My son was there in the packing up the truck to move and I was here when it was delivered and unpacked. In both instances the crew leader Jesus along with Jesse and Chris W. were hard working professionals but at the same time helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs movers or packers.

All Two Men and a Truck had to do is load our belongings. The employees and I’ll call out the team leader Devin by name did a horrible job. Total disrespect for our stuff. We moved from Houston to Albuquerque and this company will not help with all the damage caused by their negligent work. They won’t accept any responsibility because we used a trailer from UPack. UPack did not load the goods, Two Men and a Truck loaded our household goods and did not properly secure the furniture. They did not use the proper wrappings to protect our furniture. Pictures are worth 1,000 words and if this detours one family from having to endure the stress we have had to go through,than my review is well worth it. The belongings we work hard for and earn by going to work everyday is destroyed and now we have to look at all the damage to our furniture on a daily basis and receive no help from Two Men and a Truck.

The van with 3 guys came late into time slot provided and the driver called me about 20 minutes before they arrived.After a quick walk around identifying the items that not were going to move, they got at it with speed and enthusiasmThey worked till the can was loaded asking multiple times if an item had to move or not, just to make sure.At the new house again a quick walkthrough to identify the different rooms and in no time they were done, about 1.5 hrs ahead of schedule!!Great job, done, I would hire them again!

A quote of $700 for a efficient/studio to one bedroom apartment, it is way too much. The way Nancy speak to me or the tone of her voice was like lecture me, she told me phrases like you looking for shopping cheap services, and this is not her business. I know moving is not cheap, but I was looking for reasonable price/services. Also, she requested a way too detailed list of items plus specific sizes of every single thing. I understand some moving companies have to do that specifically for big places. However, moving from small efficient to one bedroom apartment, how much I can keep there?. A little common sense. She made it too complicated and was rude.My suggestion get a better phone customer services.. for start

They get it done. Clear-minded crew. Experienced, maybe. Got charged for extra time above the estimate, but that has happened with every moving company Ive used. This crew could have worked together better to get the job done in the estimated time, but I didnt argue. The Forman was on a phone conversation for half of the unloading part of the move and then presented an invoice for 45 minutes over time. The home office did a good job of scheduling & confirming. Overall, I will consider using them again.

I do not recommend these movers. Prior to this, I have been moved professionally 3 times in the past decade. There was nothing professional about these folks. The estimate was grossly wrong for how much packing supplies and how many trucks. If I wanted to do a lot of it myself I would have bought beer and pizza for friends and achieved better care of my belongings not to mention saved a lot of money. Since the packing supplies estimate was wrong, they went home early on the packing day and said they would finish it on moving day. I asked them 3 times to pack several areas and eventually just packed and moved those things myself cause I was tired of asking or they didnt get everything in those areas. My husband should have gotten a paycheck from them for moving day. If it werent for him it would have taken longer than the 11 hours it took. The office staff was nice and about 2/3 of the crew were nice. They were just incompetent and are NOT the movers who care.

I used Two men A truck recently in my move across the city.I had Alex and Trey, and they were outstanding in terms of customer service, professionalism and safety during this ongoing pandemic.Alex was awesome in that he knew how to take apart these large couches that have the recliner bar, which saved us a lot of muscle and fatigue taking them downstairs.They both worked hard, smart, and were super friendly in making sure I was completely satisfied with the move.Would hire again and highly recommend these two movers for your moving needs.

From the start when I contacted Two Men and a Truck, Danielle, at the admin office team, was able to set up a plan for me that would fit my circumstances. She was very reassuring to me prior to the days of my move. I had to do two different moves, simultaneously, and all taking place on the same date and within two weeks. My move took place in two days. The team consisted of 3 men one day, and 4 men the other. Emilio, Edsel, Kelvin, Cameron, and James all did a fantastic job. Emilio we started calling (the Magic Man), he walked me through all the paperwork with explanation, and would prep the team with a plan of action as he led the truck and would come in an check on the progress as he loaded and unloaded with swiftness. All worked well with each other. Each one of them wrapped the right items that needed special attention. My move on the second day went over as planned, and Two Men and a Truck still made it happen, each still kept motivated and stayed positive. I was amazed that they kept smiles throughout out the long day. I will use them again for other items I need to and fro storage. The name may only say Two Men and a Truck, but you get more then just two men. You get a whole team! Worth it!

Emilio, Edsel, and Troy moved us from a 3 room duplex to our new home last week. They were fantastic. We can not recommend them highly enough.First off, the quote was accurate, and they even finished in less time than anticipated. They were punctual, friendly, fast, and efficient at both loading and unloading.Because of previous moves, we had anticipated moving a lot of our breakables separately, but after watching the care they put into wrapping each piece of furniture, we relaxed and let them take everything.Upon unloading, they took a lot of care not to scratch or damage any of the walls or floors in our home. They carefully unloaded everything and placed it where it belonged.A vastly better experience than our previous moves. Well worth the money. Cannot recommend them highly enough.You can trust these guys and will be happy you did.

I had TMT do some internal house moving and take some items for donation. Troy and Mack did a great job and they were quick and efficient with no issues. I recommend TMT and would use them again.

We used this business in the past when we had moves for our business that we needed a box truck and labor. I tried again and apparently the franchise is under new ownership. Big mistake!! Horrible customer service and when I complained and asked to speak with owner, they would not give me a name or a way to contact this person directly nor did they call me back after I called the International Franchise office. I was just moving a few pieces of furniture and stacks of unbuilt empty boxes and that was too complex for them to get their arms around... there is no way I would trust them to move my personal belongings after the experience I had yesterday!! Do yourself a favor and run from this vendor.

These guys are in the neighborhood and make it simple for you. Ill be using them for a second time soon. They helped me move furniture out for a remodel and now back in as we are finally done!

I recently hired Two Men and a Truck to move my grandmother 3hrs away. The company sent out Emilio, and Edsel to facilitate our move. They were great about texting us to let us know when they would arrive and took great care with our stuff by ensuring all the furniture was wrapped and padded sufficiently. They also had a lot of patience when off loading all our stuff on the other end, when my grandmother decided to basically stand there an enforce her color coding system by asking for each box to be placed in a different room. We appreciate their professionalism, and care with our home. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

A very good experience. Mine was an apartment to apartment move in the same complex. The final quote for 3 hours was on target with my expectations, and then Ismail and Jose beat it by 30 minutes! Even some technical issues with the shape of my stair case and foyer were quickly resolved. Highly recommended!

I needed a facial electrical bed to be moved from a salon in Katy, Texas. I spoke with Teddy and Stephanie and they made sure to answer all my questions and responded in a timely manner. Teddy helped to accommodate my request to move the bed first thing in the morning today. Troy, the driver, contacted me directly as stated by Stephanie and they got to the destination pick up address right on time as scheduled. This was a bulky item and fragile item to move and both Troy and Devin did a wonderful job handling the item and moved it in to the truck so quickly and then they helped deliver it safely as per my instructions. They even wore a mask and gloves and stayed 6 feet away from me which was appreciated as well. They were professional and did a great one hour job!

Pascal, Mark and Drew (who was learning the trade) did an outstanding job for us. We had to move most of our house items to storage for a few months, and storage space was extremely limited. Thought intelligence, perseverance and creativity, the team managed to make all items fit in the space, including large antique furniture and small fragile objects. All of this was done in an extremely efficient and courteous manner. True professionals! ..and I can say this is a best of the many move experiences I ever had (a lot of domestic and international moves). Also, Stephanie at the Katy office did a superbe job as a pleasant customer contact and coordinator. We are happy customers, and plan to use them again when moving our stuff to Maine.

We used Two Men and a Truck (Katy, TX) to move our home furnishing from Hempstead, Tx to a storage unit in Lake Jackson, Tx. We paid approximately $1800.00. When taking the refrigerator out to the truck on the dolly, the weight shifted, and the refrigerator fell. (No straps.) The workers tried to stabilize it, but it ended up being scratched up and about a 10 long dent on the front door. This was a 3 year old, stainless steel refrigerator. I called the office at that time and reported the accident. The move continued to the storage unit. About 6 weeks later when we were moving the furniture to the new home, we discovered several items that were damaged. Besides the refrigerator, the washer and dryer both had paint scraped off and a dent in the dryer. Our 3 year old leather sofa had two places where the leather had been scraped off. A beautiful, antique washstand and a Lane cedar chest had other items stacked on top of them and they ended up with small, but deep divits. The antique bed was also nicked and scratched. I called and reported this to Two Men and a Truck and sent pictures of the damaged items. Fortunately, we had taken out extra insurance. The response I have received from the company was requesting a $150.00 deductible, and asking if the damage was cosmetic or mechanical. Although the appliances still work, the fact remains they were damaged! They claim to have vendors that can repair the damage to the furniture, but will it ever look right? The antique furniture was in excellent condition and had been well taken care of. Beware before using this company. I suggest you take pictures of items before they are loaded up. I am still waiting on a call back ( about 10 days now) after I refused to pay the insurance deductible upfront. My next call will be to the BBB if this keeps dragging on.

Two Men and a Truck exceeded our expectations! They were extremely professional and hard working. Those four guys were a fantastic team with great attitudes and personalities. We stumped them with a ridiculous amount of heavy, large furniture and antiques, as well as a grand piano and they managed to get the job done. I can’t say enough good things about them! Two men and a truck moved 500 lbs of computers/monitors and like 20 office desks for me in a span of a few hrs. They were fast, efficient, and professional, at a great price. I will be using them again in the future!

Great experience, super patient polite and best of all, they took extreme care with my furniture and walls. They did everything always making sure that everything was covered and protected. I have a huge sofa that I wanted upstairs on my new home and even when I said that probably that would not fit the stairs they were able to find a way and took my sofa upstairs.

The service was excellent. The crew arrived on the early end of the time window, they were very courteous and personable. They moved with a sense on urgency, but not to the point of recklessness. They took good care of my things and conferred with me every step of the way. Kameron, Eric, and Jermaine were the best!

Not only did they get the job done in under 4 hrs! but they were great to work with..... my home and family of 5 FILLED their biggest truck.... the guys were very nice and professional. The job was very tough, in the heat of the day plus a bit of rain. They went to 2 separate houses for me before we made our final stop at our new home at no extra charge. They were VERY reasonable for the work they performed. We did have a broken dresser piece (luckily it had no effect on the dresser and it was on the underneath) they handled and reported it and the company resolved it within the same day and mailed me a check to fix it! I am truly amazed by this company seeing as the past companies I have used screwed me and were not worth the time or money, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK ARE AWESOME. I highly recommend them. Within the first week after my move my family scheduled another move to use them as well when my mother moves, we will be using them again. Safe to say this will be my moving company from this point on. GREAT JOB GUYS.

Works were solid, but I had to help guide them in order to make things run more efficiently. Three stars because they bill when they leave their lot and charge for their return back. Examples I had them from 9am to 12pm which equals three hours but I was billed for four hours

Wow three men showed up promptly with a huge truck. I had to empty my mothers house to a storage unit and then take furniture to my home. Furniture had to be rearranged, taken upstairs to downstairs and vice versa. I basically tortured these guys for five hours and they were pleasant, friendly, and so careful with my stuff. Had a fantastic experience with this company twice now.

Everything went good in last the helper slip from the truck and broke my sons car bed and the guy got hurt I gave him some roll on to apply and he was ok and they made a ticket for the incident and told me the company will call me on monday and take care the damage but Ted call me and did his better job of settlement on sunday it self and told me they going to mail me my check for my loss on monday....hopefully I will get my check soon and thanks to Ted and his team for cooperation and easy moving......

Our son used this company this weekend and it was a nightmare! Boxes and furniture were packed and ready to go! They were to be there at 8am and showed up at 9am. It was 10pm before completing the move. We watched the movers out in the truck shooting the breeze or disappearing for extended periods. We have used other companies moving the same size homes and they were completed timely and efficiently. Calls to the supervisor resulted in wanting more $$$$. You could clearly tell they were milking the clock.
