distinction because when I tried to resolve my issues, the Verizon store on Fry told me they could not help, as I completed my transaction at a Cellular Sales location. My transaction went by pretty seamlessly. The sales associate, Syed, pitched to me a BOGO promotion that was not valid until the following day. Luckily, I did not take the promotion at the time, but rather stuck to my initial intent and only added a single line. Syed was helpful and was easy to deal with, however, as a salesperson does, continued to subtly upsell me. I was led to believe that the Cellular Sales Authorized retailer charges a $40 activation fee, in addition to the $40 device upgrade fee that Verizon charges ($80 total). The important take away here is that Verizon does not charge the $40 activation fee if you go to one of their locations, or deal directly with Verizon. I went home and slept on my decision. The next day I went back to this location to take advantage of the BOGO promotion instead. The sales associate I met the second day, Reggie, was repeatedly condescending and initially tried to convince me to visit my original salesperson, Syed, in Gulfgate because he would not be able to process a transaction someone else completed. I told him that was unacceptable, and after a conversation with his manager he agreed to help me process an exchange for the new promotion. Of note, during the transaction I verbally declined the insurance package that Reggie offered me, yet he still added it to my plan and I ended up paying for the insurance until I cancelled it the following month. After processing my exchange, he assured me the transactions would be linked and all would be resolved. This was not the case. I have paid additional charges for the past 3 months, as Reggie at Cellular Sales improperly handled my transaction. After 2 visits to this location, and 4 phone calls to Verizon corporate, my bill is finally adjusted back to the correct price. I hope this was an isolated incident and it seems to be considering the other reviews. However, I plan to avoid this business in the future and will recommend the same to others.
