Lancaster Glass did an marvelous job replacing a window glass right before the open house event to sell my house. I called in the morning and they promise to do it ASAP. By 4 pm they came, replaced the glass and the price was considerably reasonable compared with many others I called.I definitely recommend Lancaster glass.They were fast, friendly and very efficientThanks a million!!!!!

Lancaster glass was great. They replaced the broken glass on my daughters night tables and were able to repair her shower door which wasnt closing properly. Francesco and Hector were friendly and efficient. I would recommend them!

Overall good experience. Not the friendliest staff but thats no surprise in this industry. This detracted little from our service here, which was swift and professional. Pricing was good, and our glass came in on time, with the hardware. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of custom glass work.

They didn’t fulfill my order when promised and weren’t at all apologetic for the broken term. Pretty rude on the phone about it. Mine was a small order and I don’t need to purchase glass often, so I’m sure they won’t miss my business. They sure won’t get any recommendations from me and I won’t be back.

Dont come here if youre expecting good customer service. We came in and right of the bat they were rude and didnt want to speak to us. Wont be returning here ever again

Scheduled a guy to come out Monday between 11-12pm to take measurements of my sliding glass window. Never heard from him. Called the office and the lady sent out their office manager. The man was here all of 2 minutes and didnt say much. I asked if I should call to check on my status or wait to hear back. He said he would have the secretary call me. Now its Thursday, still hadnt heard anything so I called them. They didnt order my window, they didnt even tell me a deposit was needed to order a window (other wise I wouldve paid Monday. The lady had absolutely no remorse, nothing. My house gets listed on the market Saturday and I have plywood for a sliding glass window. Im sure Ill have to keep pestering to get my window installed next week. If I wasnt so desperate for this window I would take my business elsewhere.

Had glass display glass case made First it was incorrect. The second time they didnt bother getting the excess glue off the glass Also they dont answer the phone. You nearly have to go there to get any info even to check the progress of your order

If I could, I would give a zero star. Customer service sucks. Your order never gonna be ready by the time that they promise. They dont have a courtesy to say we are sorry.
