I drove an hour and a half to buy my Sportage, and I am so happy I did. Jeanie actually showed me the car and features. The last dealer put me through the ringer and wanted me to buy before I had a chance to even look at the car. They kept pushing me because of shortages. They were awful. Jeanie was very patient. She even walked my around the car before I took it home to make sure it was flawless. That was a 1st for me. Usually am handed the keys and told to have a nice day. I will shop them 1st next time. I hope she is still there when my lease is over.
Weve bought many cars here and always have them serviced here aswell. Needed front brakes and it was a few hours worth of work, had all 5 of our kids with us and the GM offered us a loaner. They are always first to rectify any mistakes and we will always recommend them! Great deals and amazing staff!
Heres the deal. My daughter bought a 2012 Kia Sorento from a private owner. Vehicle was in impeccable shape. Until just recently, realized this vehicle has not only a factory recall but after the dealership supposedly fixed the problem a week later it has catastrophic engine failure that they claim is not under factory recall. Now $11,000.00 estimated repair costs & 2 months without a vehicle....... This is unethical and just wrong to expect to a single mother of 4 to pay for a repair that is clearly a factory malfunction of a faulty knock sensor which in turn causes engine failure!!!!!! Time for dealership to be accountable for their vehicles.

Kia Fairfield contacted me about having a recall service done to my car I scheduled it and dropped my car off at 5 in the morning then had a 25 minute walk to work. I arrived at 330pm to pick it up and they said they hadnt gotten to it yet and they were open until 5 so I waited. At 415 they tell me they cant do it today and I have to reschedule Not happy at all.
What a wonderful experience I’ve had so far! Steve and Asmita have been so helpful to me. I visited other dealerships and got nowhere near the service I did at Fairfield Kia. Steve presented me with exactly what I was looking for. When my Telluride arrives, I’ll update this review or add another one. So far I’m extremely pleased and look forward to doing business with Steve and Asmita!
Purchased many vehicles from Fairfields ovee the years and have always been treated fairly. Just got a new Kia and even though inventory is hard to come by right now, we felt like they really bent over backwards to make us happy. Spoke to sales person three times on the phone about white Kia Carnival. Was told certain features existed on the vehicle. Was told price was $38K. We got a babysitter, drove 1.5 hours from Hudson to Keene to find out this Carnival didnt have the options we were told it did. But worse - the price was $44K, not $38, and they had no idea how that happened. Terrible experience. You have a choice as a buyer - shop elsewhere.
Our initial sales person was hard to work with. Didnt answer our questions very well, kept trying to upsell us when we clearly expressed what we wanted. Didnt explain the whole buying process very well, which led us to wait around for long periods of time when we didnt need to.
I would give a zero star if possible, the manager spoke down to my girlfriend and was rude and condescending. Even though we were contacted later and another manager did apologize, we still feel very disrespected.

LADIES GO TO FAIRFIELDS! I HATE car shopping! As a woman, I have had sooo many experiences of man-splaining happen in the past! NOT THIS TIME! I went to Fairfields in Keene and told the salesman I need to drive a car before I know what I want. So, he said point to what you want to drive and I will put a plate on it. ANd he did. I drove 15 cars that day as he patiently put plate after plate on cars. He answered all of my questions AND if he did not know the answer he admitted that and got the answer immediately. No BS, No pushiness and NO man-splaining. Nick and Steve took the time to let me find what I wanted, NOT what they wanted to sell me. I could have bought a car anywhere, but I chose to buy from Fairfields of Keene.
After multiple awful experiences at other dealerships, Carter was a breath of fresh air. He never pressured us, was easy going, accommodating, and fun. We would recommend him and the other staff members to anyone that wants an enjoyable experience when buying a car. How often does that happen? A++

We recently leased a Kia Seltos and Pat Stewart was our salesperson. While visiting car dealerships is not my idea of a fun afternoon, we had a great experience at Kia. Pat was fantastic and everything youd hope your salesperson to be; he was very knowledgable about all of the cars and we certainly felt that he believed in his product. My 2019 lease recently broke down and required a new engine to be fixed (with only 9k miles on it). Although most of the staff at this location lack communication, the general manger got in contact with us immediately after seeing my complaints and is helping to better the situation.
We went there looking for something to replace a KIA we had leased. We were met with a wonderful man, Stephen Robinson and after patiently listening to our concerns, showed us exactly what we wanted! Absolutely the worst place to get your car fixed. I brought my 2016 lancer in there for work(front wheel bearings an rear sway bar bushings) an they did my wheel bearings with no aliment, told me my brand new tiers are junk an never did the rear sway bar an charged me 300+$ for the work when the car is fully warrantied bumper to bumper. Place is a total joke last time I ever bring my car there not to mention i have to redo all of the work they did to it!

I went in to test drive a Kia and of all the dealerships my husband and I went to that day was the first to ask to take a copy of my license for a test drive. We met with Brian (Batman) and he was professional and very personable. He was not pushy at all and made us feel comfortable. It took us another month before we purchased but Brian was one of the only salesmen that we meet that we felt comfortable with. I would suggest anyone looking for a great buying experience to give Brian (Batman) a call. He listened to what I wanted and talked to me as an equal ( which I found very rare amongst other salesmen as a woman...most would talk to my husband like I wasnt standing there).
I just financed my first car here yesterday! Jessica Davis was amazing in helping me find the perfect car, for the perfect price. she was also super nice, answered every question I had, and helped me be able to take the car home as soon as possible. a HUGE thank you to her, and everyone who works there.

I just bought a SOUL and loved the friendly no pressure atmosphere. The sales team was super helpful and informative. I could not believe I was able to get financed! Who would have guessed that a base model would have so many bells and whistles plus be affordable! Highly recommend, plus who does not like supporting local! Great experience! Not to mention fresh popcorn and coffee.
Very displeased with their service. My 2016 car has been in and out of their shop 3 times now for the same problem. And they this time gave me a loaner car thats half the size of what I drive. Have to cancel all my family plans because we cannot fit into the loaner. They tell me they have nothing bigger at the moment when theres a whole parking lot full of bigger cars. I work in retail and know what customer service looks like. This isnt it.On a side note. Graham in the service department has been great. As a group, they get one star.

Honestly the worst car dealership I have ever been to. Took them almost 3 months to pay off my trade in, which counted as negative marks on my credit report. They messed up my contract and it had to be redone. Every time I contacted them to deal with this, they would keep playing musical phones with me. Noone gave me feedback on the situation. Just about every lawyer in Keene has or is representing them for some case. Buy your car somewhere else.

Went to test drive the 2013 BMW M5 they had on the lot last week. First let me tell you there was something wrong with that car. Driving an M5 is on my bucket list as my daily driver is a 2013 BMW 335. The blue M5 in question couldnt get out of its own way. My 335 gives you a better driving experience. I told the sales guy there was something wrong with the car because there was NO power.he assured me there was nothing wrong and that I didnt know what I was talking about. Come to find out local shop had looked at the car and there was something wrong with the transmission that car is no longer on the lot and I heard that it was sold, I feel really bad for the person that ended up with that car who probably has no idea that theres something wrong with it
I just purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento Ex sport and love it !!!!! This SUV drives smoother then my former Mercedes SUV ( with 50K miles was falling apart and was in the shop more then on the road) has all the features of the luxury suv without the high price tag. Jeanie Devoe was great to work with and it is absolutely a no pressure dealership. I can’t wait to recommend Fairfield Kia!

Went there today looking for a new kia Telluride starting talking with a sales person trying to get info and priceing. After a few short moments he was approached by one of his colleagues and was told to go inside I never saw him again. I was left roaming the dealer ship waiting for him to come back out like he promised and he never showed back up.

I won an oil change a couple weeks ago. I brought in a Suzuki Aeire and they had the proper oil filter for it. I was treated well.
Having multiple issues with a van purchased there 1 year ago. I bought an extended warranted that we were told would cover everything in and in the can. Now were are told that there is nothing to fix or its not factory so the warranted wont cover it. They are sure nothing is wrong with it because nothing shows on their computer. We get ...I am sorry but the person who sold u the van no longer works here and you have no proof of promises made. This regardless that there are people still working there that were present during the sale and who agreed with the sales manager who promised these things. Also we purposely purchased there because not only did they have an 8 seater that is needed but we were assured we would have a minimum 7 passenger vehicle when the the van needed work. They told me I was lying. NEVER EVER BUY HERE AGAIN!!!

I stopped in today originally to test drive a Kia Forte. I ended up test driving a Kia Rio due to a good deal that they had offered.Long story short, they tried giving me 2000 less on my trade in than any other local dealership, and claimed I bought the car before I even signed any paperwork. The folks here come up as nice but their business practices are sketchy and pushy at best.TL;DR Version: 👎🏼🥈🚮👋🏼Edit and Reply to Manager: Sean, your reply on the Google review states you were unclear why yesterday was unsatisfactory. You spoke to me directly at the dealership and I said to you face to face that I felt mislead. I dont know how much clearer I could be.I wasnt even offered to drive the car I actually drove to come see. Your specialists were very adamant about selling me the 2015 Rio when I specifically claimed that it was a possibility but not my choice. I even exclaimed that I felt extremely uncomfortable with how your salesman and yourself assumed I wanted a sale. It was poor communication on your behalf.I honestly dont know how I could spell any of this out any clearer.
