A very nice clean and large store. Amazing produce. A nice wide selection, stocked well, friendly staff. Just a great place to shop.

I ordered a cake online, 24 hours in advance, for Mothers birthday. I wrote a message online as to what message should be written on the cake, plain and simple. I get a notification saying cake is ready for pickup. I get there, no one can find the cake. Then one from the freezer is brought out, no writing on it, nothing. I had to show someone what I ordered. Then the wrong message was written on the cake. I then had to write out what I wanted so it could be redone again, but not what I ordered. I finally just accepted it as is, as I had to get to work. I know this seems petty, but you should get what you pay for, especially for your Mothers birthday. This is not the first time Ive had issues with this bakery. There needs to be some more training or something, as they are always busy/unfriendly and I am sure I am not the only one this is happening to.

I always shoppe at HEB PLUS. They have everything I need and always stocked up. The checkout is smooth and quick.

So I hardly actually go inside this store. I always do grocery pickup. The people here are very nice. If something is wrong they work hard to make it right. The issue is...too often something is wrong. Moldy produce....dented produce, expired date, wrong item etc. It super frustrates me. I want them to get it right because Im ready to start shopping the 723 store.

I always have a wonderful experience with the curbside service at this particular location. I live closer to 3 other HEB’s but will only order curbside from here. Besides having the widest array of product assortment and availability, I’m always met with a friendly associate either on the phone or in person every single time. I don’t bother shopping in store anymore and dealing with the chaos because curbside provides everything I need. Thanks for making my life more convenient.

This morning I was in store And my baby pull off his mask. So I got anxiety and want to leave as fast as I can. First of all thanks to all the selfish people do no wear mask, and abuse human right!!!!Then the cashier blame me didn’t put the red basket back. Then another guy follow me to to parking lot blame me didn’t pay. I have to leave my kid in parking lot and go back to store and find my receipt in the trash can.What’s wrong with you people? What’s wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HEB is a great, convenient grocer! We love it! We lived in Fort Worth area for a while and really missed not having HEB.Sooo glad to be living in Katy area where we have several HEBs within a five mile radius!They have DOTS Pretzels and occasionally we can find DOTS Pork Rinds! OMG! We wish they had DOTS in every HEB!Look for DOTS Pretzels and youll be thanking me for mentioning DOTS in my review of HEB! LOL.

Best location in the Katy area. The bakery always has fresh food unlike the other locations I’ve been too, and is kept clean at all times.

Look like you can find anything in here have to tell much much much better and organized than kroger. Prices are very good

Love this store. Usually not a big fan of the Katy area beyond the simple fact that their food scene out there is pretty good, but this store is an exception to that rule (somewhat.)Its got a full soup section, olive bar, full General Merchandise area thats expanded beyond normal HEBs. Management is top notch, detail, process, and result driven.If youre ever in the Katy area I highly recommend stopping by and giving this store a try.

This H-E-B location is well kept with nice employees. If you havent already, make sure to try some creamy creations HEB ice cream or sherbet, just as good if not better than Blue Bell. The prices arent as good as other grocery stores, but the produce section is great and the atmosphere is friendly.

On 7-20-2020 at approximately 5:53 an employee by the name of Will. A white boy with brown hair and glasses completely disrespected and cursed me all due to the fact that I walked into the wrong door in front of the store. I will never shop at HEB again, not at this location or any other. I will not accept an employee staring me down in an aggressive way. This is unacceptable and disrespectful.

Ok, this place is super huge, its not very easy to navigate unless you have either a safari guide with you or, you were the big winner on Super Market Sweep back in the 1900s... Dont get me wrong yall, it has just about everything you need, its cleanliness has Mr. Clean feelin somewhat paranoid about his contract, its just real massive. I went in to use their ladies room and when I stopped to ask where it was, the young lady who assisted me looked me in the eye and gave me step by step directions like Like John Madden talking his team through a Hail Mary touchdown super bowl play, I just dont have the energy to be even kind of kidding. The young lady was very nice and attentive though so, no complaints here. They have handicap amenities, a map (lol), just joking, their produce is totally fresh and their meat section has so many different varieties of cuts and bone in or bone out, ladies, their cosmetic section looks like Sephoras twin sister, anyway; I liked it but, I dont live close enough to frequent it, but some of yall do. So, get out and go check it out, youll thank me later! Way to Shine HEB!! YOURE THE BOMB!! Heres 5 gorgeous stars for you!!

Clean store and had everything I needed. The bakery was still open at 8pm which was awesome. The lady helped my wife and I with a cake design. I definitely recommend this store for grocery needs.

Been to many H‑E‑B stores and while, in general, the H‑E‑B chain is better than other grocery chains, this particular store is more exceptional than the surrounding stores in Ft. Bend County. The facility is spacious, the selection of items is superb, and the staff is always remarkable, especially Julee.Please tell the head manager of this store thank you for employees like Julee. Last night she made the shopping experience so effortless and stress free for me and other customers that I could not help but take the time to say thank you. Julee was sharp, hospitable, and showed a more than impressive hard work ethic at a moment during the evening that could have easily become stressful to the customers at the checkout. Any other store (like Walmart) would have never seen such sharp employees doing their job in such an impressive manner. It’s encounters like this that not only make a shopping experience great, but also inspires the recipient of the exceptional service to be better at his or her everyday encounters with others. The shop at this H-E-B in others frequently. They have find products an excellent value. Four stars because if youre like me and youve ever shopped at more than one HEB oh, youve come to realize they dont all carry the same thing and youre annoyed that you cant get everything you want all in one place.

The best store in Katy. You name it you find it. The fresh produce, seafood and meat sections are so well stocked and so much variety you will be stumped! Their food sampling booths are top notch and so are the staff who are extremely friendly and efficient.

This is the best grocery store in the Katy area. The meat and seafood section are awesome. Also props to the gentlemen that keep up the craft brew section!

This store is fantastic theres no other way to explain it all kinds of good herbs, vegetables, fruits, beauty supplies, its like all Whole foods market, Walmart, pet store combined phenomenal!

I prefer shopping at this HEB over the other HEBs. This store is larger an better selection than the other. The have the items Im looking for the other stores dont have or stop carrying. The HEB by my house stopped carrying a lot of items I used an asked about the items they said we never carried the items, but I find them at this store.

We love our local South Fry Rd. HEB. This HEB even sell crawfish by the pounds as not the other nearby HEB stores. Not sure why the Cross Creek Ranch store does not sell live crawfish by the pound. Very in inconsistent on HEB store part. HEB please check your store policy.

This place has everything! Literally anything you could think of. Fresh seafood, bakery, cheese bar, SUSHI BAR!! They also sell liquor and crafts items and I’m probably missing a lot of things. That only goes to show that this place has variety of good! I love it here!

I always find everything I need there. The Isles are always spotless, product is always stocked properly, and the staff is very friendly and professional. They truly embody what a supermarket chain should be like.

Clean store and organized. Just overcrowded. I went on a Saturday around 3:30pm right before a freeze so that could explain the crowd. Overall very nice HEB.

Been shopping here for years. Convinient location just off of Hwy99 and fry road. Has gas station attached. Good supply of fresh organic produce of all kinds. Carries a variety of international food selections as well especially Asian, Asian Indian. bulk nuts and grains as well. Great selection of wines and beers. In house deli. Never disappointed. Typically busy. Helpful store personnel.

Well run, always have what I need, always quick to help. Have never had a bad experience at this store. In fact, I always come here in preference over WalMart, Target, and Kroger just because of its proximity and great experiences.

No one working gas pumps, approached employee by car wash. Was told to wait 5 minutes while he finished cleaning.

Recently made the switch from Kroger to HEB. I saved more money and there is more variety in HEB.

2 hours after bringing this brisket home from H-E-B. I vacuum sealed it immediately so it would keep.Very disappointing performance from H-E-B curbside.

I like this location, the variety of foods is big. In addition the shelves are always stock up. In comparison to the smaller HEBs everytime I go shelves are empty and I cant find the items am looking for.

This HEB is the best. This is a large store with an enormous selection. Their produce and meat department are so clean and well stocked. Its crazy getting in and out of the parking lot but the new entrance off of Grand Parkway really helps. I love their curbside service too - everyone there is so nice. They forgot to load my water one time and they didnt even ask if Id come back for it. They just called to apologize and let me know that it was being delivered and asked if I had a particular time Id like it. Great customer service.
