Life Storage was reliable and safe. We stored our car and entire household at the facility for over 3 months. Shelton was extremely helpful when making the reservation and made us feel safe leaving our stuff there. I highly recommend Life Storage.

I would like to recognize Shelton Glenn for his willingness to address questions and concerns that I had in my past 2 years of storage #908. He was always very professional and willing to go the extra mile for me when I first signed on as well as my leaving in the month of November 2020. Shelton secured my Banking information in order to allow direct EFT Authorization every 1st of the month. This in short, alleviated my concern for late payments due to me forgetting to go online and submit every month. He also, helped my wife pick out the right size for her treasured items in the climate controlled unit. He would never hesitate to ride his cart down to our units to make sure appropriate dollies and push carts were available. When the temperature hit into the 90s, he was there to offer much needed water. Now thats customer service!!! The site area was always clean as well as your office and restroom. All these things will come to mind when, I refer your businesses to others needing additional storage space. I will direct them all to LifeStorage/Franz Rd. Katy, TX.

I have been a very very satisfed customer for years. And this week, moving my son from UT back homehas been a challenge. I have had to visit my location 2 x this week (I underestimated the space size needed). 2nd visit was to switch to a larger unit. Shelton Glenn was pleasure to work with both times. The size of the unit I reserved online was incorrect and Shelton went above and beyond, even staying late on a Sunday afternoon, to get everything sorted out so I could start moving stuff in that evening. This was by far the easiest and most streamlined business transaction I have participated in this decade. They could tell me my rent take payment and print me a receipt in less than 1 minute. The storage space 30ft long was clean and water tight. The Front gate functioned quite well and the site never had any unwelcome traffic or loiterers. Staff was always on site if not at the front desk.
