I had recently went in looking for a couch for my new apartment. Once I had paid everything on the couch, including a delivery fee, the delivery guys said that there would be no way they could do it. They didn’t even try to deliver it, they just took a look at it and said they’re not going to and that I need to pick out something else, or get a refund.Considering I have no family in town to help me move this couch, I needed them to bring it up for me and that’s why I paid the delivery charge.I go in and ask for a refund, and one of the people that came to look at the apartment was the one to help me, but instead of giving me a refund he charged my card again and took all of the money I had in my bank account out.The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because of the lady who helped us the first time we came in, her name was Jacque. She was very helpful in helping me decide the style and color choice I wanted and she was very polite.

While the salesman that we talked to was a 5/5, the rest of the experience was pretty subpar. We were originally going to get a couple pieces of furniture from them, but after searching the model numbers on Google, we found out every single piece of furniture we were looking at upstairs was rated extremely poorly online. The tables we were interested in were made out of particle board and the reviews online for everything we searched for said that the tables were constantly known for falling apart within months, if not weeks.The other piece of furniture that we were looking at was... a little expensive as well for what it was and the quality of it. It was also rated pretty poorly online, but the thing that we noticed immediately was that it had a hole in the side of it and the back of the piece also was stitched very noticeably on the back of the piece. It stuck out like a sore thumb to be honest for both parts.We ultimately decided on going to another store across town in the end to save the hassle of us having to work with poor quality furniture and ultimately we are sure that we made the correct choice by not buying from here.Forgot to post one more thing. Due to the pandemic theyre running very short on actual pieces (At least for the upstairs). We were informed that they had placed an order months ago and that they still have no idea when a lot of those orders are going to be even shipped.

Well we have been buying feature from there for a years....BUT....... We never buy again.we bought a couple of Rocker Recliners, that we payed to have delivered. Well one of them foot rest broke, with in a few weeks. Well after 2 months calling to have them, and going down, trying to get them out to fix it.I was informed that I would have to bring it in. To have movers to bring it back will cost me 1/4 the cost of the chair. They refused to help out witha faulty chaithat hey sold . and waited until any warranty rwas up to ever have time to talk tlk to me to begain with.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service. They were very patient with when we were trying to make up our mind! Amazing prices and high quality! I will definitely be telling all my friends and family to check out self service!

We recently purchased a sectional and furniture for our living room. Staff was very helpful and helped us load and pack our furniture in our trailer. Prices are great and quality is also great. Enjoyed our experience at Self Service furniture store.

Store is clean they have lots of good buys. Was unhappy with the delivery guys they were rude and not nice to the customer. I will give them my business again and ask for different delivery guys if I need them to deliver anything
