Not customer oriented. Were very matter of fact in their actions and did not give me a welcomed feeling, it seemed more like I was bothering them. They tried twice to give me the wrong part after searching my vehicle on computer and looking up the correct part. When I called them on it they said it should work. Then they said I could go to the dealer to get the right part. So, went to OReillys and they had everything I needed, no issues. Were very friendly in the process. Thank goodness for competition!

Amazing customer service.Ordered some heater hose and it had to come from another store. Well the other store shorted me about 8 feet of hose. John gave me the extra 8 feet with no hesitation.Will definitely recommend this store to others.

I came to Advance Auto Parts today for a couple of reasons, all of which Darren helped me with. First he was super friendly. I came in to drop off a bunch of oil for recycling, and he showed me where I could do so, then told me not to worry about taking my empty containers with me, that he would take care of it for me. Then he was really helpful looking up a part number for me in addition to helping me get my online order I had placed earlier in the day. Finally, as I was leaving, I saw him helping a mom with a kid in her arms diagnose and then change out a brake light in her car. All in all, he was just very personable, and gave great, cheerful customer service. And for what its worth, this is right after I had an extremely poor customer service experience at one of their competitors. Thanks, Darren!

John always gives me the best customer service. Even if he doesnt have my part he goes above and beyond to get it for me! Love that he also supports the Keller community too!

Cleanest auto parts store Ive ever been in. Emoyee Kurt was extremely polite & went above & beyond in his help, time & assistance on a hard-to-find oil drain plug washer.

Helpful in helping me select the proper part for my vehicle

We came in to get their “Free Battery Testing and Installation” service after purchasing a battery from them, and they refused to do so. Their excuse was that it would take over 30 minuets so they couldn’t do it, which is fine, but the fact that we came here for that reason and were lead on by false advertisement is upsetting. Online it says they will do it with “most” vehicles, but that’s it. We had an emergency and had to do it outside of the store instead. Really made things hard.

Be careful... the Free battery installation does not apply to all vehicles.

I had car trouble and check engine light came on. stop in and they told me about the error codes. when we checked the battery it had been leaking acid all in the engine area and caused all kinds of damage. I purchased a new battery and had them install it. because of the damage the battery cables would not connect to start my car. they worked for over an hour trying to get it started and finally did. they were extremely helpful and i will shop NO WHERE ELSE FOR ANY AUTO NEEDS IN THE FUTURE. They were amazing!! Cant say enough!

Prices and employees are way better than any other auto store. Hands down.

They have all the parts I need for my Audi, which is not easy. The service is alright sometimes but usually its an overall great experience.

Although they do free battery installations we can’t have one due to a 30 minute limit. They checked my brothers vehicle and estimated a 40 minute install. 🤔 my father did it in 20 minutes.2 stars for great prices and terrible customer service.
