No matter if there are zero customers or ten, Bel furniture is by far the slowest in Houston when picking up your furniture. The pick up is connected directly to the warehouse, and they call for the order puller as soon as you turn in your invoice. This is Poor Customer service.

Terrible customer service. I bought a 9 piece outdoor patio set and it came missing all chair seat cushion and all stool cushion. Called customer service believing that would be an easy fix and since they could send the missing cushions but instead they asked me to bring all the packages back to their Warehouse for an exchange. I told them that I had spent 4 hours assembling everything and asked them to send me the cushions or I could go and pick up the cushions but they told me that I need to bring everything back for an exchange and once I pick all new packages up I should open and check if the cushions are not missing. Total waste of time. Would never buy from this company again. No respect to their customer.

Received my products on yesterday. I was a bit leery at first being that I made my purchase online. I like to touch things and make sure pieces aren’t flimsy. Well upon delivery yesterday I liked how the gentleman were very careful with my merchandise and upon them unwrapping, and adding the hardware I couldn’t have been more pleased. The pieces are beautiful, very sturdy and definitely make a statement. The 4 stars is for the time it took to get the merchandise. It was well over 1 month. Otherwise great products and great delivery process.

Great! They close at 4pm on Saturdays, we got there at 4:01pm. Everyone was just as polite and nice as you would expect even though we got there late.

One of the legs from my table was broken. And they said I had to drive all the way back to the warehouse to replace it. Which is 45 minutes from me

It was pretty simple .... if you know how to follow the rules, bring the phone number assigned to the deal, bring your ID and bring straps. And be patient !!!!! I showed up really early and I was out of there in 20 minutes.Make sure, the person that bought it is coming along with you OR like I did, when we bought it, they told the salesman that it was me who was going to pick it up and they added my name.

Staff have no customer service skills. The Pasadena location made me despise Bell. But they have below price furniture...just be sure to opt for self pick up. Delivery by them will take years.

I will never get any furniture from this company and I encourage everyone to not doing business with them either. They do not value their customers and has piss poor communications nor were they courteous in how they operate their business. Worst mistake Ive ever made.

I will give 5 star rating but i will still say thisI called 25 min before heading to pickup my bar stool chairs.By the time I arrived I had to basically wait even thought there was no customers ahead of me.I took them about 15 to 20 mins. To get my purchase receipt ready to hand it to the customer pick up location.I trully think that they can function more effectively and efficient to customers as well as the team incharge of customer pick up are not happy at there work or seems like it.I donot like to leave a negative review and maybe you should not give them good rating but ensure to write and express your feelings.Hurting business is not a nice thing to do, as long as the business appreciate and want to develop their customer services experiences.

Very unprofessional.Been here to exchange one chair. Very rude. The guy that was helping us was ignoring us majority of the time and laughing at us when we asked questions . He didn’t even give us all the tools we needed to reassemble a new chair. We couldn’t get a box for our exchange .The first chair we got was cracked now this new one has a tear on the side of the cushion. Also when I called to explain what happened they just said the person would be “Reprimanded” but okay? How does that help me though. We had to deal with it. This is the most stressful place I’ve ever had to deal with for furniture . And did I mention this was my moms birthday present? Thanks for making this the worst experience.

Please make sure they have your COMPLETE ORDER before you go. I waitied in my car for an hour and a half and then when I pull my car around they only gave me half of my order and told me they didnt have the rest! They said they would deliver it but they wouldnt be able to deliver it until the 15th! 11 days later! Why email me and tell me that you have my order ready when you did not! Not to mention I drove 40 minutes away!
