Drove to their office in Fulcher and arrived @5:10, the office was closed even though all of their advertisements said they were open till 5:30pm.Got someone on the phone only to learn the store front is only open by appointment. Glass guys came up for me in one of my searches. I did a bit of research and got some measurements and quotes from a few companies. At the end of the day the house is something you always want to improve and make fancier. We had a manufacturer grade shower door that had completely fallen apart, and needed replacing. When the Glass guys came out, Cory seemed like a very honest person. My wife ended up making the final decision based on the fact that he was very polite, respectful, and had a nice brochure. He took the time to explain things and was able to provide a quick estimate. He explained that the hinges, material, and glass were all quality and so we decided to proceed.Guys it does not happen overnight as the glass has to be custom made and you can get several options for protecting it from water stains. When everything was ready the team showed up for the installation. I had one small issue but a quick call to the Glass Guys and they were back to adjust the door.We are super happy with the customer service and product we received from Cory and his team of professionals.Thanks Glass Guys!!!

Not only did they custom cut a piece of picture frame for me on a very short notice, they also stayed open late to answer any questions I called with, made sure it was securely wrapped for me, and went put of their way to make sure I was happy. They came out over a week ago and measured a window at my house that needed to be fixed. Were supposed to send me an estimate. I have heard nothing. Not even a call or anything to explain why the long delay in contacting me. Probably could have given me the estimate on the spot. Maybe some other company will want the work.UPDATE****After talking to the owner it has been figured out. An email shows to have been sent from their side the day they came out for an estimate. However I never received it and why I did not receive it is anyones guess. Another email was sent day and it went through. Could be a glitch on my side or their side. They did not know I did not receive the email until I sent the review. Maybe I should have called first. They were very apologetic about the mix up and will be at my house Tuesday.

I needed a kidney shaped mirror for an antique secretary. I made a poster board pattern and The Glass Guys cut the mirror as I waited. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. It took 3 attempts for the installation to finally occur, glass cut incorrect size twice. Did not receive any communication during the process. I was very disappointed that Cory never called . I will say when I finally got the correct doors and all work completed I do Love my shower doors.
