The staff here was absolutely amazing! I like coming to this location far better than the store in the Katy Mills Mall. This location has a much larger selection in my opinion. The store was very clean and well organized. All staff wore their masks and required customers to do the same. They are also preventing the amount of customers that can shop at one time in order to follow the 6 foot social distancing guidelines. They also provided hand sanitizer.
The sales associate that helped me was Melissa, she was very helpful and showed me all the newest items and newest trends that’s in season. She also recommended me matching earrings and a necklace that is a set to my ring. She was involved with my purchase by giving her opinion, and that helped out a lot. I’m glad she was there for this visit and hope to see her there for my next one. Thanks Melissa!!!
The worst experience… The staff was very unpleasant!!
I just had the worst experience at Pandora in LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch in Katy. I was third in line and witnessed two employees just chatting. As the line continued to grow, two different employees left. When it was FINALLY my turn, I informed them I had a broken charm. I told her it was a gift and I didn’t have a receipt. She proceeded to ask me for an email address, prompting me to reach out and ask for said email address (I was trying to avoid this interaction and get the charm fixed without them knowing). Turns out, I could have just looked them up by name. Already frustrated by this, she said: “I was trying to avoid you telling me you broke your charm. We can’t replace it and you have to go to a third party to get it fixed.” I’m sorry. WHAT?! It’s a $40 charm that’s probably going to cost me more than it’s worth to get it fixed. When my KENDRA SCOTT necklace broke, they replaced it, no questions, NO CHARGE and if it would have been out of stock, they would have replaced it with a similar valued necklace. I have worn my Pandora bracelets since August 17th of 2018. Terrible customer service. Disappointed beyond belief.

First time purchasing a bracelet from here. Have to say Katya was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Had a great first time experience she showed me every option. Will go back for sure for some charms next!!

The staff was amazing. I walked in with my three Littles looking for x-mas gifts for mom. They immediately greeted me and asked what they could I help with. They took me right over to the charms and were super patient with my kids while they decided pulling out multiple different selections. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend them!!
Overall a good experience with our sales girl, she did a great job showing us exactly what we wanted...HOWEVER...the store manager is rude and only cares about her own individual opinion, they talked about their feelings towards the new girl right in front of my mom and I and I feel their selection at this store is too limited to create the perfect gift combination
If I could give them a zero, I would. Worst customer service, rudest salespeople I’ve ever seen. You can totally tell that store means nothing to them and they don’t care for selling or making anyone comfortable. I feel for the real owner, for sure, if that service continues, they will have to shut down. I personally left that store and drove all the way to memorial. Don’t regret it either.
Poor customer service. Came in and wasn’t attended to until I came up to them for help. I didn’t have an issue until I asked if they were hiring and got a laugh as a reply. Definitely wouldn’t buy my jewelry from this location!

Rude! I arrived there today when they were closing the store. I wanted to ask a question to the lady that was closing the door and she ignored me. I asked again and she abruptly shut the door on me. Looking at my face!! I felt horrible.

The guy sales associate was really rude and did not want to help in anyway. I asked about the bracelets and he said to just look around there everywhere and that the ones I was looking at were too expensive for me, I also wanted to know if I can repair my charm and he told me to just go to a jeweler. First time there, I have no issues with Product quality, is the service that is just horrible! Don’t even try order online either! The whole company has no clue what customer service is!
