Needed to get a custom cut mirror for my home gym and called around to several places in the Katy area. These guys had the best pricing which included a small cutout for an outlet, safety backing tape (to keep the mirror from shattering all over the place if it breaks), and tax included. Talked to Trey and set a date for him to come measure in person and he said he’d call back the following week to set up installation date. To my surprise, I got a call the next day saying that the mirror was ready and he could swing by that day if I was available. Highly recommend these guys!

Disappointed. Contacted to have home window repaired and he could not schedule a time to come to home to measure or confirm verbal quote. Stated has commercial contract and has to try and work in the residential work. Sorry you own a business and should hussle to make it happen. Jim told me to go somewhere else as he could not figure out a time to schedule with looking at a week ahead.
