Customer service was excellent. They helped me change the reservation date I originally entered online so that I don’t pay for unused time. Erin was very nice and helpful. She even made a call to find out how I could get rid of left over paint. The building and storage unit was very clean.

This facility seems very clean; the workers try hard to keep the building clean and sanitary. The facility also seems safe; there are a lot of cameras on the property. The employee Margaret was very helpful to me; she was able to answer all the questions I had about the storage units. Overall, the facility seems very nice, and the employee Margaret is top-notch.

The staff is super helpful and friendly, they answered all the questions we had and we rented the space without hesitation. Looks very clean and seems that safety is a priority. They also sell boxes, covers, etc. to help you keep your items safe. We had a great first impression, looking forward to a good experience with them.

Having recently returned to this property after 4 years I’m happy to see there is a new manager and team. Additionally I’m happy to see that this property is cleaner than it was 4 years ago. Even though this is a storage facility, there are many people in and out, but there should be no need to keep the elevators clean ants tightly of fingerprints everywhere. Andrika was very knowledgeable and got us right in with a minimum of time. She advised us on insurance through them, and dehumidifying material, which we anticipated but declined as we had our own insurance, and got a climate controlled unit. Recommend these folks highly.

This location is clean, new, and absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of being helped by ALIZA and she was outstanding! Give her a raise because she def. deserves it. She up-sold me things I didn’t ever realize I needed until she brought it up for example I needed a mattress cover and with her level of expertise I got one! Great experience here. Customer service was top notch. We were helped by Jim who was equally entertaining and informative. The entire building is extremely clean and there are several lines of security to make sure property is safe. There are moving carts that you can use for higher levels as well. After having a bad experience storing at another rental property I feel very good about leaving my precious goods here. Shout out to Niki who was also so kind and courteous.

I went with my sister to Public Storage, so she could make a payment on her storage space. Although I am not in need of storage at the moment, I will definitely call this location if I need space in the future. Cora and Tracie were so nice.

Id probably give this a 5 star but I dropped off my junk here so many times that I hate looking at the place. Since the pandemic, getting on the upper floors is irritating because you have to walk over to the people at the front.

Love this location! There are always push carts available in the lobby to use. The employees are amazing!

Had 3 units here since February. Back elevators stopped working on move-in. An elevator full of my belongings were stuck over night and I had to pay movers not to work. They had to come back the next day. Here I am moving out and NONE of the elevators work for 3rd floor units. Emergency stairs are only option. Regional manager Jeff Fortune’s number goes to vmail and no call back. Desk staff is nice and likely doing everything they can - two hours of movers NOT working again and the repair guy has been called as “is on his way” ... no ETA. No apologies. When I total up the time from movers and lost work time on my part the total loss I will face will be close to a grand. I will update this review as able.On both occasions the front desk people (nicely) suggested my movers broke the elevator. I switched companies and they broke again.No one has bothered to explain why the front elevator hasn’t been working for a week.DO NOT LEASE HERE. I’d give negative stars if I could.

Came in to public storage today just to do some price checking on storage units and packing supplies. Right away I was greeted by Tracie and Jim.. They were extremely helpful in giving me all the information I needed. I decided to go ahead and rent the storage unit right then and there.. You guys had everything I needed and a good price.

Can’t think of one bad thing to say about this particular Public Storage. I underestimated my the amount of stuff I had and needed another small unit. Came in to look at one and Jim got it all worked out for me. I must say, I deal with all sorts of people on a daily basis and Jim is one of the nicest and helpful individuals I have ever met. Definitely the kind of employee anyone would be lucky to have.

The first thing I noticed with this location, was how clean and well kept it was. I have rented with other companies that didnt seem to care about how their property looked to customers. Jim was especially helpful with my move in.

Worst. Place. Ever. I got roped into staying because I was moving and once I realized how bad the experience would be I would have had to hire movers to get out.They are pricey. Shop around.The staff is friendly when they are there. But, the elevators failed when I moved in and when I moved out. It cost hundreds of dollars because I had to pay movers extra time.Both times I had an elevator full of belongings that we had to abandon until they were fixed.Seriously, this happened twice. And, I’m at least one other occasion I saw that the front elevator wasn’t working. That was not while I was moving, so three times that anyone moving in or out would be screwed. Their stairs aren’t built to accommodate anything large.

The team at this location is very helpful to make sure you have what you need and get the best pricing. The follow-up after the online reservation was also very good. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. Outside units are easily accessible for large trucks.

Nice people, but rarley have carts available for use. When one asks they explain people steal them so they don’t replace them. If you have a business that is all about moving and storing things you’re going to need to provide the tools to do that.

The entire property is spotless. The staff is very eager to assist. When my husband and I arrived with a couple of bulky items (we are 75 and 78) Jim was very eager to help us unload and store the items.

This Location is Amazing! I have had a unit here for over a year now and I am very satisfied with the facilities but most of all Service is Great from ALL the Staff. Mr. Jim goes the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied, he is always ready to help, professional and really listen to the needs of people to provide the best solution.
